Found the parts I needed for my vehicles here when other auto parts stores didn't have them.

Wanted to give credit to an employee named Anthony. He has great customer service, and is very knowledgeable about cars/products that can assist.

Chris and Anthony were the best service members I've ever seen in a place like this. Last night I was there for over an hour cause I didn't know much at all. And through that whole time with nothing but smiles and kind words they helped me never even seeming like they lost their patience once. And I know I was probably frustrating with how much stuff I asked and all the problems i needed help with. Can't thank them enough. My mom drives a little further to go to this shop specifically cause the service here and I totally see why. Can't thank them enough, they were so great, kind and helpful. Thank you for your help you guys!

Horrible customer service, would not process a return even though 2 other O'Reilly's stated it is possible.. shorter gentleman that acted like the O'Reilly's hero wouldn't change anything. Made a huge deal. That's when O'Reillys in Norwalk stepped up and helped us out. I'll Never return to this place..

Warning, LM is higher taxes at this store and girl at the counter not nice and doesn’t return any money back just wants to give you store credit. Go to Norwalk store service is better and you pay less taxes.

Staff was friendly but unwilling to plug in the bulb to my headlight which cost $129. I just went somewhere else.

Great customer service. My brother had some issues with his car right next to the store. The worker, Isaiah, was super nice and funny. He scanned the trouble code and made great conversation with us. Great experience with this store and the worker that helped us.

Great service. Came in with the charging system problem they tested my battery starter and alternator just to find my alternator was bad thanks guys appreciate the help.

Bought a car cover here and the rep told me I had a 5 year warranty on it and could return it if anything was damaged. Showed up a year later and walked into the store to see if I could return it and the rep said yes, no problem. So I went back grabbed the damaged cover and the manger William would not accept the exchange. Defiantly a communication issue amongst employees and management. Was a waste of time and lack of fulfillment. Staff just doesn't care. Never go to this place again and please dont waste your time.

Bought a replacement windshield wiper and the gentleman who helped me out went above and beyond and installed it for me.

Better service than auto zone. Dude Linh was super cool and helpful

I'm so disappointed i go in this morning 8/22/21 8am the manger is the only one on there doing absolutely nothing I ask to purchase windshield wipers for a 2017 chrysler 300 bcuz it's raining this morning. He says no he can't id have to wait for his guy to get there in like I don't know how but I do know it takes 3 min to do ! Obviously pointless to buy from there and I tell him i need them its 🌧 I don't want to buy them and not have them on! AND THIS IS WHY I STAY GOING TO AUTO ZONE EVEN IF THEY ARE SUPER BUSY THEY ALWAYS DYE THEIR BEST TO HELP EVERYONE IVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THEY CANT HELP

Was super helpful, got 2 batteries installed in 2 vehicle's in under 30 minutes, super friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend

Excellent service the employee's are very cordial & helpful, I ordered a part and received it the same day really a good place.

Had what I needed and more. I came in to get a replacement fuse. My greeting was a nice surprise, especially since all associates were busy. The store was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I needed very easily. I was also able to find a new phone holder, perfect for my application. I was not expecting to find anything, in that regard, to meet my needs. On my way to the register, I found myself a good "pair of cheap sunglasses."👓🎸🎶 The cashier was very friendly and helpful with return policy, since I was not positive the phone holder would fully function.

A good auto parts store. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for. But the clerk was very helpful and pointed me to a good alternative that worked great.

Julian was helpful knowledgeable and very professional 🤘 ...annd then there's William's excessive profanity🙄

Agustin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He and other employees like him are the reason I always go to O'Reilly auto parts.

These guys were very helpful. They helped me figure out why my brake lights were not working. They were very professional and patient about it.
