These guys kept all of my change and kept my brand new tap & die set...... and said to me we didn't see that here hahaha but he told me not to tell the other co workers? Wants me to come back another day when he's on payroll
re Lala Marrie and lance marie Morris. you failed to mention that the car was impounded by chp for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Also failed to mention when you came to office 3 days later you were given a quote for fees as of that day but had to wait for your govt check which was coming later in the month so there were more storage charges which you were well aware of because you called so often and you also failed to mention when you were at our office you took all personal belongings out of vehicle and signed for them and finally after you paid with your credit card and were present with your credit card and ID you tried to report it stolen the next day...so I'm sure everyone on Google can figure out the real story...nice try.
The last person who commented on this place it said the same thing I'm about to say items were stolen from my car to this place is fraudulent and needs to be shut down they have a very nasty attitude and should not be interacting with the public
If I can give no stars I promised you I would have now not only did these people still for my vehicle multiple times when I arrive to this facility my car was moved each and every time when I picked up my vehicle all of the liquids were drained from my vehicle thankfully family Dollar is right down the street because I did not trust going any further than that also someone must not know how to tow because under my car some part or piece that was obviously needed is torn off the people quoted me one price and when I arrive to the facility was giving a whole completely different other price $200 difference the communication with this facility is horrible their workers are desperate this facility has changed its towing name several different times and I can only imagine why I do not recommend this place for any vehicle even in your most desperate times. Paperwork will never arrive on time and by the time it does arrive you'll be $1,500 in minimum guaranteed not to say that there was a 20-mile added to my odometer reading good thing for technology these days because it calculates and remembers everything please by all means go anywhere else but here AKA premier towing AKA Chris Acosta with the workers Rudy and Henry you don't know anything but to be disrespectful
