I am so incredibly thankful for Adam from Jones Towing! On April 24, 2025, after my cousin's terrible accident, Adam was a true blessing. He was not only courteous and upfront about towing costs but went above and beyond by towing the car to my cousin's house and giving him a ride. The final bill was a surprisingly welcome amount lower than quoted – a huge relief given my cousin's injuries. The exceptional service didn't stop there. When we lost the car keys post-hospital stay, one call to Jones Towing connected us with Adam, who knew the CHP had them and personally delivered them back to my cousin! Meeting him, his courtesy and politeness were remarkable. Adam's integrity and willingness to help, even returning with the keys, are truly outstanding. Jones Towing has earned our highest praise, especially Adam!
I had my truck towed by the CHP and had to call Jones towing to find out how to get it back, they helped me come in and grab a few things and answered all my questions and were extremely polite and helpful.
My car was impounded by chp(which is another story my ex of 5 years still on title) I was told 475 for a tow 125 per day and was told office is in lakeport. I was towed at in 10:30 pm attempted contact in the next day no response leaving 6 messages. Towed on Monday notice of lein sale Thursday same week, Lein machine notifying me i owe 700 already. I have not even been able to retreive items from the vehicle as no one will respond to messages. I didnt even get a ticket just impounded. With a notice of storage from chp with no decleration as to why it was impounded. My car was towed in less then in 10 minutes of chp telling me its getting impounded. The shop is in kelseyville I just found out from a friend also means the driver gave out false contact info. From Pomo Pumps to Kelseyville in 10 minutes at 1030 at night mind you, no way. Smells. Funny.
Adam truly was a Godsend. I was stranded, frazzled & hot and right away he put me at ease and even made me laugh. He took care of everything and had me sit in his wonderfully cool truck. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!
In my experience with Jones tow I believe they are crooked and they have some kind of thing with the police in Lakeport because they don't give anybody their property back even if their name was on the 180 they probably wouldn't do it still and the sheriff's don't put your name on the 180 so that you can't get your personal property back even I'm pretty sure they made a lot of money off the stuff that was in my vehicle so thanks Jones towing for not doing anything for me and thank you Lake county sheriff's department for not putting my name on the paperwork that you should have. The best part is you have to pay $100 to the sheriff's department
for a released for your property but if your name is not on the registration Jones won't give you your property
I can't really speak to their towing services but their driver that was going through Lakeport this morning 1/16/2023 almost ran me off the side of the road because they didn't use a blinker and switch lanes into a turn lane without looking. Wouldn't trust a dangerous driver like that with towing my vehicle.
I parked in their driveway for about 10 mins, after looking for my car in the parking lot. I was on the phone with police, about my car being possibly stolen. A man got in the tow truck and chased me out of the parking lot, on my tail, through Lakeport. I pulled over and the man proceeded to harass me and question me about being at his place of business. And that I should have called instead. The police could not find my vehicle since it had not been reported towed. So I was looking in all tow yards for it. He came off very agressive and scared the daylights out of me. Very unprofessional.
My mom's car was taken here after a wreck.Adam was who helped us and he was amazing and very informative!I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.Thanks again Adam!??❤️
I called because i was referred by a friend. I needed a car to get to work as mine blew up this a.m. it states on their website that they are open 24 hrs. I wanted to do business but was told it was 5 in the am and hung up on very rudely. Wish they had a bit more compassion for others. Very rude. Very unprofessional. They just lost a cash paying customer.
Our Car had not been operated since we returned home from being evacuated during the Mendocino Complex and Ranch Wildfires so Our Car's Battery was Dead. We found Jones Towing on Google Maps and called them. From the time we called them (8:59am) the Dispatcher said the Driver would be here in the hour. Not even!! He showed up within 15 minutes after we called! We moved here in Blue Lakes from Sacramento Ca and have used many Tow Services ( especially Roadside Assistance)and During the Sacramento Rush hour time frame. NEVER Has a Tow Service ever Been this Quick and Efficient!! And Both Employees Were Excellent and Friendly to Us! Even midst a Moment of a Married couple spat. If Ever you Are in Need of a Tow! I Highly Recommend Jones Towing for All Towing,Battery Jumps,Etc!! WEll Worth the Cost!!Because TIME and Quality are More Important than MONEY!!????????????????
