We have had Northern Recycling & Waste Services for 5 years now they have always been on time and very pleasant to have pick up our cans. If I have ever have any questions or concerns the office has always answered them in a very kind and professional manner.

Lame Af'. Went into the office about green waste hours after waiting for an hour to be told fri&sat. After waiting at the Neal Rd dump and returning home, the flyer they sent out says wed- sun. Very unacceptable, employees should know these kinds of things. Especially when working the front desk. Wasted just about my whole morning whether it be waiting for the recycling center to open or waiting in line at the dump.
They refused to empty my recycling can cause it was 4 ft from the actual street. Driver took a picture of it! I'm 80 years old and took it out in the dark. My mistake, but geez.
Also they wanted me to start paying 7.00 a week for 2nd green waste can. They took it away before I had time to call them. I told them I want to find a different way to dump my trash and the girl said "Yaaayyy!". LOL. Way to keep those customers!
The company is still open and operating, but the recycling part is temporarily closed. This company also provides regular trash pickup along with providing blue recycling and brown green waste carts to residents of the Town of Paradise. These services continue to be provided.
Kudos to this necessary and efficiently performed utility operating post Camp-Fire and through the pandemic shutdown.
The stellar office personnel are friendly and always accommodating. They know their business and how to do it right. When the office was closed to public during shutdown, the telephone system was plenty helpful to all aspects of customer service with this resilient staff, no doubt fellow survivors of the 2018 Camp Fire and now post pandemic shutdown troopers.
The office is once again open to it's customers. Shauna and the rest of the staff are there and excellent service, as always, is being conducted by their smiling faces!
The service staff are amazing!! Even when I’m late to pay my bill they are still so nice on the phone. I never dread having to call them. Excellent customer service
Can’t believe they are still charging me two months after the Camp Fire burned my entire neighborhood down. Poor company policy. They should be ashamed.
Great recycling business. But the older lady with the short hair is very rude. She had a rude attitude when there were 3 plastic bottles with caps that had some water in it. Every other employee their is very friendly and nice.
