UNBELIEVABLE helpful gentleman. I was looking for a very insignificant part for a Smart car, called them and the gentleman took a long time to research if and where I could find one - even though they do not carry such parts in stock. You do NOT find this kind of help today so this was a VERY pleasant experience... THANK-YOU !!!!!
HORRIBLE customer service. Sent me the wrong part, not even the part that was in the photo when I ordered. To make it worse, it was a part that had been modified and had 2 loose wires sticking out of the module. I requested to overnight me the correct part and was told "we do not overnight even when it is our fault" Emailed back to see how quickly they could get the correct part out..., no response. Emailed the following day and requested a refund and to send me a shipping label and I'd return the incorrect part..., no response. 2 days later, still no response so I asked for a refund status and still no response!
Employee, possibly owner, threatened me physically in a voicemail because he didn't like that I repsonded to his and his employees rudeness, with rudeness.
scammers and thieves, I ordered a headlight, it arrived damaged, wrong packaging, the goods arrived incomplete, different from the pictures. Poor contact with employees, they are arrogant, promise to solve the case and do nothing. The employees themselves write positive reviews on google. Embarrassing.
Please read the real reviews and not their spoofed 5 stars!! Beware they will send you defective parts, repeatedly. I bought a suspension valve block for a S65 AMG and they sent me the part, both electrical connectors were broken on it for the plunger valves. I contacted for a return they said sure send it back. I sent it back, they received it, I verified with them that they got it, no response for two days of calling and emails. Thankfully I had paid through paypal so I have a case open with them now. Whoever answers the phone claims they've been working on cars for 30 years, but he had no idea how this part worked or that just b/c the pins for the connector are there, you kinda need the black surround to actually connect the connector. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I work on high end cars and thought I'd give them a try as I had a customer wanting to try to save some money. Will never make that mistake again. Please please please don't let this happen to you!!! They're refusing to refund the money and paypal will have to force them.
Sold me a defective part through his ebay store and then tried to sell me the exact same defective part through his regular store thinking I would not notice it's the same one! Even worse, he lied and said the part was delayed because it was shipped to the wrong address when in fact he was just buying time to receive the return from me, only to send me back the same bad part again. And now he is ignoring my request for a refund. Unbelievable! Stay away.
I purchased a transmission online and had it shipped from CA to GA. Upon arrival transmission set for two month at Porsche facility until it could be installed. Mechanic noticed drained transmission, drain plug missing and torque converter filled with fluid. As he pulled the torque converter to replace the seal, the pump bearing fell out. Parts store failed to drain torque converter prior to shipping and failed to inspect pump bearing. Transmission is junk. Parts store refused to issue refund even with honest evidence. Website return policy states initiate return via email..My email was rejected due to Mailbox full. Return policy listed on website does not indicate 30 day time limit for returns as suggested in denial of refund letter. Do not purchase from them unless you are local and can inspect the product yourself. Paypal denied refund stating that I significantly altered the product by pulling the torque converter. A good but very expensive lesson learned. Wasted $1100.00 in product cost and over $400.00 in shipping. All could have been avoided if Parts Store would have properly inspected the transmission prior to sale. THE OWNER seems to be a nice person but his way of doing business is not good. I think he is an out right used parts business but they are not good at doing internet orders even thou the internet is everything these days. Ordered a part from his website and 8 days later still has not shipped the package. His Ad should say this.............
