The best experience I’ve ever had dealing with registration and title transfer it was fast low fees and very convenient (hence their business name ) the employees are very kind I was in and out of there within 15 minutes thank you again for making things easy for me . I highly recommend using their services for auto registration
Disrespectful, rude, dishonest, unethical, classism, the wore place in town. Do waist your time here. If I had a chance to give them negative stars I would. This includes the owner.
My car is currently registered and the registration sticker from the tag was stolen and they told me I needed to have a smog before I could get the sticker. I explained to them again it is currently registered but they insisted I needed a smog very disappointed they cannot help me
Easy and Smooth Transaction. Title Transfer fee cost me $33 more than if I would of gone to AAA ($17). But it did save me a trip to Lancaster. I needed it done ASAP so I was ok with it for now.
I just heard about it from a friend of mine went to it was in and out in 5 minutes so what if you pay a little bit more than the DMV it's worth it will be back again.

First time using Convenient Auto Registration they helped me save some money but it took about a week to get my new license plates and registration but the DMV was doing appointments only so technically it would of taken a week until I was able to go into the DMV to get it done myself. The line to be helped there was very short if any line at all so it was way quicker then standing in line at the DMV overall great service and great support
I had a really weird case bc of covid + having an out of state vehicle and they were super punctual and understanding. Got my plates with no hassle what so ever! (Would have rated sooner but I have terrible time management) doubt I'd ever step foot in a dmv for a car ever again
My favorite place and only place I go to for any of my automotive needs. Fraction of the wait time that you experience from the DMV. Anything from registration, tags, license plates, you name it, they’ll take care of it for you. Highly recommend stopping by here next time you need to renew your registration!!
This Business is a rip off. They tried to charge me $800 because they said my vehicle has not been registered since 2007. But I know for a fact that after 10 years the vehicle falls out of DMV data base. I know for a fact because just 3 months ago I bought another vehicle that was not registered since 2009 and I ended up paying $250 AT DMV. I would not recommend anyone to come to this Establishment.
I have been here twice for help. Both times everyone was polite, helpful, and got the job done quickly. 5 stars everytime. To the folks giving 1 star...go stand at the CA DMV. Then rerate this BUSINESS. Yes they have to make money. They are NOT state employees. Going here again Friday!!
My first visit to Convenient Auto Registration last year was to register a 70 year old motor cycle that had not been in the system for close to 50 years.I was quoted a price and 5 days later picked up my plate and tags,i was also refunded 160.00 dollars,they could have kept it and i would have been none the wiser.How nice to find an honest man and his company!.....I returned 2 weeks ago with another 40 year old bike also long out of the system and after a CHP vin. check i picked up my plate and tags 2 days later.....I give them 10 stars...Malcolm Ede@ Classic British spares Lancaster Calif.
The staff and the superviser went out of their way to help me in a very friendly way. For me they have been real problem solvers thinking out of the box. They greet me by my first name and I never have to wait for more than a few minutes. In getting my new tag the supervisor insisted that he will be the one to glue it to my license plate. At what government DMV would you ever get that kind of service?
They were very helpful and convenient. They fixed an issue on our registration and title that somebody else has done in Los Angeles. They charged us what it had to be exactly as the DMV would have charged us and based on some pro rate pricing. The next day he gave us money back almost half. Very sincere and honest. Will definitely come back for any of our needs that they may assist on. Thank You!
This place is a ripoff he tald me the car have ticketsfrom the previous owner and I had to pay for them..he was trimg to charge me 1500$!!! .I when to the DMV and only paid 700$..It wasent true!!..hes a scam artist and rips people off!!..Dont go there!!!
Just called this place to get some information on registering my out of state vehicle. The guy Picked up the phone and automatically had an attitude. After one question I asked he immediately said "hold on" put me on hold. Then never got back to me. I called back and said I believe we got disconnected and he still had an attitude then put me on hold again. I would rather dealwith the dmv than this crook.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS YOU SEE! THEY ARE MORE THEN LIKELY FAKE!!
I was in there for 5 min and actually my cost went down using them there very professional and fast and explain things in detail my tags were past due and I was told I may have a bit of a wait because Sacramento had to release the hold and I was fine with that because it was less wait time then the dmv but it actually wasn't that long like expected there awesome in there and very helpful will be going to them from now on
this place is by far the worst customer service i have experienced, the owner of the place has a horrible attitude. He also charged 500 dollars aside from the DMV fees total fees he charged were 680 when all i had to pay were 180 in DMV Fees ,his service was not worth 500 dollars .. he is a crook and scams a lot of people, told me that it will take him few days....when calling his office he leaves you on hold , even on the phone he has horrible attitude. could not wait to get out from that office.
