There customer service is no good. Treated my mentally disabled nephew so horribly, then yelled at my sister because he didnt have his recyclables separated, and proceeded to stand there and just watch as he struggled. Never going there again.
We go here every time we have recycling to take in. We like this place because they are trustworthy and friendly, and we feel like we get the most $ back compared to other places.
The guys helping with recycled products are good workers, but I dread going to the cashier, always rude, rolls her eyes, etc….. lady if you don’t like your job go do something else,!
I come here all the time but you guys gotta do something about the cahier girl it's always the same girl with the long face that lacks customer service skills . You can stand there forever and she won't even acknowledge you the least she can say is "hi I'll be with you in a moment" but no she will ignore you till she's ready so disappointing!!!!
Nice clean place, very knowledgeable about everything scrap related and very friendly staff and very helpful with assisting the unload process! I highly recommend this place to take your recycling to they are amazing!
I ran our of gas on my way to recycle, and because my friend used a shopping cart to take the recyclables across the street they refused to let me cash out. I waS st uck on the side if the road while my friend had to walk all the way down to perez recycling. What happened to helping the community? This is the most horrible experience I've had in my life.
Always the same guys kindly taking the recycling. Always happy with my little payout afterwards. Conveniently right off the freeway. We save up and take the kids and it’s a fun little event for us :) save the planet
A&S offers a variety of recycling alternatives. My recent visits have been part of a ranch clean-up. The proverbial "junk pile" contains useful stuff for projects such as fencing and fabrication as well as spare parts for a variety of vehicles, mowers and other yard equipment, and relics.
Sorting out the brass, copper, aluminum and steel obtains the best prices. I'm relearning my mechanical aptitude by disassembling all types of assemblies.
A&S is handy for aluminum and glass container recycling too.
I think the prices at A&S have to be checked because any other metal recycler seems to pay more for scrap metal and there are posted prices for people to see unlike A&S
It's a great place to take your recyclables. It's really easy by driving through. Now it doesn't take regular batteries to recycle. Need to find out how to recycle them properly. If not, then the batteries gets mixed on with our drinking water.
Went there for the first time today. Very helpful staff there. Made it easy and quick. Thanks to the guys in the can recycling section, as well as the guys in the scrap yard, and the gal in the office for pointing me in the right direction.
I have gone here for several years. Huge building to pull into, so great for whatever weather. They help you take out your items. I go mainly for cans and plastic bottles. They give you a receipt and you go to office and get paid. They take many other items also.
Built just like all a and s's. Very clean the guys out in the shop friendly very helpfull. I would go back there but the cashier. Kinda snotty and cold. If you dont like your job find another one we all would appreciate it. A smile would have me continue business with that shop. Customer service goes along way.
The individuals here are always so friendly! There is one employee in particular, Sal who is always quick, efficient and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy! I come from out of town to come here specifically for the service! I highly recommend!!
Very great improvement from my previous experience with this recycling site. Different staff makes a difference, they are more helpful than before. Thank you for a better experience.
