Gimmick charges, only 3 months warranty in work, what they say is not what they do, the place is a horror story like you hear about how people get taken advantage of by shops. Go to Lexology instead, very similar prices, nice space, great informed tech, 2 year warranty on labour. Do not go there it’s not worth the gamble of if it is fixed or not but you still pay.

I've been a customer at this location for about 20 years (been a Pepboys customer for over 30 years). The last 5 or 6 years they have had about 3 or 4 rotations of management and team. With every rotation things got worse till just lately. The new team seems to be very on it and are willing to do a good job and satisfy the customers. I had great experience today. The team was on it and the service was fast and great. I'm hoping that they will be able to keep it up. Great Job guys!!! Best service after aong long time. Thank you.

The reviews are right, take your business elsewhere! I had an appointment for 11am and they said 2 hour wait? First and last time I consider Pep Boys! Manny, Moe and Jack are turning in their Graves for the lack of service!

I was surprised on what the mechanic found during the diagnostic. I was able to pick up my car earlier then I was originally told. I will be back again when my car needs work done

They took 5 days for my inspection and never notified me when my car was ready to pick up or the results of my inspection. They also left my car dirty with paper mats and plastic trash bags . Only a second star because they’re nice people, at least.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff! I know very little about the what's under the hood of my car, so Damon explained everything to me, and gave me the best course of action. Got a new battery at a great price. Love these guys!

Worst customer service on the planet. Don’t bother making an appointment because they won’t honor it or even worse they’ll call you to cancel your appointment because “they can’t get you in today”. But don’t worry because they are NOT going to offer you any other kind of solution or apologize whatsoever. I tried giving this place a second chance after they took 6 hours to do a brake job they originally quoted me 3 for (keep in mind I had an appointment for 10:30am) the guy at the service desk walks up to me and says it’s actually going to be 5 hours because they are overbooked and the guy working on my car has to take lunch and then finish another car before they got started on mine. I brought my car in at 10:25am and it wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. I decided to give them a second chance and made an appointment for an oil change and tire repair over 24 hours in advance, they called me less than 2 hours before my appointment to tell me that they would not be working on my car today and the only solution they offered is “find another pep boys”

The guys here were great! They were professional, friendly and very helpful. Their communication was excellent and finished the work within the timeframe they told me. I highly recommend this shop!

I been here a few times to get my car serviced and tires fixed as a full time uber driver. They come thru. They go above and beyond and I appreciate everything they’ve done for me. The process is also fast and I’m glad they’re also close to my home. ? I have not had an issue so far.

I liked the price they gave me; the discount on the tires and brakes with the discs made it feel like I got almost half price, and now my truck doesn't run badly, it runs much better.

Review I just gave them: Your online scheduling has no bearing on either the type of work being done or the number of guys people waiting for work already. I went in for a 9:30 app. and was informed it was done at 11:56. I also informed them I would be waiting since it was just to place 4 new tires on my SUV. What good is the online reservation for. On my last visit a few weeks ago, it was worse. They had 2 people in front of me for the same AC review even though I had an appointment. Had to come back a separate day and still had to wait a long time. Your service just has been getting worse as far as getting the work done. The work itself is pretty good and they do have good knowledge.

Car runs smooth as a brand new car. Saved a couple hundred by getting front and rear differential oil change here at Pep Boys. Service was great. Employees are knowledgeable. Thank you.

I ordered a set of tires for my truck at this location because it offered the latest appointment time. The appointment wasn't until Wednesday at 6 pm but I called them up and explained that I did the appointment at that time because my work hours aren't reliable, but Carlos Molina the manager checked to see if my tires were there and they were, so he asked if I wanted it done that day. So I got my tires balanced and installed a day earlier than expected. Great customer service and very polite and helpful.

My experience at this Pep Boys was infuriating. First, I was passed back and forth over the phone between locations that kept saying the other one had the tire I needed in stock, to repeatedly find out that no one had it. Upon arrival, I was told that the whole staff was out to lunch, it was 2:45pm. I asked for a rear tire replacement, alignment check, and an alignment. It took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to replace the 2 tires, which were completely filthy when delivered, covered in grease and dirt. Then, after waiting this ridiculous amount of time, they tell me that they can't do the alignment check because my car has staggered tires. How could they not have known this before scheduling the alignment check?? They knew the car model. It was an incredible waste of time and I still need to find another place to get my alignment. I would highly recommend finding a more professional business to have your car serviced.

Always reliable. Make an appointment if you can, and then drop your vehicle off the night before. The mechanics know what they are doing and they give great recommendations. Happy to be back here!

Had a HORRIBLE experience with their Assistant Manager who is so unprofessional and needs to be trained in customer service. I had an appointment to have my engine light checked the wait time was very long and I had to be somewhere later that day. So I made an appointment to come back on Sunday so they can actually run the diagnostic. I explain that I already paid for the diagnostic test and what happens. Mr Assistant Manager says the only thing he sees is that I am there for a smoke test and has no information that I already paid $99.00 He asked me who I talked to and where is my paperwork. Carlos the other employee tells him he remembers me from yesterday he wasn’t the one who took my payment. I show my on my phone the charge which says Pep Boys store $99.00. He says he only sees a debit and nothing else. He is calling me a LIAR so I go home come back with the paperwork and Carlos has no CLUE how to give a refund which shows how poorly these employees are trained. I was in retail back in the day and we were trained to give refunds. Mr ASSISTANT MANAGER says he doesn’t know how to give a refund and I have to come back on Monday to talk to the manager. The best part Carlos tells me the mechanic from yesterday is there and can get my car done. I told no I was called a LIAR by the ASSISTANT MANAGER there is NO WAYi will ever do business here again. I will also be taking to their corporate office and if I don’t get my money back talk to the BBB. I highly recommend for customers not to do business here and go somewhere where you will be treated with respect. This is not how you treat customers.

Two screws connecting the air intake hose from the air filter to the intake were left loose, and the servicer's screwdriver was left in the body recess where the windshield wipers reside when not in use. just careless.

Brought my car in for a service engine light. The car was diagnosed and repairs were suggested, that I agreed to. The cost was over $900 and the next day my service engine light was still on. I’ve brought the car in twice since the original visit and the issue has not been resolved, and they have not been able to give me any answers as to what the next step should be. I feel like the original work that was done was not the correct course of action, and I paid over $900 for nothing. Although the managers were friendly, they were not able to help me resolve my issues nor offer other suggested course of action.

I dropped my car off at this Pep Boys yesterday 7/8/25 for a brake rotor and pad repair, and I am sad to say the front desk help was not what I had hoped. As a result of some emergencies, my credit is not the best and I am unable to apply for credit cards successfully. I mentioned this yesterday with reassurance that "we can do it tomorrow (7/9) when you pick the car up. It will be fine." It was not fine, my prediction was correct, and I was told they would have to keep the car. If I had taken the credit check the day prior, I would have been happy to find someone else to bring my car to who would work with me on an installment plan. Instead, I feel duped: treated as "lesser than" for needing to breakup the reasonable but still expensive repair. If the ability to finance or pay in installments is needed, find a single-shop mechanic you can trust to do the work and not a Big Box shop without heart.

I went to this pep Boys to get my brakes checked out because they were grinding and I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. they inspected my car and called me to tell me that I needed all new brakes and rotors for the front so I said that's fine. But then they proceeded to tell me I needed a new air cabin filter and a new air filter and possibly a new battery. And I need all my fluids topped off and I needed it a tire alignment and it would cost me an additional $3 to $400 on top of what I was already paying for my brakes. I told him there is no way I needed any of that stuff because I just had that done 2 days ago when I had a tune-up. So there's no way that my air filters, my cabin filter or anything is dirty or needs to be topped off and so on and so forth. And their system was showing my battery was at halfway of its lifespan which is no way impossible because I have a device plugged into my car that feeds information to my phone that reads the car's computer system and my battery is at 100% because it's brand new. I just couldn't believe that they would call me to upsell me on all these different items and unnecessary parts and labor just to try to get more money out of me when I'm already paying $600 for brake service. The fact that they give me a report that said my car needed all these things and that it was done 2 days ago prior to going to that way. So I know I didn't need any of this stuff. I could not recommend anyone going to this pep Boys. If this is how they do business I find it ridiculous that they do this but this is normal for mechanics to do. And on another note it took them 7 hours to basically put new rotors and brake pads on my car. Originally when I drop it off I was told that it would all be done by 1:00 p.m. Because they called me at around 10:30 in the morning to tell me everything my car needed. Which half of it was nonsense but I approved the work on the brakes right away and they said it would take about 2 and 1/2 hours. So once again I would suggest to avoiding this location at all costs if all they're going to do is lie to you to upsell you on things you do not need. I'm pretty sure if I brought a brand new car in off the lot and took it there they would tell me it would need something.

Seamless experience. Dropped off my van. Trailer hitch installed. Done in 2 hours. Works great! I used etrailer, and PepBoys had no problem with the model I ordered as I checked compatibility. Quote and final out the door cost was very reasonable.

This was a disaster, I would never go to this shop again. I brought my car in to check engine error codes, and to get the shocks / struts replaced. I was told the service would be ready the next day, but my car was kept for 4 days. The shock/strut work was delayed because I was told that the shop did not have the necessary tools to do that work, and they needed to wait for the mechanic to get his own tools from his own house and bring them to the shop to complete the work. I was not told that the mechanic would not be back at the shop the following day, and I needed to wait another day for the work to be done. I only learned about these delays and problems because I called the shop to ask the status of the work. The shop never reached out to provide any updates about the work or the timeline for completion. When I called on the 4th day, I was told that they were just finishing the alignment and the car would be done in an hour. I then received text and emails stating that my service was complete and the car was ready for pickup. However, these did not indicate that the alignment service was not done, and I was not notified that this was not completed at the time of the car being returned to me. Text, email and verbal communications all stated that my service was complete. My alignment was not off when I brought my can in to begin with, but the aligment was off following the service, despite having been charged for alignment service. Only when I returned to the shop to address this problem was I told that their machine was miscalibrated and I would need to wait (an unknown period of days) for the machine to be repaired before they could fix my alignment. Given that I was charged for this service, I should have been offered a refund for the price of the not completed service, and I definitely should not have beeen told that my car was completely serviced. Sending me out with a misaligned car without actually stating that it still needed to be reapaired is extremely unprofessional, negligent and is also unsafe. If I had not gone back myself, the shop would not have offered to fix the problem, as they acted as though the service had been completed. Attempting to receive a refund for the services I paid for that were not provided, was told that I need to wait several days for a manager to be in the shop, so I still have not been compensated yet. Overall a completely unprofessional and inadequate service experience, poor and misleading communications, and terrible customer service. Would never recommend this place.

Carlos the manager is amazing he always makes great recommendations for needed services and has been a trustworthy ally for all of my families vehicles repairs and the Machanic’s there have always fixed my issues right the first time I highly recommend this service department

Absolutely abysmal customer service at this Pep Boys location. We came in for a simple oil change, but the experience turned into a frustrating mess. Over the phone, they tried upselling us on tires and even mentioned a coupon—only to conveniently “forget” to apply it at checkout. When we brought it up, they refused to honor it, forcing us to dispute the charge with our credit card company. The real disaster, however, was Diego. Not only was he shockingly rude, but he actually hung up on us when we called to address the issue. His dismissive attitude made it clear he had no interest in resolving our concerns. To make matters worse, he falsely claimed to be the manager—either that, or this store has set the bar so low that this kind of conduct is considered acceptable management behavior. From the moment we walked in, it was clear customer service was not a priority. We had to wait while Diego casually chatted on the phone about his family birthday party, completely ignoring paying customers standing right in front of him. No urgency, no professionalism, just pure disregard for the people keeping this business afloat. I’ve had some tolerable experiences here before, but this visit explains why this store has such consistently awful reviews. If you value even the bare minimum of respect and competence, take your business elsewhere.

I honestly do not like coming to this location because they are extremely slow. I’ve been going to Pep Boys for years for all my car issues but this location is terrible. It took 8 1/2 hours for you only run codes not oil change I requested that the air filter. I understand that the parts for the issue that I have are not readily available but why wasn’t that communicated to me before 8 1/2 hours? I waited for three hours and then decided to leave I feel like they wasted my entire day and didn’t even give me a breakdown for whatever needs to be done. For the amount of business that they have coming to this location, they are not equipped with manpower or competency.

They are short of staff. The manager Carlos was nice and patient to assign his staff to complete my car's oil change. The waiting time and price were reasonable. I did use the store coupon though.

Never been to a Pepboys before being from Canada, we don't have them but was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in in hopes of finding 1-2 things and found a bunch of stuff that I needed. Definitely worth the stop by for any mechanic, automotive enthusiasts or anyone needing some work done on their car ... will be visiting this location in the future for sure!!! Friendly & helpful staff were great as well!
