Friend recommended them to us. Took our van there for some work and they were REALLY GREAT at communicating with us what needed to be done before working on it. Since it was our First time there, they ran a Complete Diagnostic Report on our van and let us know what is going to need work soon and what could wait. I was looking for a new mechanic for a 2012 Lexus and found The Toy Shop. Rene was easy to work with and communicative. We talked about the different things that the car may need in the future and what it needed currently and there was no pressure to do any of it which helped to earn my trust. I will definitely be going back.
Quality work and very fair pricing. My cars are always ready when promised and the guys have always been honest about what needs to be done without trying to pressure you in to any repairs.
Good service though oil reset light not done till I asked and most importantly recommendations/suggestions were none existent. Car engine was full of peanut shells from squirrels but mechanic did not mention and did anything about it. I discovered when I got home and shocked to not hear from mechanic. Veré very disappointed. Jeremiah and the staff there replaced the bushings and control arms on my low mileage Camry and reported one of my tires had split from overuse, and they feared me driving off their lot. Jeremiah made arrangements and we drove off with four new tires acquired from a near-by vendor all done at reasonable pricing. They go the extra mile there, and they are to be congratulated. Got my oil leaks squared away by Jeremiah and Rene with the valve cover and oil cooler ring replacement on my '99 4Runner with 320k miles. It was very labor extensive job but they were able to finish it in two days. These guys are legit when it comes to Toyota vehicles and will be coming back for the steering rack and suspension work next.

As always, my experience with The Toy Shop was great. My engine bottom cover had been falling apart for quite some time, but Renee kept telling me to wait to replace it until i had no choice. Well the time finally came, and i replaced the part and used their 15% OFF Coupon at the same time. Job was done quickly, i got to keep my money until it was absolutely needed to be spent, and then saved $55 with a coupon. Can’t say enough about The Toy Shop’s integrity and quality of work.
Excellent work and customer service. They close at 1 on Saturdays, but Rene offered to come back to the shop at 4pm since that was the earliest I could pick up my car. Most of all, I trust their integrity.
It took 3 hours to get a basic oil change/tire rotation tune-up done! Even though I made an appointment and I was told at that time that it would take around an hour, I was still kept waiting that long. Renee, the main mechanic, didn't seem to be putting any urgency in doing his job at all. He was casually taking his time and chatting with other people that dropped by the shop. Other customers that were there before me (one woman had the same tune-up done on her car) got their work done quicker than me. I decided to wait in their waiting area since I believed it would only take an hour. I would have gotten a ride home had I known it would take this long! I've never had to wait this long for a basic tune-up at this shop or any other shop in all my years. I have not been to this shop in 10 years because I had been leasing and returning new vehicles until now. I had been coming here regularly before because I had an old car that needed maintenance often. I found out that ownership had changed since I had last been here, a shame. I'm not sure at this time if I will be coming back here for the next maintenance.
The team at The Toy Shop have been working on my 2001 4Runner since 2003. They have provided excellent service at reasonable prices. The current team, Jeremiah, Rene and Jay are continuing the tradition of excellent customer service, dedication to their work and always trying to take care of the customer.
I wasn't expecting the detailed service inspection that they did. The inspection pointed out some non urgent maintenance items that would be needed soon without any pressure to have them done at the Toy Shop. The services that were performed required sophisticated guidance tools to identify exactly where there was an electrical fault affecting the front collision air bags. The Toy Shop identified the exact problem instantly. The previous visit to the dealership identified NO specific cause for this. All the dealership promised was to perform a T&M 'fishing expedition '. The final bill from the Toy Shop was about half that I would have expected at the dealership. Always a great experience at the Toy Shop!

Jeremiah and Rene always take care of my 2010 tundra and our 2020 rav4 hybrid. They communicate well after the issue is diagnosed and the price is fair and well explained. I have had many bad experiences over the years at different toyota dealerships. I am happy to bring my vehicles to the Toy Shop for any work they need.

Chris was my mechanic and he was very helpful.
I was able to document the entire process, which was great in assisting me with understanding how the converter is connected and how it works with the engine and fuel systems.
Came in for a brake change and they did a great job! They were very professional and communicative. You definitely get the sense that they care about their customers. Their prices were very competitive compared to other shops and far better than dealer pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a good and trustworthy mechanic shop. I will be bringing all my car maintenance needs to them moving forward.

We had not serviced our 2007 Lexus in 6 years beyond tires and oil so I was nervous about telling The Toy Shop to do a comprehensive check out. Yep it needed several things. But it all made sense and we were given a comprehensive list in order of importance for safety not price. I trusted that and completed the first stage of filters, front brakes, brake fluid flush. I am so satisfied and confident in their work. Old fashioned integrity. Thank you Toy Shop.

When I submitted a service request on their website, I received an email from Rene within a day. From dropoff to pickup, I was completely satisfied with my experience with Toy Shop. Notably, my truck was stored safely in their parking lot for a few extra days after the job was done due to an extended work trip. And after driving around for a day and doing my own visual review, I am happy with the results and level of detail from the Toy Shop team. Plus, it felt good to see other Toyota trucks getting work done as I was picking up (further supporting my decision to choose Toy Shop).

Edit: I have been back to the shop recently for more work on my car. Again the service was absolutely top notch and the pricing extremely reasonable. They even replaced and installed a warranty starter free of charge because the previous one they installed had very minor issues. This just goes to show the honesty and care that these guys have for their customers. Thank you again for the amazing work guys!
