Hands down best customer service I’ve had in quite awhile. Very knowledgeable about products and troubleshooting issues. Will definitely be my store for automotive needs.
I love this AutoZone!! They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Even with my 4X4 builds that are a mix of different vehicles even if I’m building one off contraption they usually have what I need to get it done lol. I even get parts for my bikes and several different tools there. They always have what I need and by the off chance they don’t they can get it in short order. Autozone on Skyway in Paradise is my go to auto parts store. Has been for a several years and will continue to be my go to for years to come.
For the third time the employee named Jeff is refusing to honor the lifetime guarantee for my duralast gold brakes. I now have to wait for a manager to come to honor my purchase guarantee. Despite the two previous times a manager has had to handle this issue, Jeff still refuses to honor this guarantee. If this doesn't get addressed I will be calling a lawyer.
Hey Kevin, since you have so much time on your hands, sitting around Writing Reviews, maybe a genius like you should get a job there explaining the subtle differences between Sensors and Relays.
Amazingly helpful and fast service, bought a handheld hand held jump start kit. Staff even charged it up before I got to the store after I paid for it over the phone, then demonstrated all its cool features. Great to carry in the car in case I need a jump start again.
I went to auto zone with some ongoing battery issues. Justin Willmes gave me the best customer service- and turned my entire year around! He gave helpful advice depending on what budget I was working with and really went above and beyond!! That kind of attention to customer service, combined with knowledge of products and repair options really made things much easier for me. I am very grateful - I have a 3 year warranty now - and will definitely shop there again!! He told me how to maintain it and even gave me a referral for a mechanic to help with what they can’t. Thank you Justin and your polite team at AutoZone. 🫡 I’m so happy my truck is working!

Good location. they have friendly reps who I enjoy talking to when I return. parts are readily available and reps suggest good alternatives that I didn't know about. in contrast, the O'Reilly nearby is a waste of time. I'll never go back there. not only do the people not know what they're doing but nothing is ever in stock.
Auto Zone was great. The closest Auto parts store to my home so it is convenient. All I needed was an engine air filter so it was a simple purchase. The help was friendly and fast so 👍 to Auto Zone. Thanks
They were very helpful by checking my battery, confirming it was dead, doing all the replacement work, and even giving me a discount since my bank balance would not cover it. I very much appreciate their help.
Do you ever get tired of trying to sell something to someone after they've shopped your store and walked up to the register to pay and then you hammer them with all kinds of deals you have? I'm tired 😫 of it. It's time to go elsewhere to shop without being harrased to buy something I didn't want. Stop the psychological sales tactics. I'll be moving on to Napa from now on.
They did me right! And it was AS I was leaving on my 1st road trip/vacation by myself with my daughter a few years back. They diagnosed my vehicle for free, and exchanged my defective battery for a new one! They're always friendly and helpful! Love you and thank you!!!😘
The workers are very helpful and nice here. I was buying a gallon of oil and oil filter to change my oil and they pointed out that there was a deal for a dollar more I got an air filter. Also I needed a tool and they helped me find it. I am also surprised at the availability of auto parts that they have in stock. A go to for diy vehicle tlc

Employees are very friendly and willing to help if you need it. Definitely a very welcoming and friendly environment to go environment to go into. I've been to o'reilly's I've been to other ones and it's nothing compared to autozone I will go to autozone is the autozone every time hands down even if I have to travel a little bit further to get to them
I've been shopping at this store for over 20 years. Most of the time they have exactly what I need at a competitive price. The staff is usually knowledgeable and if they aren't there more than willing to learn right alongside with me. Not to mention the return policy is just about as fair as it gets.
I usually go to another place to get stuff for my vehicle but they were closed earlier than info on-line. It was not the first time I had gone to my usual place only to find locked doors. Since I needed chains for my car because it was supposed to snow that night and I noticed AutoZone was opened and I stopped by after finding other place closed. The guy working was very helpful and I had no problem finding other stuff I needed. I will most likely go back to them instead of the other place. I don't have time to waste going to a place that's supposed to be open but is not.
A young man by the name of Orlando was extremely personable and helpful. I would definitely shop there again!
I had forgotten my mask at home and they immediately offered me one to wear even though there were two younger men in the store who obviously did not have the good sense to do the same!

I had a dead battery. It was the 3d in a 2 month period, so needless to say, it was time for a new one. While waiting for a friend to give me a jump, I called Auto Zone, and they had 3 choices for me. The clerk explained them in a way I'd understand, and installed it for me as well. Great job Auto Zone.
Always helpful and very friendly!! The only parts store I go to knowing if I buy something and it's not right, I'll be able to return it with ho hassle. That way I can get what I might possibly need at one time avoiding multible trips back to the store. Coming from a "back yard" mechanic, my review for Paradise Auto Zone gives them 5 STARS!!!
The gentleman that helped me was very nice but this is my second trip returning products that were wrong. The gal (Courtney) that came over to help the gentleman helping me seemed agitated and not happy that they had to do the return on the mistake THEY made. We have bought parts for at least 4 or 5 of our vehicles and I will not be returning to this store again I will however be bringing my business to Napa Auto Parts. They seem to get it right the first time.
I buy 80% of my car needs here and have always been treated well. Also the tool loan is great. I have a lot of tools but not much for diagnostics and thanks to AutoZone I don't need them all .
