First time buying a car and I was not disappointed when I found a friendly salesman who was able to help me find the vehicle I wanted, I drove off the lot with my new jeep and I’ve been blessed to have had the chance to buy from this family. We needed a second family car and decided to give West Lake auto a try. I’d looked at their inventory online, knew which car I wanted, and was prepared for a hard sell situation. We worked with Rick and he was great right off the bat- he was knowledgeable about the car and financing process and didn’t try to pressure us in any way. The entire process was quick and painless and we’re very happy with the vehicle! I was impressed that Rick remembered my family members by name that he had sold a vehicle to a year prior, highlighting the thoughtful service that West Lake Auto provides. There was an issue with our lender after purchase and the West Lake Auto staff helped to address the issue quickly and smoothly. We will continue to keep them in mind for future purchases and recommend them to friends and family.

After going to Sacramento to find a vehicle and having a very awful, aggressive experience, I decided to give West Lake Auto Dealership a chance. I first met with Blake who gave us a no pressure experience. He allowed us to test drive the car without feeling obligated to any thing else.This was very refreshing after my previous out of town experience. I decided to buy my new to me car here and I do not regret it. The whole process was easy and respectful to my wishes. At paper signing time, we got the pleasure of working with Rick. Had a minor hiccup where once I had bought and taken out my car off the lot it had completely died on me. I was able to call them and they immediately took the car back to fix up the problem and I haven’t had any issues since! Customer service was great but hate that I had to wait a few more days to get my car back.

Yep. I'm gonna have to say 5 of 5 stars. Blake was the bomb! Very helpful and easy to talk with. But his Dad, he's the true hero! I had a slight issue after purchase, but it was dealt within 24 hours of purchase!! (No cost to me) I 100% trust this company! After my Subaru Impreza was listed as a total loss, I came by West Lake and immediately found the perfect replacement, a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek.6 months in and the car is running perfectly. We bought a Toyota raff4 in may and this car is an amazing . The people are very respectful and there very easy going .Our car hasn’t gave us no problems I would advice you too too go there if you want a good running car. I’m glad I got mine from here .

I purchased a used SUV a couple of months ago. They were reasonably priced, friendly & helpful during the process of purchasing it. Whenever I've had a question or issue they are patient as well as helpful. When taking an out of state trip, they told me to bring my vehicle in to do an inspection before the trip, in their auto service dept. They took the time, looked my vehicle over and took care of any issues, which was only a fuse needing to be replaced- at no charge to me. I definitely will continue to keep them in mind when asked by friends or family for recommendations in buying a used car.
