  I don't have much experience with catalytic converters, so I didn't know what category mine would fall into. On the website there is an email form. I submitted it twice, with no response. I then tried calling the number (during business hours ) on 3 different days to no answer. I then texted the number ( it says on the website they accept texts). It sent as an iMessage, which was read and never replied to. I eventually gave up and sold my converters to rockaway recycling, who answer their phone s
