One of the best autozone’s I’ve ever been to. Great customer service quick and easy. Davella is always on top of it great communication very friendly and goes above and beyond to help in any way that is necessary. Love her personality very kind individual.

Bought a bad alternator went back to them and they straight bs me and told me the alternator I returned them
Wasn’t theirs I was like what ever man keep your garbage and get burned for almost 200$ I told the manager to look in the cameras I don’t need to be lieng it was from AUGUST 15, 2025 to AUGUST 25, 2025 you will see me on ur video buying the alternator Mr last one I sold was in. January which was total bs my name is Armando Flores and I work at big stop across the street my uncle SALVADOR FLORES and my cousin Freddy have accounts with you guys
I wanna thank Richard & the manager Ramon for helping me out with a error, I was sent to the delano #2829 spoke with Ignacio basically was told my warranty was not available thru an error irrelevant from the fact I was sent from another store with the core
Well was told it wasn't going to happen, called this store just to place an order to be prepared, spoke with Richard provided proper information and with the help of Ramon they were able to find the error, was corrected all thru a misunderstanding. I was able to get my warranty honored, all with patience and good communication
If you need something answered just asked these two and you will get a answer, don't go to the delano they'll just say there's an error and say we gotta buy a new part

Horrible customer service. Went in to return a part store manger was upset because I didn’t have a receipt told him I know he can look it up with the date and register yet he continued to say he needed the time too. I worked with the company for three years not once did we ever need the time to look up a receipt for a customer. Customer service is always important especially at a place like this and they give the worst customer service possible.
I love the way how Nayeli H is always on task and helping me what I need with my service’s ! Highly recommend her if you ever need help looking for something or any part !

as a long time diy mechanic, i have always trusted autozone for their parts availability and their warranties. no one has me out more than Nayeli, her smile was welcoming, she knew her parts and asked what my projects were so she give a second opinion. one of my favorite stores to be at. will go again every time i need a part.
Buy your parts elsewhere, especially if you are a woman. Go to the local O’Reily’s or Napa. Andrew and Luis take advantage of women because they think women are dumb. Went in to purchase a CV drive axle and Andrew sold me the part. I went to the mechanic to get the part installed and he let me know it was the wrong part because it did not fit. It wasn’t the correct size. I went back to Auto Zone to return the part for a refund. Andrew was no longer there, but Luis was. He claimed I was returning a used part, which was not true. He asked who sold me the part and I told him Andrew. He looked for the CV drive axle with my license plate and confirmed that Andrew indeed sold me the wrong part/size. After my mom put him in his place and told him I am not dumb, this is not a used part, give me my money back, we got our money back.
We went in like 10-20 min before closing to recharge a battery didn’t expect much usually people get upset but the girl was so sweet and didn’t mind to help us even tho it was almost time to close up thank youuu sm amazing customer service from her 😊😊🥰🥰 wish I got her name lol.
I came in today to get some parts, the staff greeted me politely as I walked in and gave me a better insight to my problem and saved me money! I appreciate the store and workers for providing great service as of late
Very welcoming worker super nice. Nayeli was the one who helped me took the time to make sure that I got all my questions answered and got all the right parts I needed.
Today I got stranded on my way back to Los Angeles. I had to replace my battery. I was helped by Mario and his team helping me figure out and narrow down to the true problem. “The alternator”. Mario and the crew were very knowledgeable about what parts I needed and assisted me matching the proper parts to my vehicle. If anyone needs good service this is the spot.
I kid you not this has to be the BEST AutoZone I’ve ever been to, hands down! I was traveling back up north from down in So Cal when my battery flipped out and died in my Dodge Charger. It was me and my kids and lemme tell you. I didn’t know what was going on. The manager/employees there went above and beyond to quickly investigate and resolve my problem! If it wasn’t for those 2 guys in that shift 6/7/2023 @530pm. I would have been in a bad situation. So shout out to the guys who got me and my family back on the road. You guys are the BEST and we all appreciate you.

Very helpful attentive everything i needed was provided for me and even when the item i need is not available staff is very helpful to direct me so that i have very good customer satisfaction. Customer service was not good, the guy really didn't want to help he never heard of the extra miler and did not no what he was doing. When I asked him something simple he just. Looked at me like a deer in the head light.
Stopped in at midway point of a long trip and having battery trouble with my Harley. Hector and Miguel helped me tremendously by quickly responding to my needs, offering advice on the best way to resolve my issue and getting me back on the road. Best auto zone customer service ever!
The staff at this store is disrespectful and it was disappointing to see the lack of professionalism especially being the only store in this town. The men working didnt acknowledge my question and I stood there waiting for one of the three tp respond. I didn’t want them to hold my hand. After, me walked in another man and he was greeted by all three employees but I guess that’s what happens when your not part of the “boy’s club”. The great thing about shopping in today’s era, is we have online shopping and I was able to get Google to help me with what Autozone couldn’t. Thanks for the experience AutoZone staff.
Montoya was very helpful. I had some trouble replacing my windshield wipers and (on his own) took ownership in helping me select the right ones for my car and putting them on for me! Thanks for going above and beyond!
