I had an awful experience at O’Railey being ignored and forced to walk out, just 2 doors down from here. I came here got the help I needed and I was happy to give my business to this establishment.
My son's van broke down while he was out on his delivery route. The parts person listened to my son over the phone & quickly found his parts that he needed so I could get back to my son & he could get his van back on the road. He needed a serpentine belt & a pulley. Luckily Auto Zone had both parts in stock & at reasonable prices that were affordable.
Chris is so helpful & I appreciate it! He and his coworkers greet everyone with a smile! I definitely will keep coming here. I encountered an unfriendly attitude at another parts store.
I went to Autozone to get a new battery. Not only did they have the battery I needed, Lee came out and replaced the battery for me, keeping the old one. My battery is in a really weird spot, but Lee kept a smile in his face and tackled that beast! Thank you Lee! I highly recommend.
But it is the most awesome manager I’ve ever seen in an auto zone. Mike and Chris are very helpful and knowledgeable. They’ve always helped us out of a pinch whenever we’ve needed it. They went way far and beyond. Very professional, all-around great people and awesome work ethic. I consider if you need anything car related AutoZone in Lakeport is the place to go.
Walked in and the guy was playing vulgar music off of his cell phone. Not what I would want a child to hear. They had only one person working the whole store. You can forget about getting help.
This perticualer Auto Zone is the newest addition to Lakeport in Lake Co. California's auto parts retailers businesses. It's located in the corner of the now out of business retailer KMART'S parking lot. It's been here for about a year now I believe. I do have an Auto Zone rewards card and have bought quiet a bit of auto parts and accessories from them. The auto techs that work at this perticualer store are knowledgeable and curtious to those who don't know what to call a part they need. The only thing I would like to see at least one of the auto parts retailers in the area try. Would be an in store self help library where anyone could come in and look up specific things to there vehicles ahead of time and possible elaminating the need to bring the wrong part back. But it's just a thought.? The store is well laid out and clean and prices are competitive. I recommend them more often then not, when asked by family and friends where to go to buy auto parts in my area of Lakeport California.
Went to have battery checked ,in my well cared for 2006 Chrysler 300 after having to jump it Chris checked it and determined I needed a new battery, which was 6 years old. Chris found the problem and had the correct solution and battery to get me going . Lee installed it and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I have found Autozone as a company to be consistently dependable over 20 years of being a customer..The Lakeport location reinforces the terrific people and service they provide. Highly recommended .
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Bought a battery and windshield wipers there. They don’t try to push the pricey items… also great at installation which I appreciate .
Excellent staff manager runs a well clean store tends to whatever you need for your vehicle I definitely recommend stopping by and having a good conversation Plus getting the correct Parts you need
AutoZone I have to say is a company that if you're unsatisfied or service wasn't handled correctly, the take care of you. Long story short, I didn't get the best of service and cost me a few days of work, but I was refunded 100% of my money AND the part I paid for was given to me at no charge. Companies are, ever since COVID19, fading away from making things right for the customers that made them who they are. I spoke with a human and not a bot. I was given a real phone number to a real person. It's my 1st stop if I need a part for my car. If they don't have it, I go to O'Reilly's 2nd. GREAT JOB AUTOZONE. That's what I call, CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Chris is a great guy. He's been a good friend to my dog. She lives him. He is very knowledgeable every time I've had any questions and he's very professional. The store manager is a kinda quiet guy but he's doing his job and has helped me more than once and he's pleasant. and actually all the employees are really nice and helpful. The stores clean and items are faced to the front. Great prices and their reward system is bomb. Much better that the competition.
AutoZone in Lakeport and a young man named Taylor helped me with putting new wipers on my Prius. I had 2 bad wipers and 1 was broken.. Driving without much vision was very scary.The store and the sales men were my heros. Thank You!
After a bad experience at another auto store in town I went here to get a grommet and they didn't carry it for my vehicle in the store and was told a lot of the parts such as this they don't carry another piece needed for them such as my PCV valve needed a new grommet my old one fell apart. I had to make one till mine came in the mail sadly my homemade one worked better. Sad how most parts come with those little things we may or may not need and others need to be ordered. Cost me 4 bucks due to shipping cost.
I've been buying my auto parts there in lake port.. they have a guy who works their named Taylor. Very knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with. Explains everything. It's a pleasure going there. No wrong parts yet. Chris
Jasmine helped us with checking our battery and then Elizabeth advised us which battery to get for our car and then installed it and did a great job. We appreciated the tips, advice and service received. We will return and were grateful for all.
My car battery was near dead and AAA tow service arranged for me to get a battery from Auto Zone in Lakeport. The service was stress free and fast and it was a good experience. I will definitely go back for my car needs!
Great parts house. The staff goes out way beyond the "norm" to get the part, or diagrams, (wiring/ vacuum), or the illustrations of how the part goes on. The whole team is just great. Thanks guys and let's not forget the ladies they know their stuff as well. Great job, ladies and gents. Pleasent place to do it shopping.
Just started going there and i am shocked how good they are. They have all my old mercedes parts on hand or quickly ordered. They have been patient woth my misgotten tools lol. And have really been better on price over other parts stores. I am really happy they came to lakeport.
