Before I can even get an answer, he hung up on me as i was explaining to him what was the issue. Then he calls me back twice from a private number just to hang up on me again. Is this how you guys run business? Great job, you must be billionaires.
If could give give zero stars i would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER JUST CALL COUNTRY WIDE! rudest person answered the phone, and if i had been calling for a tow, I definitely wouldn't have gone through with services from this unprofessional company. From a VETTED dispatcher, Get it together. If someone calls and asks a question, ANSWER IT.
Called the company late night around 11pm needed a tow back home, they agreed to do the service and never showed up. I was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting.

It was a great experience with this guys.I purchase this motor home and need it tow to our yard. I call different tow company s in the area but they were to high for my budget so i call Tow Me Towing they give me the best rate in town.I will used them again soon!
