Don’t ever get towed from here. My missing gameboy. And games. Missing battery missing flashlights missing stuff in general. They would go thru your car give you no privacy when picking up your things from your car. Breathe down your neck to see if you remember your stuff. Even tho my game boy was in the locked glove box they still found away to take it from me. My yellow top battery was missing before I could get there. Look like the car has been looked thru before I got there. My sister gave me that game boy when we were kids .i had it for more then 10 years. It’s worth more than 1000$ bucks. With a collection of games inside the case. I’m so sad it wasn’t with my belongings when I looked the first time. They wanted to hand me the things out of my car when I got there . Lady in the front was rude big’ol lady smh. Don’t don’t allow you to back up your car to your old totaled car to get your all your belongings. Very ashamed in them. If you would like to have privacy please go some where else.
Cesar was the best! Called AAA for a tow since my car wouldn't start. Cesar figured out that the starter was the issue and was able to get it working so that I could drive my car home! Thanks so much for the help!

Wheel flew off of a trailer on the 1-5 and these guys came all the way out to rescue us. They were patience and extremely kind about the whole situation as we worked with U-haul to figure out a solution. Chris and Sergio made a difficult situation so much better and the owner Greg was so attentive and helpful. 1000% recommend this company
When all else fails (or in this case your car), call Ron’s Towing. My car was having issues today and Caesar was able to save me from being stuck on the side of the road and kept a bad afternoon from turning into a shit day.
Cesar was quick, straight to the point, and provided exceptional towing service. I was very satisfied with his looks, his judgmental personality, and his need for help with directions from Madera to Clovis.
10/10 would book another towing service with Ron’s - although I hope I never have to!
Great experience. My battery was dead on my vehicle parked in my garage. Ron had all the equipment and expertise necessary to get my vehicle running. He arrived quickly (on a Sunday). This was such a relief to have him get my vehicle running. He explained that the electronics still draw on the battery even though it is not being driven. It will now be driven. I highly recommend Ron's Towing for any of the services he provides.

My 2100 ram Laramie was towed on a holiday, thanksgiving thursday nov.28th 2024 because myself , wife, and 10 month old daughter were hit by a negligent driver who ran a stop sign at full speed. I’ve been attending to my family since. The following Wednesday (December 4th) my wife calls and speaks to Karen to get information about retrieving the vehicle as we have never been in this situation before and was informed by Karen that they were in process of submitting a lien on my vehicle. My wife asked to stop this proccess as we would get it out tomorrow. The next day Thursday December 5th at 8:30 am we were told contradictory information and we’re told by the manager Loretta that she would consider not processing a lien if got the vehicle out of their tow-yard asap. We had the vehicle towed out from their tow-yard within 2 hours through our insurance with all fees paid —- exactly 5 business days from the day of the initial accident (December 5th). Immediately after retrieving our vehicle, I called and spoke to Karen and asked for the manager Loretta to ensure they would not place lien as their fees were paid and the vehicle is no longer at their towyard . Karen replied i already submitted the lien yesterday and hung up on me. I will certainly be reporting them to BBB, DMV, and the California Bureau of Automotive Repair for unethical and illegal business practices. The submitted a lien without ever notify me neither verbally or written of any fees, balance , or warnings of a lien prior to submitting a lien. Thanks for adding icing to the cake.. as it my family hasn’t already been through enough. Totally unprofessional!
This guys are so nice. Super understanding and kind. They were super helpful and friendly. I’m really glad AAA has them as a part of their company. Chris was super nice and helpful. And fast service. We didn’t have to wait long.
If I could I give 0 stars not because the driver, because of the Karen named Karen in dispatch and the owners wife! They both suck and I'll be letting AAA know! Driver was Profesional and courteous, he should te the new dispatch manager.

My car just stopped on hwy 41 between Fresno and Oakhurst. I had got to the side of the road but not far enough as there were several close calls of people driving the rumble strip. Triple A failed to see the urgency for over 3 hours so never sent a tow. I saw the Ron's truck going the opposite direction and tried to wave him down. Got a hold of his dispatch and he turned around to come back for us. The area was so dangerous that he drug the car up and drove to a safer location for paper work ect. Then maneuvered to the exact spot my mechanic friend wanted the car dropped off. Mr Martinez is an exceptional driver . Thank you soo much.
My sister and I broke down on hwy 41. I immediately called AAA. They told me it would be 25 minutes. After more than 25 minutes, I called back -it was 102 degrees and we had no shade-and was told that the AAA operator had never sent our request to dispatch!!! After MULTIPLE calls and 3.5 hours later, we happened to see a Ron’s Towing truck driving southbound (we were on the northbound side) and waved at him. Immediately called the number on the side of his truck and he turned around and came back to us!! AAA Never called them!! He was available and loaded us up! Sergio Martinez was our Knight in Shining Armour!! He saw what a dangerous place we were in and got us moved to safety before doing his paperwork. His truck was IMMACULATE Inside and out! Very professional, kind and extremely skilled at his job!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!! AAA gets a poor rating for this experience, but RONS TOWING gets 5 stars across the board!! No words needed to explain poor customer service. They are a rip off. Tow cars without permission and money hungry. Fresno Rons towing is trash Id change your name soon.
The Receptionist or whatever she refers herself to is extremely rude. She speaks on behalf of Geico when she should not be, claiming Geico will not reimburse for fuel after roadside assistance is requested directly from Geico. I explained that I would speak with Geico directly about the reimbursement and not her, and she felt the need to hang up on me after telling me to search for a different company for assistance with my roadside request. Geico in fact did cover my fuel. Completely rude and not the type of service someone stranded on the side of the road should be receiving. A complaint has been filed with Geico and an investigation is to take place.
Jim was super helpful and didn't release my car until he was sure i could get a tire from the shop. No one wants to call a tow truck, but if I ever have to again, it will be Ron's towing. Thank you again for your assistance!
Gary, Jeremiah, and Jose helped me out when I really needed it and were very patient and polite with me the whole time. They are the type of people that are hard to find nowadays, who are doing great work and I can't thank them enough. I'm glad they answered when AAA put out my service call. Thank you so much!
We haul gazebo kits in semi trailers and deliver them all over the country. The manufacturer sets up towing companies to meet our carriers, to winch crates off of our trailer and deliver to the homeowners driveway. The woman at the towing company told the manufacturer it would be $395 for services. When our driver called and “Loretta” was told it was a crate, she went off on the phone to the driver. We called her and approved the revised rate of $425. When the carrier arrived at their yard, it was mass confusion because “Loretta” was going to run the show. She has NO clue what she was doing and had her people standing around doing nothing. After 3 hours of calling people to come and help, a guy showed up and knew what he was doing and in 15 minutes. What was agreed to be $395 ended up costing $895, for incompetent people to stand around and do nothing because their leader, “Loretta” wanted more money. NEVER RECOMMEND. COULD NOT LEAVE 0 STARS.
My sister had an accident last night (12/16/22) on her way to Stockton. Ron’s freaking towing company towed her vehicle with all her suitcase and even food she prepared for her friend. We called to see if we can come get her suitcase and the food out while we wait for the insurance adjuster to come on Monday. The front desk lady is telling me that we cannot get her things because the yard is locked and only the owner can open the yard (total B.S). I went to checked on their website and it says that they’re open 24/7. But she’s saying is only for towing. Well now am going to report to them to BBB and sue them in small claim court.
My vehicle was towed away from this company correct you a stolen vehicle and it hasn’t been there for 24hrs and there charging 305$ for towing it away. Very ridiculous I would not recommend this company it’s very ridiculous and I will continue to post every where for them not to get business
Front lady was rude! They had my car for 2 1\2days they charged me $415. Just Ridiculous! My car was impounded for parking on the street being on None ops. Towed it less then 3miles. High Way Robbery in my Opinion

Give Hector a raise! Since we broke down in the middle of nowhere with our car, we were very pleased with how professionally Hector worked. More importantly, Hector was friendly, patient and concerned for our safety. He went above and beyond his job to make sure we were safe and still got to our destination that night. He even checked at the airport whether there was an inside area for us to stay - thanks for being not only reliable at your job, but also an amazing human being!
It was a very refreshing experience with the driver alfredo! He was an awesome man. He even gave us cold bottles of water when he got there had his out of there any quickie and was very polite I appreciate his hospitality it was very nice
Ron's Towing. Well today I went to pick up my RV it was towed. The staff was professional and I can't say they where by any means over charging for thier services as the fees where very low.
