They were supposed to show up at 10am and never showed up. I called multiple times and they never answered and when they finally did, they told me they would not be coming until the following day in the morning. The following day they stopped responding altogether, and we decided to go with another company. Really do not recommend this unprofessional company

Extremely Disappointing Experience.
The tow was scheduled for 11:00 AM but never arrived. I called every 45 minutes, and each time I was told, “you’re next.” Eventually, they claimed someone was on the way — but by 1:30 PM, they stopped answering the phone altogether. I had to call a different company to get the job done. This was a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Avoid this company at all costs.
They drivers are rude and dispatch the guy was mad because my car sat too low and he couldn’t get my car in the truck I think he was just being lazy I had another guy come out called Omar’s towing and they got my car in the ramp very easily mind you cal state towing left me and 2 year old baby and told us to call a different tow company if this is cal state towing I recommend not going through them
I had a good interaction with Cali Towing. Rescued off the Bakersfield 99 South Freeway. There was a wait but that’s life. Tow tech was nice and greeted me. Got me and my car to the auto mall. Thank you for helping me.
Tow truck driver was rude as hell and ended up leaving my family and I on the side of the road he even doubted I was who I say I was in my id card which was very offensive and was pushy before saying he don't got to be there so I said fine he said ok I'm leaving I said bye! Rude as hell obviously he don't care bout the situation we were in and makes the company look real bad .
Towing cancelled 2x for no reason proceed after 30mins I got a towing confirmation it says on the way here eta is 17mins; I was standing outside for good 1hour and folks didn't answer, did not show up yet said it was completed task .
Wasted my time dealing with these folks.

I had a service set up. Waiting 4 hrs. Text them. They said they were running late. 40 minutes later they cancel service and u have to wait for another company now. Don't trust them.
The person who came to pick up my truck on October 1st and take it to Gills' transmission shop, claiming he was a supervisor, is lucky I was at work in San Louis Obispo. Because if I was there and you disrespected my wife like you did, this would have taken you to a whole other place. Do NOT use this place to request another company like Golden Empire Towing. Never again!!

Life is hard along with a bad government leadership that caused severe economic inflation and affected so many business establishment to close. I find this towing service a real blessing for towing my Jeep, even though I have to wait four hours. I am thankful to the Almighty God there are still towing services despite of our deteriorating economy. We arrived in the "Mechanic Shop" and noticed more than ten cars in the garage with 'One" hard working mechanic. Yes, this is the reality and we should be thanking God our country still exists. I am giving Cali Towing a five star despite of the long wait because they tried their very best to bring my Jeep to the shop. Patience is a virtue and as a follower and believer of our Lord Jesus Christ, God commands us to show love and compassion to all the people who are working hard to help us, and for all the people that hates us. Some people might not like this review, but it's okay. Again, "Patience" is a "Virtue." 2 Peter 1:5-7

Filed a claim with my insurance company to get my vehicle towed to automotive repair shop, finished my claim around 9:30am my adjuster stated tow truck been assigned to pick up my vehicle within a few hrs, this company dropped the ball calling at 4:45pm when the shop closes 5pm, at least communicate with your customer if your backed up what not, driver had the nerves to ask me to reschedule, really i’m going to give you my business when you can’t even pick it up as mentioned by your dispatcher, you can go kick rocks I’ll contact my insurance company and let them know i will not allow any towing with this towing company for future needs.
Beyond ridiculous company ! Idk how Allstate is working with this trash company. 3rd time Allstate sends this company for roadside and they just show up, stop answering their phones, & cancel the service without letting me know ! Trash

Nationwide Roadside Assistance finally located someone to help us late on a Friday afternoon as we were stranded in 39 foot diesel pusher motorhome with engine malfunction of unknown sort. Cali Towing Service arrived and although it took quite some time, the very professional driver towed us to the parking lot of the nearest Flying J. Guess there is a lot involved including disconnecting motorhome’s the drive shaft! Thought his name would be on the business card we asked for, but it isn’t. Just want to give a thumbs up shout out to the nice Hispanic fella that helped us, turned our 5 hour plus ordeal into a successful outcome. Hope the diesel repair place that we’re waiting for to open on Monday is as great as the tow here.
