I come here every 2~3 months, with my mother, whenever, our plastic & can box is full, I live close to Sunset recycling. Employees are always kind and patient
Was surprised at how rude the staff was because I asked a few questions about my cave redemption. I have the rite to ask to be paid for each container 5 cents each container.
He did nor let me finish asking when he said I don't make the prices. The state puts the numbers I don't. I just work here. How do they cone up with the numbers and how dose it compare to what I'm bringing in . I don't know you have to ask them points to the sing. Again I just work here ..wow he was upset cause I'm asking questions about the recycling. Just a quick note everything just about can be recycled but they only do crv because you won't get paid for anything that is not but they will gladly toss it into there bin with the other stuff and they will turn it in and make money off our stuff..for example I was taking my lids of my containers when he spoke out to me you don't have to take them off I said I'm keeping them .. he didn't say anything eles he went inside his shack.

When I asked if he did 5 recycling he said as long as it says 5 crv on it i said we'll the lids are 5 recycling. He said yah but you don't get paid for it.. I said, "But you do.
Again they cash in on our stuff it's just an other way on getting over on us or me because I'm the one who is asking and he could have better answers or be more prepared to answer or handle questions when asked instead of saying I just work here I don't know anything about it..
There are places that will gladly take my lids and pay me my 5 cents crv if I asked. I just had to research and find it .. I'm sorry, everyone, because I've read your reviews on how wonderful staff is and blah blah blah so helpful, and I'm sure they or he is. mean while making more money off of you. sure, keep your lids on your container, and you are allowed up to 50 containers, plastic, glass,and aluminum each for your crv 5 cent redemption each transactions. But there is a daily limit, but it can be done, or you can do it by the pound . The whole point is that we have the rite to ask to be paid per container if we choose

This location is always clean regardless of the customers flow. Erick is very quick and professional with everyone, he greets you with a smile and respect everytime i come. This guys moral values are amazing.
Erick was professional and kind in all aspects. Treats his customers with respect and the over all hygiene of this recycle center is on point. They provide wipes and sanitizer for customers convenience. This place its top quality overall.
I have been going to this recycling center almost 10ys now. This place is always clean and nice. Today, Erick helped me with great service. He’s nice and quick.

Amazing customer service!!! Highly recommend! Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by a wonderful young man who introduced himself to me as Erick. He was friendly knowledgeable and attentive which is refreshing to come across since most places now days just try to rush you in and out of their establishment. Fast service, clean local and very professional! Whenever I come to a business that puts its customers first and treats them with such care like this one I always return and spread the word to friends and family as well, which I did! The only recycling center I will be going to from now on.
Terrible experience of my life. Just let people know that I'm an Asian. The Owner of this place and one of the customer a Caucasian guy they are racist. What happened is yesterday I went there and trying to do my recycle. One of a Caucasian guy squeeze in in front of my space and cut up so I said, Sir, I was in the line and he ignored what I said. He didn’t answer anything, He didn't even look at me and he keeps staying in the line. So I ask him again Sir, I was in the line what you are cutting in? did you hear what I said? I even ask him you saw me before you cut in. I was in the line why are you cutting in? He said “oh seem like you’re in hurry you can go ahead of me. I can do next”. I’m like what are you saying? You have no rights to offer me go ahead. I was in the line in front of you and you are the one whose cuts in. I have my rights. Why are you offering me? I even ask Owner you saw what happened and you saw I was in the line. But even Owner saw everything but didn’t do anything to him. Owner was keeps laughing. After I finished my turn and walk away they start talking and laughing. What the Hack.
Have been coming here for years now. Enjoy coming here!!!! It’s always fast. Eric who always helps my husband and I is super friendly. Highly recommend this place if you want quick service.
They are kind, fast and know what they are doing. They explain why some recycling gets paid while others do not but still take the items to be recycled. They segregate the recycling by number in case you miss anything.
