I can’t recommend this location enough. They were so amazing and so helpful. I was commuting home from school and both my headlights were out, I stopped at this location on the way home and the guys took great care of me. They helped changed my bulbs immediately, and even checked my oil and found it was low. Terry was the best can’t recommend him enough!
Got my battery tested, was told by a super helpful employee named Terry that I need a new one and that installations are free, just come on back! Upon my return, Bryan sold me the battery and then refused to install it or even help me get it out to the car because it’s sprinkling outside.
Went in for supplies ended up turning the parking lot into a service bay! Terry is a great guy! Very helpful! We cleared my air flow, put a new filter in..good to go! Simple fixes done fast! Appreciate it!
Great experience all around. Got my check engine light code and possible causes looked up by a very helpful person (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) and then Terry happened to walk by and asked what was going on. After looking at the code he gave us some potential resources and then offered to go out and take a quick look after finishing up with another customer. He did, determined it was probably my gas cap, checked to make sure it wasn't faulty, adjusted it to be on properly and let me know the code should reset on its own but to, by all means, let him know if that is not the case so that he can help. Never thought I would have fun going to get my check engine light looked at but the friendly, non judgmental, positive vibe totally made it so.
Purchased a new battery from O'Reilly's for my Cadillac SUV, thinking I could install it myself. More complex that you can image. I called O'Reilly's back and spoke to Jon. He told me to bring it by and he would look at it. After a quick jump at home, I arrived back at the store. Jon when outside, and said he would get his tools. I was amazed. Within a relatively short time, he mastered all the complexities and Jon had the new Battery installed. He then rang-up the credit on the old Battery. OUTSTANDING Service. Encountered an issue with a different O’Reilly location and called my local one and the staff put me through the manager David right away and when we came in it was taken care of with great customer service, understanding and communication. The team and manager are great!
The manager Maney helped us immensely with our wiper problem after a scary thunder storm. He was very kind and treated us with dignity. Excellent service at this establishment.
I have an older car and i have been coming a lot to this store. They dont always have what I need in store but they will always help me order it or find it in the back. They have come out and tested my car in blistering hot days and done so without complaint. I will continue to come here.
Purchase a battery for my daughter’s car. I came back later to get my $20 refund for returning the old battery but was unable to get the refund.
Someone returned a battery before I did and got my refund via gift card.
O’Reilly’s normally put the money back on my card but instead gave it to someone else. Lost out of 20+ dollars.
Called O’Reillys today to look for a part and was helped by Anaya. While they didn’t end up having the part, she was very helpful and had the best phone etiquette and customer service you could ask for. I will definitely stop by O’Reillys in the future!
Ananya absolutely rocks. I came in, battery issues and her and the team went above and beyond to not only check out my battery (it was bad) but also check my alternator and starter (they were good!).
I bought a battery and they installed everything which was no small feat with the acid, leaves and something fuzzy that looked a bit like a tarantula underneath the old battery.
Highly recommend them as your car partner, great group all around.
On July 25th 2024 I found my self with car trouble and pulled into parking lot of O'Rileys in Lincoln CA. I waited 2 hours for AAA and call was canceled(not by me). I was told to wait an additional hr in the rising heat with 2 children and a dog in the car with no powers. I went I to O'rileys to see maybe of they can test my battery. Bryan was so very helpful and even let the kids use the restroom. He advised me I had issues with battery and offered to use jump box. I was so very extatic that the car started right up and we were on our way. We all cheered for Bryan and kids thanked him for saving us. He said he could relate because he had children and pets also. The fact that he expressed his empathy really warranted this review. He went over and beyond by showing his kindness and expertise. Thank you again Bryan for being the wonderful person you are. Kirsten helped me out real quick on getting what I needed. Got me the battery I needed for my car and swapped if out for me. Only took a few mins to do everything from getting the battery, swapping out the old one with new, and ringing me up at the register. Much appreciated!
Always very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed a replacement battery for my Mazda CX-5, and they had several options in stock. Was able to purchase, drive home in my other vehicle, then get the battery installed quickly.
I was looking for windshield wipers. They were so helpful. The young lady at the cashier came over and helped with her recommendations and showed me the clip on mechanism on some Bosch wipers, so easy. I bought them went home and put them on in 5 minutes. Joseph at the Lincoln location was fantastic. I am not knowledgeable about cars and am at the mercy of those who I take my car to. He explained the issue thoroughly and his solution was one that ended up being at no cost to me. He was extremely professional throughout the interaction as well. Very impressive.
Very friendly staff, great prices. They price matched my starter, went out while trying to start my car at petsmart. Ripped it out had it tested, failed, price matched with Amazon I did have to pay shipping but all in all I got Amazon price and didn't have to wait I was gonna pay shipping anyway. Very happy
