Zev was my operator, and he did an excellent job. He shared his concerns with me regarding my tire/wheel, and he was able to do a makeshift fix to re-attach the nuggets to my Model 3. The thermostat went out in my friend's car while he was picking me up at LAX and his car started overheating. Urgent Towing gave us a competent price to tow it all the way back to Signal Hill/Long Beach. Sevren the tow truck driver showed up fast, did a great job securing the car to the flatbed, and got us and the car back to Signal Hill quickly. I highly recommend this tow company.
Thank you guys so much for your help. An hour ago, in the middle of the night, my hybrid car battery died and designated roadside services for my car were not picking up. I’m so glad I found Urgent Towing - dispatch was reassuring and made the process easy, and the tow truck driver who came within 15 minutes was able to jump the car in a few minutes (sorry I neglected to get your names in my distress). I was on the 405 freeway heading south, heading home, in Inglewood. I noticed a weird noise as I was driving. I exited off the Florence exit. Scared, and didn't know what to do, MARTIN appeared outta nowhere, and assisted me in need. OMG, words can't even explain the HERO in Martin. Its after 10pm at night, and im a woman alone and single, no tire spots were open, and I was in tears because I didn't know what to do. Thanks to Martin, I can get home safely, and deal with getting a new tire in the morning. Thank you Martin

My son hit a pothole during the LA rains, not unlike many LA residents. The pothole took out a tire and my son needed a tow. It was a busy night for tow trucks, and it took a while for the driver to reach my son, however, once he did, he was very helpful and professional. Communication was easy and they took very good care of my vehicle. I am extremely thankful for their excellent service.
Driver was quick, friendly, and worked through the difficult location car was parked without even looking phased. Can’t believe I’m saying this but the driver made this the best part of my day…..while getting towed. Thanks from a traveler from Detroit.
Great service, good price. They came fast. Forgot to mention tow truck only carries one person n I was with my son. Thankfully I was at his school but other then that everything was good.
The guy that helped us was very sweet. Don’t remember his name but helped us with our white Vinfast. He was very nice quick to show up, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and called to tell us the car was delivered safely.
Very fast response. My driver Bryan was very nice and made my ride home comfortable and fun. He explained the process of loading my truck up to his tow truck and was very courteous with my vehicle. The cost to tow my truck was reasonable and so far I’ve used this company twice. I will continue to use them from now on. They are my go to company.

Our rental car had a serious flat—like down to the rim flat—and this is the company they sent to tow the car. They were timely (wait was only 45 mins) and Brian, the driver, was super nice and very efficient. Oscar, the dispatcher, was also super nice, and did a great job communicating with us both before and after the job was done.
I love and appreciate a business that goes above and beyond for customers or people they service. When they were made aware of what happened to my car, they had multiple solutions for me to choose from. Everything worked out great. Most tire shops are closed but these guys had my back to make sure I would be able to get my tires replace even after hours. Thank you again for coming to the rescue.
I had a wonderful experience with the team from the very first phone call. I was stranded with a flat tire at 6am, called the company and they were very understanding and got a driver out to me as quickly as possible. Made sure I was taken care of, very pleased with the customer service all round. 10/10
Great experience with this company. The driver was super professional and accommodating. The tow truck had the latest equipment, especially for low standing vehicles. I highly recommend these guys.
My daily driver steel horse lost a horseshoe today.. thru my insurance requested a tow service and Urgent towing LLC was sent..
The tow truck driver ( I apologize to him for not asking his name) was a real rockstar, took the time a was very cautious with my motorcycle, made sure that I was happy with the way he secured it to the flatbed, and checked several times before putting the tow in motion…very happy with the service!!

I was stranded at LAX with a flat tire after a 6 hour flight. Another tow company refused to help me after being dispatched by AAA. This company arrived quickly and driver Dominique was very kind, quickly got me on the road again. Excellent customer service. Will call them straightaway if there’s a next time.
Update from the 1 star post i left yesterday. They called me back and patiently explained all the wait times were x generated by AAA and that they are reliable and will take care of me. Today, i called , they arrived in 15 minutes and were totally professional and wonderful. Nate was careful with my car, drove really well. If you need their services, try them. You won't regret it!!
My husband and I needed a tow last night and the guy who gave us a tow was extremely helpful. His name was Zev, and he was very professional and worked quickly despite some unfortunately complications. The dispatcher we spoke to kept arguing with me about the pick up address. I kept trying to clarify where we needed assistance and he was sure he had the right address and I was wrong. That interaction with the dispatcher ended with him sending the tow truck 10 miles in the wrong direction. We had to wait extra time at 3am for this to be corrected. Overall, Zev was amazing and deserves a raise for the service he showed last night, but the dispatcher needs more training.
I want to give more than 5 stars and even 10 stars to the towing service here. All the services were fantastic. Yesterday my car suddenly stopped moving, so I contacted the road side service. The estimated arrival time was 45 minutes, but it took 15 minutes. It was really fast. It was really hard to get the car out of my home garage and connect it to the towing truck, but the driver didn't give up until the end and dropped off the towing as well as to the service center. The driver's name is Hose. Kind, knowledgeable, and absolutely brilliant. Thank you soooo~ much Hose !!!
Zev truly saved my night! It’s my anniversary, and my Nissan Leaf is completely dead. Another tow truck already come by but left without even checking the inside, saying they couldn’t get it out of the garage. Then Zev showed up and he not only diagnosed what went wrong but also towed me home and took the time to explain possible fixes. His expertise and professionalism were outstanding. From now on, this team will be my first call whenever I need help! 10-stars!

I had the most unusual situation, dealing with a car with mold from sitting in the garage for three months. However, Carlos came to save the day. He was so polite and professional absolutely one of the best tow trucks I’ve ever encountered. Expertly pulled my car out of the parking spot so that he could hitch to his truck. When we got to the destination, he unloaded quickly and then we found out the battery was dead and quickly jumpstarted the car. Really professional AAA service.
My Morning was off to a Horrible start. Super long story short my Tesla died. Urgent Towing to the rescue. I was blessed to have/meet Bernard and Zev. They reassured me I was in good hands. They both are extremely professional and a bit comedic. You can see the passion they take in representing themselves and company. These two together are like top tier super heros.
Outstanding service. Had a guy pulled up within 20 minutes of my location. Quickly loaded up and helped me troubleshoot and moved my car into the garage. I got several quotes for the night and urgent towing was significantly faster and had better pricing.
