On an another service call.. Noe saved the day again!. He did 1 hell of a job getting us out of the snow with no damage to our vehicle!
I called the service on Sunday and I got immediate response, the tow truck was here in about 45 minutes. Quick and excellent service . The driver Charles did excellent job. Appreciate the service .
Noe came to my families rescue when our car broke down in Yosemite National Park.
We were about to be stranded with no ride out of the park when Noe offered to let us ride along on the tow back to our home. A true life saver.
Our driver Charles showed up on time and was delightful to ride with and even stopped whenever our 4 yr old had to use the bathroom.
Call these guys first and save your time before talking with other towing companies in the area.

Charles, the tow truck driver, towed a camper trailer from my backyard which was hilly terrain, to my new home across town. He did a phenomenal job dodging trees and negotiating the slanted pathway out of the yard. Thank you Technique towing.
We ended up with a flat tire, on a Sunday afternoon, with a bus full of people and everything was closed! My boss and I had no clue what we were going to do! Then my boss asked do you know a tow truck driver and I replied actually I do lol and the rest is history! My car was picked up on 7/28/25, and was supposed to be dropped off that night to the repair shop, but it wasn’t when I called the shop the next day. The shop told me that she told the tow person that there was an after hour drop off area since he was going to be there after hour, but she didn’t see anything this morning, 7/29/25.
I call the towing company’s dispatcher and was told that the tow person had an emergency tow this morning, but the car will be delivered to the shop at noon, 1pm at the latest.
I drove over an hour out of my way to meet the tow person at the repair shop. Once I got there I called the towing company at 1pm, and was told that it would take another two hours for the car to get there.
I went to a near-by park and waited a little over two hours and then called them again after 3pm. This time I was told that the tow person’s GPS was last tracked on hwy 140, but since the signal was lost he doesn’t know where exactly he is at this time. However, I should expect to see him any minute now.
I waited around 45 minutes then went to the repair shop. I looked around, but didn’t see my car. I waited a little bit more then went into the repair shop, but was told that she never heard from towing company.
I then call the towing company, (now almost two hours from the time I was told, “You should expect to see him any minute now.”), and was told that he’s a few blocks away and should be there soon.
I was livid when I heard that since the repair shop was closing in 15 minutes. I recounted our previous conversations; however, the dispatcher denied some of what was said any blamed it on miscommunication. Fortunately, the car the car did get there and I was able to sign for it. The whole ordeal started at 08:21 AM when I initially called the repair shop and ended after 5 PM when I was finally able to sign for the tear-down.
Noe was a great service tech/ tow truck driver. It was a short wait for him to take my trailer wheel off and have a new one mounted. I would definitely recommend Technique Towing.
very friendly on the phone, understood my flight and had a tow truck to us in a very reasonable time while we were broken down and
stuck out in the boonies outside of Oakhurst California.
The price quoted for the hour and a half tow was reasonable each person we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. The driver himself went out of his way to help us as we had our food clothes, etc., because we were packed to a vacation rental. The driver took us to the rental and helped unload our car, before driving off for over an hour to the dealership in Fresno.
The driver was fun, knowledgeable, both interesting and interested.. he made the Dr. a pleasure. he dropped me off at the rental office before taking the car to the dealership.

Driver called ahead to let me know he was in his way and was clear on his plan. Got it done quickly. Office staff (Maria) was very helpful and made sure it got prioritized. Kept in contact throughout the process.
Real nice guy. Company gave me a break on the price due to distance I assume. Everything was easy to set up and confirm. I’ll use them again in the future if I need another tow.

When my car broke down on my birthday/family weekend in Yosemite, I was worried it would ruin the end of our trip. But Technique saved the day by being fast, helpful, and pleasant. I called the dispatcher first thing on a Sunday morning and the tow driver arrived within 90 minutes. He was very friendly. Both guys offered good advice about where to take the car. I am extremely grateful for their excellent service!
