I was in Madera and needed an emergency rear window replacement on my Ram. I was at their shop within 20 minutes and he had the window needed on site. 30 minutes later the job was complete. I cannot recommend this place more.

My driver side window lift randomly broke on a Sunday afternoon, causing my window to fall into my door. I was worried I would have to wait until morning to get it fixed since it was the weekend, but after seeing that Silver Auto was open, I gave them a call. Enrique gave me a quote & although he didn’t have the part in stock, agreed to install it that day if I brought it to him. I got the part, drove to the business & he had it fixed in a little under an hour despite the mechanism being tricky. He was efficient, honest, and friendly. He was able to service my window immediately and went out of his way to get the window without any form of down payment or guarantee that I would even use his services or purchase the window. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable about his trade, the prices are unbeatable to from my knowledge.
Owner took my call first thing in the morning. He came out in a few minutes. He had to drive to Fresno to pick up my replacement windshield. He was back and had it installed in under 2 hours. He was very professional and kind. Easy to talk to and happened to be our neighbor right up the road. Unfortunately I had to charge the unexpected expense, but he accepts credit. Overall had a great experience and would refer him to friends and family.

I got my rear window replaced, I am happy with the install of the window. However, my back seat area and paneling was left very dirty. The tech rested tools on the upholstery leaving grease stains. Glass was not cleaned up, parts from the old window was left on the floor board. Tech seemed to be in a rush. I always say in any job you do “it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish!”
Decided to go to Silver Auto Glass because of it's reviews and because it was located in same town. Needed to replace the regulator for my power window on my Honda Fit. I called and spoke to Enrique, I took the car over and he confirmed that it was the power window regulator that needed to be replaced.
He asked if I wanted to have the window mounted closed or if I wanted to replace the whole regulator, I opted for the whole regulator. He ordered the part and said it would arrive the next day in the morning. At about 8:30am, he called and said the part was in and ready for me to go and get it installed. I showed up at approximately 9am and was out and driving before 9:45am.
The service was great, Enrique made sure that the window opened and closed smoothly, made sure my door opened and closed properly and locked properly before and after placing the door panel back on. I highly recommend service with Silver Auto Glass, will recommend to anyone needing quick, friendly, and local service.

Came to our home and fixed my rear window. A couple months later I thought it was leaking. I called him he came out the very same day and determined that it was the light above the window that was broken. This guy really stood by his work and when I thought it was leaking he was quick to try to repair. I highly recommend him.
