I Stopped by to get a quart of oil for my vehicle. Since I didn't know exactly which oil to get for my vehicle I asked for help.
My honest opinion is that it was about the best customer service you could ask for considering my purchase. I am super happy I stopped there considering how hard it is to get anyone to care about anybody latley.

659543, February 5, 2025 to get new wiper blades for my 2020 RX350 AWD. The young man at the counter waited on me right away, gave me a good price including the military discount and offered to put them on for me.
I just wanted to comment on what a gentleman he is and when he finished installing the blades, he even offered to shake my hand. What a refreshing change this is to see in today's society. Give this young man a raise, wish I had found out his name.

The shock absorbers bought from NAPA Auto Parts were made in China and defective. They won't replace faulty parts, and there's no warranty. Most of their products are imported from overseas, and the quality shows. Don't trust their parts.
All's I needed was bolts and this young gentlemen immediately looked for anything comparable and handed me 5 bolts. No charge no frown. A woman always appreciates being spoken to like we are master mechanics. 😊 👍
Super fabulous staff were so kind to me on a day that I hadn’t eaten any food all day it was 2 o’clock in the afternoon they were prompt courteous and also invited me for some of their Chinese food for lunch I was very thankful

They had exactly what I needed but when 3 employees are at a computer and a customer is waiting to pay for an item and not being helped, it doesn't look good from a customer perspective.
They do their best, experience depends heavily on who you end up dealing with. The computer isnt always right, stuff happens, that's just the way this industry goes. This store is leaps and bounds ahead of it's competition in town. In my opinion, wait times on the phone, as well as in person shouldn't be so long.
