I had a low tire pressure and low battery on my key. Jason helped me pick the car key battery and tire inflator. When I found out my car’s smoke plug doesn’t work (cannot charge the inflator), Jason went above and beyond to charge the inflator via his truck and helped me pump the tire. I was rushed to get back and I couldn’t imagine what would happen if the tire issue couldn’t be resolved. He was a true lifesaver and I’m really grateful for his kindness and helpfulness!

One of the best auto stores that I've been to in a long time. The staff is amazing. The manager Ron was a wonderful help. If you need help I definitely recommend AutoZone ask for Ron.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped in a couple of days ago and worked with a lady named Tracy B. while buying some parts. She was absolutely excellent — just great customer service. When we walked into the store, she greeted us right away. Even while helping us, she still managed to greet other customers with the same warmth and professionalism. I came back today because I was having trouble with my battery, and once again Tracy stepped in with another round of outstanding service. She goes above and beyond every time. I had to make sure you all know how awesome she is. Tracy truly represents your company in the best way possible.

The AutoZone auto parts store in Oakhurst always us what I need and at a reasonable price. It's oil and filters, antifreeze, light bulbs and other Auto parts are always available. It is the one auto parts store that is my 'go to' store.

Anthony needs a pay raise!!! He was great! Helped me fix my windshield wiper even tho it was like 2 months after 😭 the rain stopped so wasn’t able to see that it didn’t work. But spent a bunch of time helping figure it out

In Oakhurst to visit Yosemite and needed snow chains to keep in the car at this time of year if we were to gain access to the park. The staff here were great and had me sorted in less than 5 minutes. Chains cost me $165 and if you don’t use them then you can return them and get a full refund. Great service, highly recommend.

Samuel the store manager was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the missing bolts I had on my car. The store was clean and organized. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Purchased a battery that worked to start vehicle 2 times then stopped working went to charge it and it could not be charged. Took it back when I could as I work and live in North Fork just to be told it was 1 week past the warranty. They did say the battery was bad / defective but only offered $10 store credit or I could just keep it for core ..... Well instead of making it right with me knowing I was sold a defective battery I am left with it and the cost. I won't be returning to Auto Zone they just lost me as a customer.

Was in Oakhurst in Dec 2022 to visit Yosemite park. Being from temperate country like Singapore snow chains were a foreign term to us. So when we heard we had to rent snow chains just in case the roads up to Yosemite require them, we sort of panicked. But the shop offered snow chains rental and full refund if you don’t use them which is a god send. Have to give them 5 thumbs up for the great service we got from them.

The employee that helped me was super helpful, courteous and, one of the biggest things for me, when he didn't know the answer to one of my questions he said, "you know thats a great question, I really don't know." Instead of making something up that sounded good to pacify me. Thank you for your excellence!!

I NEEDED a torque wrench in a bad way because I had left mine at home and hour away. I stopped at O'Reilly's in Oakhurst first to see if they had I could use. They said they did not and had to buy one. I then went to AutoZone and asked and was met with a kind offer of 2 different sizes. They allowed me to use their loaner and were super cool about. Thumbs up AutoZone!

They were so helpful in exchanging my battery. They didn’t have the same battery and it would take days to get a new one. So they up graded my battery. Great service, friendly people.

Came here for tire chains after reading multiple reviews on Google Maps. Fantastic service from start to finish - the store assistant helped us find the right size for our vehicle, and AutoZone’s great returns policy meant that we could return our purchases if unopened and unused. Staff were really friendly and gave us lots of local tips and advice. Thank you!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Got there a short time before closing on night before New Years weekend. I didn't know chain controls were still in effect and didn't have chains with me. Having grown up in the Northeast, was simply not expecting there to be requirements 3 days after a snowstorm. Regardless, my vacation to Yosemite hung in the balance and I was super stressed and I called as I was approaching town and they told me they were out of stock. Still, I thought I would give it a shot. I showed up a few minutes before closing and the two folks working there (didn't get their names) were incredibly friendly and patient as I ran through all my ways I might make something work. (Could I buy chains that weren't the right size? No.). Long story short, they went the extra mile to run down options that might work and realized they might have one set mixed in with a recent shipment of things they'd received. They went back and searched and found it and saved my vacation. But more than their help finding what I needed, they were just incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in helping me out, when they could have been impatient to get me out the door and start their new years break. So I am grateful and would recommend this as the best auto parts experience I have ever had. Thanks!!

Our headlight went out and we pulled into this location about 30 seconds before they closed. two employees were so nice and helped me find the lightbulb I needed. Then we were having a hard time getting one of the components to reconnect. Alex stayed and helped make sure that we got everything working before he left. Thank you so much! Great customer service!!

A big thank you to Kyle for replacing the battery on my car's smart key. Despite a Youtube video and poor instructions in the owner's manual, I just could not get it open to replace it. What a pleasant group of people to help me with this challenge!!

So I went to the AutoZone in Oakhurst and these guys were great. I called him before him to make sure that they had the battery installed and they did. They helped out with anything we needed and at the same time gave us enough space while we were in the store to mosey on around and look at everything we wanted to. Good job at the store and they should really reward those employees that were there today. Especially Sarah, my girlfriend says, she really helped her out.

Was working in the area and went in to get snow chains. Two gentlemen helped and answered my questions. Very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the employees, The employee also told me of a the YouTube video to watch how to put the chains on. Great service!

Price was good for the part we bought. But when I was looking at the Web site for Autozone it said for items over $50 get 10% off. I did not accept it soon enough and I could get that coupon to return. So I missed out on the discount. Shame on me and shame on the store for not knowing this discount exists on the Web site. I am surely not the only person to ever see this. Oh well. We bought the part anyway because we needed it and did not have any other options and so far it solved our issue with our vehicle which was the most important thing here. Honoring the discount that I saw would have received a 5 star review so I only knocked off one star for this because the part helped us out. Chain stores like this are not always privy to what gets posted by Corporation most of the time. This isn't the first time and I'm positive it won't be the last time this happens to me. Oh well.

I would like to recognize Sara (W?) and once again thank her for going above and beyond. Bass Lake was the first stop on our seven-day road trip. As luck would have it, we were headed out of town on a Sunday afternoon when our car started having battery trouble. Sara promptly assisted me in purchasing a new battery and installed it quickly and effortlessly. She tested the battery and alternator and much to my dismay, the alternator tested bad. She did not have the alternator in stock but made a few calls and found it at the local competitor's shop. Typically, I would install the alternator myself, but I was 300 miles from home and had five days left in my family's road trip. Sara mentioned that there was a mobile mechanic nearby but wasn't sure if he worked on Sundays. She called him and set him up to come out and replace my alternator that same day. She even picked up the new alternator for me on her lunch break. I'm not exaggerating when I say that Sara saved my summer vacation. Quick, friendly. No issues needed resolving. They greeted me the moment I walked through the door. They quickly pulled the part I needed (battery), and pointed me to the aisle I needed for a terminal. Plenty of options on the battery. I'll make the trip up the hill to this location versus heading down to town.
