To make matters worse, the area I was stuck in felt completely unsafe: low visibility, no shoulder space, and occasional fast-moving traffic. It was one of those moments where you just feel helpless.

The driver (Joseph) was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, and most importantly, reassuring. He immediately recognized how dangerous the spot was and took control of the situation with confidence. He carefully positioned the tow truck to create a safety buffer and made sure I was safe before even touching the car. Then, without hesitation, he got to work and was able to repair the flat tire on the spot, which was such a relief. He even checked all the other tires to make sure I was good to go.
What could have been a scary, overwhelming night turned into a moment of true gratitude, all thanks to their exceptional service, attention to safety, and genuine care.

WOW! If we could give them 10 stars, we would. While trying to relocate 12.5 hours across the state, a few hours into our drive, my wife and I unfortunately broke down on the side of the 5 in the middle of the night. I can’t recommend In A Jam Towing enough. My transmission went out while on the road so I gave them a call at 1AM on a Monday morning. The owner was able to come to our help with no hesitation. Communication was great and he even recommended a shop that could take a further look for us. They are a local company and I would recommend them to all.
