Very nice guy, made sure I got the right part.

I've been going into Orileys for years and for years they have been loosing my customers warranties and even my warranties so when I go in to warranty some lifetime brake pads or for instance these lower control arms because Santos the older guy with glasses decided to put my lower control arms under another account I lost em and had to buy them a 2nd time and that was $750 dollars both times. So after I pulled the first set to go and return them they wouldn't even give me a return because the skinny girl Jackie lied and helped me track the first set that Santos lost and the 2nd day I went back to confront the manager they all lied and I'm out $750 dollars so needles to say they lost a damn good customer. I will never spend another dollar in that store and all my customers I'm gonna direct them to AutoZone or to Parts Plus because Orileys can't even keep a good computer and keep all the warranties correct and not loose people's stuff or put it under a different Comercial account.

Came in to exchange our shocks and just to get some ordered was like pulling teeth with the staff especially Joseph the Assistant Manager. Staff doesn’t even know their own policies and warranties. Once Joseph realized he was wrong and there was a warranty still after we had to point it out he agreed to place the order for new ones but had to get ones that were equivalent in price as he could not order the ones we have and stated we would only have to pay the difference in price which was $19.00 each. We came in just to pay the differences and shipping like requested so our order could be processed. Once the order came in we were not notified and had to call as it was past the time frame we were given. After getting confirmation our shocks were in we Finally came in to do the swap and they then requested $1000. Joseph and his manager kept dicking us around and refuse to uphold their own policies. Worst customer service ever.

I prefer O'Reilly's to Auto Zone. This store is often neat and well organized. There can be a bit of a line, but the workers are generally polite and efficient. They are pretty great about finding parts they don't have at a nearby store.

Shoutout to Fatima for a perfect 10/10 service! We visited two different AutoZone locations trying to find the right serpentine belt. While the employees were helpful, they couldn’t locate the correct one. Fatima went the extra mile, measuring the belt herself to ensure the perfect fit for my van. Huge thanks for the excellent service and patience!

So far like the service of all the employees but Joseph surpassed my expectations took the time to research all my questions n suggested upgrading spark plugs n grease n filter I was sold thanks

Love this store, this the most in particular. The staff was friendly, and went above and WAY beyond what they were required to do. Frankie helped me and was a phenomenal help when my car's battery went out. Definitely looking forward to coming back for quick fixes with my car. ??

Stopped by this location because my ck engine light was on. After he hooked my car up to the reader he started rushing me off. I couldn't really get any information about what was wrong and he didn't even get me a print out

So my friend was stuck on the side of the road needed some break line although they did not have it they were super friendly and offered to have it the next day we needed it that day so I did not order it but They were definitely super friendly super helpful And I would definitely go back even though I work for the competitor

This one of the best shops, the guys and gal's that work there do know what they are talking about. And if they don't they will find out and let you know. Also the lady's that do work there know more than a lot of people I know, and I'm on a professional drag racing team. They also don't have attitudes and always say hi with a smile. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite auto parts and auto necessities store. They are very helpful! They will match Walmart prices! I use Royal Purple 5w30 for my generator. It's great for my truck, also. It's always in stock (well sometimes I'm buying the last 2.5 quart container on the rack). DEF is also always in stock at a great price. Jonny and Joel have helped my wife nearly every time she goes to O'Reilly. Great employees!

Review for February 13th 2022. Thank you so much guys for your customer. And your professionalism. I was able to borrow a caliper tool kit. Today I actually brought some used oil for recycling. The gentleman that helped me out was very professional and very nice to help me get rid of the oil. Thank you so much for having the service available for the customers.

Long story short just moved to the area went in to charge a brand new battery. Since I usually always take out them batteries out of myCars when I store them. The kid at the counter took the battery came back two minutes later telling me the battery isn't any good . Proceeds to want to sale me a new one for 200 dollars I found it strange so I asked for my battery back . Went down the street yo autozone they took my battery and told me it was charging just fine .

Love this place because they diagnosed tour check engine light for free unlike other places they charge you over $80 just to tell you the problem. There friendly staff will help you with other issues or questions you may have.. Recommend this place!!

Exactly a year agoThey talked me into buying a batteryThey sold me on the highest priced battery in the store For a Ford F-150 Not a cheap battery Now I'm back a year later The battery does not work at all and they say I have to pay all over because their warranty is only one. I brought this item this same month last year!

The fact that they care that little bit extra enough to put installation instructions with most of the parts that they offer, is just that little bit to make me feel good enough to go back each time. In this day and age with so many company's competing for us consumers we deserve the best and for those that do not offer us consumers the best eventually someone else will end the business will go to them and you will be crying like a baby in a diaper that has yet to be changed. With the rash.. and no pacifier, LOL JK you get the point.

Super nice, new store. Brightly lit. Well stocked with everything I need and happy/helpful people behind the counter. I live closer to an Autozone, but they are usually either out of stock, need to order it for me, or simply carry some really junk parts. I won't install any Autozone branded parts on my car ever again. Not just poorly made, but poorly engineered. They do not meet OEM specifications, but they'll give you a lifetime warranty on it.

I went to the store to order a part that claimed it was at another O'Reilly's and I drove over there and it was not. To make matters worse I have to go back to the store for them to order the part from the same store that didn't have it in the first place. O'Reilly's just likes to waste my time with inferior parts and service

Great customer service. I needed a new break light, I asked if he would replace the light bulb . He did came out to replace the light bulb. The parts are cheaper than that other place. Showed me how to change the light bulb for next time. Thank you.

Been coming here for years. I have an older accord and do my own maintenance and repair. Whenever ive needed a part oreilly has had it in stock. That's a big plus for me since I drive that car daily and can't afford to be without it. Plus the orewards points are fantastic. I've saved so much money.

On my way home i got a check engine light on my car so i came into orielys so they could scan it and they refused to do so because it was night time and they've had to many incidents. I was the only person in the parking lot with a dodge challenger i dont i looked like a bad guy..

This review is specifically for Rudy. He was the only associate from 3 locations and a dozen employees, including corporate, who could apparantly help us. Sparing the long story, Rudy proved to be very competent, friendly and knowledgeable, and the reason why we will continue to shop at this store.

Stopped in today to find a rear wiper blade. Oscar was so beyond helpful! He couldn't find the make/model that matched my car, but he checked to see if other years could fit. He even went out to my car to make certain that it wasn't going to work on my car! Excellent customer service! Although I didn't buy anything, he treated me like a valued customer! Means a lot! It's not too often these days where you find excellent service like this! Thanks again, Oscar!

THEE worst experience I've ever had of customer service. FIRST OF ALL: waited in like for 15 mins to drop off our roters and the kid that helped us seemed lost beyond all belief. He tells us it'll be an hour so we give him our number so he can tells us if there will be a delay and we let him know we were in a big hurry so the less time the better but we understood. So my bf and i went to the grocery store next store waited an killed some time. 47 mins passed and we decided to go see where they were at with them. We arrive yet again waiting 15 mins in line and 2 people walked out already at this point. We get the the front desk we tell them we need to pick them up. A woman goes back to check comes to us and tells us he's just starting on them. We were shocked and of course we express out dissatisfaction. So we tell her we left them with the kid all he did was shrug. Like wth. So the tech comes to the front and tells us that we are liars that it wasn't but if we wanted them back he can grab them. So of course we say we want them back and how rude he was for correcting us when we have frickin proof!!! That it was 47 mins. Needless to say will not be going back and highly recommend saving you a trip and going to the o reilys up the road. Seriously horrible customer service and no one even apologized for the inconvenience.
