So many other companies in this space have really scammy practices, so I’m really happy that Fox Junk is straightforward, honest, and affordable. I’ll definitely be using them in the future and save myself the hassle of getting ten different quotes. Highly recommend!
This is a good company. The process is fast, friendly and easy. They are flexible around schedules and text updates about arrival times which makes everything easy. They are also the lowest cost for furniture removal among several places I looked up.

I needed to rid my garage of bulky items and Fox Junk Removal was recommended in a Facebook group for moms in the area. Within a minute (literally a minute) of filling out the form on their website, I was contacted by text. I sent over a picture of what I needed removed and was provided a quote. Not only that, I was shown a diagram on how the quote was estimated.
The next morning (like 14 hours later), I got a text that they were on the way. Two gentlemen showed up at the promised time and easily hauled away our items in what seemed like less than 10 minutes. We were charged exactly what were were quoted and paid them via Zelle.
This was overall a very positive experience and I would recommend their services to everyone.

I found Fox Junk Removal online and I was really pleased with how the whole process went. Linda came out and gave a thorough estimate for an entire house clean out. The estimate was prepared and was competitive. The communication with Todd and Linda was outstanding as far as keeping me updated along the way. The job was completed in full just as scheduled. I'm writing about my experience with one of their employees on July 29 2020 in Pasadena. The moving company was moving out furniture from my neighboring unit at 8AM. The noise they created was enough to startle me and wake me up. The noise that were creating was enough to bother me until they left at 1pm and leaving me unable able to work out of home. In attempt to talk to one of the employees about trying to keep the noise down he was very disrespectful. His responses to me were very short, rude, and before our conversation ended he just walked away from me. It's definitely not how I or anyone would want to start a day. I understand that moving does create a lot of noise, but the employees should be aware of how they affect neighboring units especially early in the morning. During this Covid era, many like myself are forced to work out of home, but this is impossible because of their inconsiderate work behavior. It is completely infuriating! I called the company to complain about this, and the representative told me the manager would call me back, but the person who called me back was not the manager, and didn't really make me feel better about their inconsiderate behavior.
We have called on Fox twice now, and they are truly professional. The latest call required a last minute change in time, and they accommodated us perfectly. They are a true joy to work with. I wouldn't even consider looking at other resources for this kind of service.
I cannot more highly recommend Fox Junk Removal. I have used them MANY times throughout the years for different reasons: removing old broken stuff too big for the trash, furniture sets, a treadmill, massive heavy planters, leftover construction materials (tile, wood, river rocks, etc)... and to simply move big heavy furniture around the house. I’ve used other companies but what sets them apart is that they are really reasonably priced, quick, clean, on time, AND they clean up the space after they’re done (not just carelessly dump and leave you with a mess)!!! They’re also really awesome human beings that take the time to organize the new found “treasure” to divert it from the landfill for donations and repurposing if possible. For the same price or less than the other junk companies out there, they really put a lot of thought and care into the whole process and I can’t say more positive things about these awesome people.
Like a previous poster, I had a bait and switch. They gave me a written quote for $1100 to remove bricks with the caveat that I make sure they are piled up instead of just jackhammered and loose in my yard. I asked during the quote if they would want to come out and see it again after it’s piled up and the guy assured me he measured the flat surface and seemed confident about the volume. So I paid someone to pile up the bricks (not Fox, they were clear they don’t do that), scheduled with Fox to haul away, and told them their guys might want to come out again just to see. They came out again and tripled the quote to $3500. I was the one insisting the whole time that they check. Total bait and switch and I will have to pay someone else twice to move the bricks. I gave them two stars because they were very nice and easy to schedule while they were screwing me over.
Amazing company who is reasonable, timely, personable and friendly. We just hired them to pick-up three steel doors from our business that were extremely heavy. They gave a free estimate and arrived prepared on the day of for removal. Great company!
Organizing a quote was super easy with them and I was excited to get our basement cleaned out. Then they came and doubled the quote because of 5 stairs leading to the basement, and their truck was already half full and wanted to charge for a full truck. I will never use this company.
Fox Junk Removal is an outstanding company and very reasonable. You can trust them completely. They picked up and donated our old furniture to Goodwill and provided a receipt. Highly recommend them.
