I wouldn't do business with these people.low ballers I have a perfectly running vehicle I wanted to sell to them and they would only pay around $400 . My tires are worth more than that I went somewhere else and got $2000 so shop around people
My overall experience, with cash for cars, was great! The call center staff were very helpful and took their time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. There were some minor challenges with communication as the call center was off shore, however, this did not diminish the overall experience. The office staff was wonderful, I am grateful for this experience. Thank you

The price they paid was the only thing which made it worth it. Once Jeevee was finished making the deal it went downhill. Being on hold long periods of time. Having to call them when they didn't call as I was told. Not showing up to take my car as I was told.
I ended up taking the car to them because I didn't want to mess with the B's any more. I think it was more a problem with the local lot rather than a Cash for Cars issue.
In the end,,, I got paid.

This business is so wonderful and amazing, when the toe truck gentleman came to pick up my vehicle, he waited for me 20 minutes to come home, usually they go some where else and I lose my time schedule for the day. Also at the office the lady Kimberly is so kind and alert, she makes sure all my questions are answered and successfull. I recommend this service as professional class A service.
