HORRIBLE customer service. Sent me the wrong part, not even the part that was in the photo when I ordered. To make it worse, it was a part that had been modified and had 2 loose wires sticking out of the module. I requested to overnight me the correct part and was told "we do not overnight even when it is our fault" Emailed back to see how quickly they could get the correct part out..., no response. Emailed the following day and requested a refund and to send me a shipping label and I'd return the incorrect part..., no response. 2 days later, still no response so I asked for a refund status and still no response!

I purchased a transmission online and had it shipped from CA to GA. Upon arrival transmission set for two month at Porsche facility until it could be installed. Mechanic noticed drained transmission, drain plug missing and torque converter filled with fluid. As he pulled the torque converter to replace the seal, the pump bearing fell out. Parts store failed to drain torque converter prior to shipping and failed to inspect pump bearing. Transmission is junk. Parts store refused to issue refund even with honest evidence. Website return policy states initiate return via email..My email was rejected due to Mailbox full. Return policy listed on website does not indicate 30 day time limit for returns as suggested in denial of refund letter. Do not purchase from them unless you are local and can inspect the product yourself. Paypal denied refund stating that I significantly altered the product by pulling the torque converter. A good but very expensive lesson learned. Wasted $1100.00 in product cost and over $400.00 in shipping. All could have been avoided if Parts Store would have properly inspected the transmission prior to sale. scammers and thieves, I ordered a headlight, it arrived damaged, wrong packaging, the goods arrived incomplete, different from the pictures. Poor contact with employees, they are arrogant, promise to solve the case and do nothing. The employees themselves write positive reviews on google. Embarrassing.
