Worst customer service ever. I arrived first thing in the morning due to my car overheating. The technician ignored me for a minute, then annoyingly asked if I needed something, then interrupted me when I told him what I needed. I needed coolant, but didn't know how to open the hood. I was going to ask him if he could help me open it and see if I needed coolant, but he interrupted me to say he wasn't going to open the radiator cap and risk getting burned. I wasn't going to ask him to, but he interrupted me before I finished speaking. I decided to go down the street to Napa. I was greeted by a very nice man immediately, acknowledged as soon as I walked in, and he offered to look under the hood to see what I needed, WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK.
I highly recommend this O’reillys. And I really appreciate the help of Joe. He’s a true parts guy, help me find exactly what I needed and more. Thank you Joe! I will be coming in again whenever I’m in that area.
I came into O’Reilly’s not really expecting much just to get what I needed to get out. Joe came up to help me and he actually asked a few more questions of what I was trying to do and he actually went above and beyond and helped me more than I thought that anyone would. I’m actually leaving the store feeling cared about and appreciated thank you Joe. You are amazing and I will definitely be back to this location only because the way that you treated me as your customer made me feel like I was Family.
What a load of bs. bought a battery here and they refused to help install. This places is obviously mismanaged when the website states differently. Lost my business for the future.
These guys are great. They make sure you have the correct part the first time. If it's incorrect it's probably because they weren't given the right information. You know the saying "Garbage in, garbage out".
Give them a try to get your parts. Most of the time they have the right part at a very reasonable price and quickly.
Called in advance to check if they had the windshield wipers for my car, the young lady named Ashley was super helpful! I was greeted as soon as I stepped foot inside the place and she remembered that I had called. The gentleman was also super kind and changed the windshield wipers for me. Such great service! Will be coming to this location from now on.

This is one of the best auto parts stores you could possibly visit. I have gotten nothing but amazing advice and expertise knowledge from any and all of the staff. There is always a warm welcome and confidence in knowing you’ve been taken care of. If you are ever taking on an automotive problem, this is the only place to go.
