My Tesla got a nail in it today. I'm incredibly grateful to this shop for fixing it for me within 40 minutes, and for free! I will definitely be a regular customer.

Friendly service! Great customer service. Place was jammed packed and they still managed to patch my tire in less that 30 minutes!

Best location , best service! Previously scheduled at Brea to get a nail out and do free tire rotation, but decided to try this one in Rosemead instead and exceeded my expectations. Was met with friendly workers, no issues taking my info , told me an hour or so. There's a plaza across the street so I grabbed some food and did some work while I waited. Got the call to pick up less than an hour, couldn't be more happy and I feel safer driving my car. Definitely coming back for more of their services.

American Tire Depot has taken care of me over the years. Recently, I had a nail in my tire. I called them to let them know I was on my way. I got there and they patched the tire quickly and efficiently! Appreciate their service.

very good service and even small table provided for remote office. Ordered tire stuck by upper distribution network so the staff drive for in person emergency pickup to get my tires in time. Requested left old tire also covered with sunlight UV protection film put in trunk. would schedule tire install here in future for family cars.

I am very disappointed in this store. I took a used tire that has very good tread and is in very good condition. I needed for them to mount it on a rim that I provided for a spare tire for my truck. A young service writer came out to look at my tire and told me my tire was to old and that they would not mount it for me. There was and is nothing wrong with this tire as I proceeded to another tire shop to get it mounted. I also purchased two new tires from them. It is all about service, and this store does not have it. Buyer beware.

Fantastic shop! Came from out of town to visit, and my rear wheel bearing completely wore out during the road trip! So thankful they were able to fit me into their schedule and that I was able to find a trustworthy shop. Repair done clean and correctly! Totally saved my trip!

If u want to repair tire here don’t come，my tire had a nail small on the thread， they refused to repair it saying it is too close to the side. Ask me to buy a new tire for 500 bucks. SO I took it to an amigo shop and repaired it for like 20 bucks and now it is running over six thousands miles。it is so easy to fix. I guess it’s a business strategy, big chain like this will not repair. It’s liability for them to patch it up so they won’t risk it in reality I have repaired my own tires with nails and used it for 50k miles normally.if ur tires hit a sharp metal on the road it will explode does not matter if it is a new tire or patched up

Came in on a Sunday afternoon as they were about the only tire place open. Needed a valve stem replaced as it was leaking badly. I left my wheel, tire and a new valve stem and went shopping nearby. The repair was done less than 30 minutes later. They wouldn't even charge me for the repair. Very thankful for the great service.

Came in with my Tesla Model Y for a tire rotation and they took care of it for free. Very professional, fast, and no upselling at all. They clearly know how to work with Teslas. Great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

It was almost quitting time on Friday, but Alberto was so kind and still helped me change the tire, allowing me to get to work normally the next day. I'm so grateful! I've had my car checked here multiple times, and each time they've given me a free inspection and topped off my tires. Highly recommended! God bless, and Merry Christmas!

Alberto and his crew were kind enough to help me out last minute, 30 minutes to closing. Had a tire puncture with a screw. Unfortunately it was close to the side wall so had to replace all 4 on my Subaru Crosstrek AWD. But Alberto saved the day with some awesome tires at a fair price plus discounts. He was very knowledgeable and amicable about the whole thing so 10/10 would recommend. 👍🏼

I had a really disappointing experience at American Tire Depot in Rosemead. The front desk staff was completely nonchalant and unhelpful even though I was clearly stressed, thinking I had a nail in my run-flat tire. Instead of offering any real assistance, the mechanic refused to even check my car, saying it was “against their policy.” The front desk told me to leave my car and said they’d look at it in an hour and a half even though there was only one customer ahead of me. What’s frustrating is that I’ve been to the American Tire Depot in Hollywood on Sunset before, and they had amazing customer service. They removed a nail from my run-flat tire without any issue. I only came to the Rosemead location because I happened to be in the area big mistake! Frustrated, I went to Zoom Tires on Tyler in South El Monte, and what a difference! They immediately checked my tires, found out there wasn’t even a nail, added air to all my tires, and had me back on the road in less than 5 minutes all with friendly, professional service. Save yourself the time and frustration skip American Tire Depot in Rosemead and go to Zoom Tires in South El Monte instead. They truly care about their customers! Overall it turns out wasn’t even a NAIL that I had on my run flat tire!! Look how small this was and it didn’t puncture my tire. Super disappointed with American Tires in Rosemead do better!!

This shop was willing to inspect all 4 tires for air pressure warning on my car. Fixed the flat tire with no charges!! Grateful since I have been to two other locations that didn’t want to spend the time to check the cause of the issue. Thank you again!

Visiting out of town and not knowing exactly where to go, I booked a same-day appointment to get new wheels installed with TPMS and Albert was extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, caring, and friendly! He evaluated our situation and knew that the wheels we brought in had to be handled properly. Albert kept me and my fiancé informed throughout the process of any hiccups and progress. Him plus the team diligently and swiftly got us on the road again! I also want to thank the team for taking great care with handling my car and even storing away the original wheels + other accessories back in my car as well. Thank you! I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Small things like a flat tire can make a big impact. When I saw the car leaning on one side, like a plant lacking water, I felt unfortunate, not only because it needed to be cared for with heart, but also because the auto center from which I had purchased it with a paid warranty perk, unilaterally canceled the insurance. I'm glad that I came to this place. David was polite and helpful, he and the team took care of it like it was purchased from them. I'm glad not only because they got the job done, but also because they treat people in a good way.

Called the day before to check if my tires were available, and was told that they would be in the next day. Proceeded to make an appointment with them and even called off of work to get my tires. Show up and they had no idea what I was talking about, even checked my call log to make sure it was the correct American Tire Depot. Even called the phone number to make sure it was them and checked the address. They simply said "we forgot to order your tires." Didn't even apologize, just a come back tomorrow. Very unprofessional and unreliable. So they expect me to call off of work again and lose out on a day? Called the American Tire Depot in Montebello and explained my situation. Although they didn't have the tire they quickly found a resolution and had someone pick up the tires from another location. Was only there for less than 2 hours. I encourage everyone to not come to this shop, instead take your business to the Montebello location where they are fast efficient and reliable.

Got a nail stuck in my tire and spoke to Albert who slotted me into their Sunday schedule without issue. After personally inspecting my tire and nail, I was advised that my tires were 6 years old and couldn’t fix the nail. Unfortunately the two back tires had to be replaced. Albert then showed me three types of tires to choose from. While it was my choice of which of the three to choose he did recommend the 3 year extended warranty. All in all it took 90 minutes and was very easy. I was impressed by Albert, his crew, and the entire operation. Especially on a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely come back!

What started as a stressful morning with a flat tire turned into a great experience thanks to American Tire Depot. After AAA told me nothing was wrong, I still wanted peace of mind. I called and they gave me a same-day appointment. When I arrived, Albert was so kind and reassuring. He offered to check everything thoroughly to make sure my car was safe to drive. A few hours later, both Albert and Manuel had gone over my tire and alignment with care and gave me updates along the way. What I really appreciate: • Genuine, honest service (no pressure or upselling) • Friendly staff who treat you with respect • Attention to detail that makes you feel safe on the road I’ve bought tires here before (back in 2022!) and they’re still holding up great. Because of experiences like this, I’ll keep recommending Albert, Manuel, and the team to family and friends.

Issues have been resolved, Big Brand Tire came through and reimbursed for the damaged rim and replaced the underbody tray. Thank you! They jacked up my car incorrectly and broke one of the under trays of the car, cracked (further) the side skirt and scratched my rim. When I was driving back from having all 4 tires replaced I heard what I thought sounded like a blow out, a very loud bang followed by a lot of wind noise. I thought at first that one of the new tires blew, but when I got back I saw that the underbelly tray had been ripped loose. The tray had broken on both sides where it fastens to the underside of the car. And those fastening points are right next to the rear jack points of the car so it appears that when the car was jacked up, it was done improperly and the plastic mounting points cracked. They also scratched up one of the wheels, which is extremely annoying. And, the wheels were filthy, full of sticky goo. I washed the rims the day before and after the tire replacement they were covered in whatever lubricant they used for the tires. Didn't even bother cleaning that off before they gave the car back. Called in the next day as they had closed by the time I got home. Julio (according to the person I spoke to today) said to bring the car by any time, I said I would bring it by tomorrow. When I arrived (the next day), Julio was not there, but I spoke to a very rude person at the register (older Latino with a mustache and I mention this here because someone else also referenced him) who said he was one of the managers. But apparently not a manager that could do anything about this and that I had to come back tomorrow to speak with "julio" again. He was very rude, dismissive and tried repeatedly saying it looks like it had been broken a while, which is not the case. And he had a smug smirk while saying all this and telling me to return. I just paid 1,400 for a new set of tires, I'm not here trying to "get them to pay" for an old broken plastic tray. This tray was fully functional and right after the car was jacked up for the tire replacement it just happened to break right at the same location as the Jack points? That is highly unlikely. I'm not going to go back tomorrow to argue with these people, they are just going to give me the run around and I have more important things to do. But damaged under tray and scratched wheels is unacceptable. The business of this business is lifting cars and replacing tires on rims. They need to have people who knows how to properly do this and take care while doing it. This place does neither, and they will not take responsibility for anything and they are rather unpleasant about it. I would give 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest.

Huge shout-out to Alberto for his friendly and professional service. I came in to get two tires installed, and not only did they handle that quickly and efficiently, but they also rotated my tires and installed lock lugs at no extra cost. The attention to detail was impressive, they made sure to keep my white seats white, which I really appreciated. Great service, fair prices, and a team that goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!

The guys here are amazing. I came in thinking my truck needed to be left overnight, but the manager said to me that he can have my truck ready by the time they were close. He was not wrong. Got the job done promptly. Highly recommend this place for brakes and tire repair and protection. TOTAL PROFESSIONALS. Love you guys. Thanks again for all that you did for me.
