I enjoyed my visit to the store. They were playing good music and I found several items I wanted..

This is a pretty good Goodwill. They keep it nice and neat and it was a pleasure shopping there. I boght a couple of pieces that were definately priced right and were in very good conditon.

This location is truly amazing with outstanding deals the staff is helpful & kind. The store is neat & organized, very clean I always find great things. Highly recommended

Price to high. Do better going to Macy's clearance rack. I don't understand how u can sell a used tee shirt for $4.00

2nd Time going shopping at Edgar & James they have higher end clothes & Prices are good! I would recommend shopping here so you could see for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

They have some good stuff but wasn't as organized or good quality as some of the other goodwill boutique stores that I've been to. Pricing overall was fair, though, and this location does have the "50% off certain tag color" sales

Such a cute little second hand store. Nothing like a giant goodwill. Feels like a cozy little thrift shop. Found some cool stuff. And the employees are really nice.

Small boutique, but some good finds! Clothes and furniture pieces. Clean and organized. I didn’t need anything just browsing but I still left with a pair of white Express sandals for $6. Winning!

Very well organized. Along with the many selections and deals the store has an upbeat and fun vibe. The aesthetics make the features of the store pop with vibrant colors. The music in the store definitely helps with shopping experience. I would recommend shopping here because of quality products and household items. Newly stocked basically every day and you can tell.

Worst experience at a goodwill store ever. Staff were extremely rude . I will never return to this location. I felt as if I was being followed around the store, and certain staff member made continuous remarks in regards to any item I picked up. It appeared as if my presence there bothered him. “ Are you done with this, let me know next time you would like to look at an item” are examples of staff comments. Terrible experience overall.

My mighty God!!! I am regularly customer at this store and today ,never experienced the such quality of the service from customers service as used to be, especially coming from the so called manager. Question? How you are able to hire such people to work with public with such a nasty attitude. She was obnoxious and extremely Rude! Smh

Amazing thrift store. The difference between this and the regular Goodwill, the items they carry are curated, a bit more selective of their clothing and furniture they get from donations. The store is very tidy and organized. You'll find some nice name brands here; Banana Republic, J. Crew, Obey, etc. Everyone who works here are friendly and helpful. Totally recommend a pit stop if you're in the area.

The young man ( Cashier) Was so helpful, Polite & Professional. And GREETED All Customers as they came in Edgar & James location. I Will definitely be back to this location! ?. The mgr was nice also.

Always find good deals from clothing to kitchens ware . No rush location . You enjoy shopping here . Not crowded place with shoppers or racks and displays. Plenty of parking . Restrooms are needed like other locations .

Found some great swim shorts I’ve been wearing on all my beach and pool trips. The manager Yaffit was supper helpful and answered all my questions. Great staff, great finds, great location.

Came here for the first time after hearing about their Market Place events that they hold some weekends. What a great idea, taco guy (enough said), and shopping for good deals on clothes. Good finds, and place was organized. Staff is friendly, Yafit the manager is awesome-don’t know what that other review is about-sounds way off from my experience. Definitely would come back.

The Manager Yafit is rude and doesn't care about her employees. She made one of the employees cry! The store is supposed to be a Specialty Store but they got a whole lot of H&M, Target Brands, Forever 21 and Faded Glory as the regular Goodwill's. You can skip this store for now.

Clean organize store that is more like a boutique than a thrift store, a very nice shopping experience and very nice clothes. You can tell by the way they display their merchandise that they care about what the store looks like and how they appear to the public. I really enjoy going there just to look around and see what's new. And even if I think I'm only going to get that special item and that I'm only going to leave with one thing that I saw, I always end up with more. Go ahead, take a look, you will not be disappointed.

Dirty! Dirty store and dirty merchandise. Prices are often out of line for the quality. The staff didn't seem coordinated. I was surprised at the lack of quality of donations for this affluent community. I have found better in Pomona.

The sales person was wonderful the place is very well kept up. An the store had a wide selection of clothes an Nick nacks. Will return weekly.

Even though I didn't buy anything, this was the prettiest Goodwill I've ever been in. Well organized, for a second hand store, clean, free parking for customers (because they're close to the beach), fairly priced merchandise.

Great looking shop, but prices are crazy high. I noticed several items that had their original retail prices and their prices were actually higher. I prefer going to estate sales but love a good thrift shop but doubt I will be back to this one.

Great products and service. Great lofty feel. You figure, their prices are slightly higher due to the area. Rent is not free. Their employees are very nice.

Terrible lighting, impossible to reach the clothes that are in the superior rack, they are very tight so You can't see the clothes, not great quality for the expensive price because they ask 9.99$ for a sweater that cost 20$ brand new. I talk with the manager assistant about my disappointment and he gave me a full list of excuses why the store is seedy, like for example that he is new ( after 3 weeks working there ). No interest or thanks for the opinions or ideas. Very sad experience.

Kind of a farmy rustic vibe in this store. I found a decent belt for $6 and the staff was nice. I wish they had more clothes but the shop isn't very big. It is nicely decorated though!

Ehhhhh... The clothes are neatly hung, but the sizes aren't in the price tags so you have to look at the tags. They hang the clothes where the tags are clipped to the hanger so be prepared to take each pair of pants off the hanger. The prices are higher than other resale shops so be prepared to pay. Still I got a designer bowl for $9 that is worth at least $80. Probably won't be coming back.

I see the negative reviews. Very funny. This is not Kohls. These people are providing an invaluable public service. I love this place for picking up something used that I don't require to be new. Also for a feel good place to get rid of stuff I no longer use. Throwing usable gear into the trash seems wrong. The workers I have run into there have been very cool. I'm glad to have this resource close to home.
