New owner works with you on price. Workers were helpful. Was told they're trying to save a lot of the old cars but making room for newer cars to be a more all around junkyard.
We made a special trip out to Parts Are Us in Orland after hearing a rumor that they were crushing all the old cars. Thankfully, that’s not the case! We met the new owner, Xu, who was super friendly and took the time to clear things up—turns out they’re planning to list the cars on eBay soon, not scrap them.
If you're into classic cars or in need of some parts, definitely swing by. Xu gave us great prices on the parts we picked up, and we’re seriously considering going back to grab a couple of cars before they’re gone. Highly recommend checking it out while there’s still a good selection!
I found the part I was looking for. Very reasonably priced and they have good deals on their cars. Owner is very easy to work with but you have to be an honest person.
Recently bought out by someone from woodland who does not know simple communication practice. The guys that work here are nice but the owner/partner who conducts business in woodland and oversees orlands location is unprofessional.

They don't strike me as a place that wants to sell car parts anymore. Not sure what they do now. Seems like you have to work really hard just to get them to give you a price on anything. A complete nightmare if you have a number of parts your looking for. Prices ARE NOT competitive. Pick-N-Pull is priced better probably 80 percent of the time, and the cars are much easier to access. And, not to harp on this, but Pick-N-Pull has a parts pricing list right on there website.
My first impression upon FINDING an employee: they have better things to do then help you.
Cars are still very difficult to access. Some more difficult then others. No space between many cars to even pull out larger items like axles or transmissions.
In conclusion: The place has always been difficult to access and pricing has never been available without asking... but at least they wanted to sell parts. I hope things get better, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Worst people they lie and con I asked about them in town and every business I ask about them laughed and said they wouldn’t do business with them they got me for a hundred dollars
Kool place great old cars BUT since the owner died its been taken over by sibling and her siblings with barret jackson prices . Unfortunately not worth your time, try marketplace instead unless you feel lucky crawling thru berry gushes and avoiding rattlesnakes you'll be fine.
Keep in mind that this place uses Car-Part to price their items. If you're looking for Pick-N-Pull prices, it will not be here. All cars are on the ground. Confirm the price before pulling anything.
Dont waste your time..place is a mess, cars are trashed beyond repair..i talked to these people for 3 weeks, as i had a 3 hour drive to get there, and wanted to be sure they had what i needed. They reassured me they did. I double checked the friday before, just to be sure. They knew for 3 weeks, what i wanted. But didnt bother in all that time, to go locate it, in the yard. I was gonna pull the parts anyway. The guy knew who i was when i called friday, said no worry, bring us donuts. I got up at 5 am got the donuts and drove up. I searched the yard 4 times. I could damn near list the inventory.. nothing. 3 possible cars fir what i need, ( bucket seats, 68-72 gm g body nothing, what they did have, was trashed beyond repair
I really liked them. I needed a master brake cylinder reservoir cap... No one else in town carried the correct size for my Toyota Corolla. They had the part and only charged $5. I will definitely remember these guys and would recommend them.
Definitely not going to this yard again. Was quoted 100 for a fender and support. Spent almost two hours pulling them in the hot sun and carried them to the office where they priced them at 280. I walked away then and there but they chased me outside trying to work out a deal. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
I like going to Parts R Us because when you go there for parts,tires, or something else They know almost right off hand if they have it or not They do their best to help you and I like that type of service staff is friendly and willing to help So if you are in need for parts give Parts R Us a chance on Old Hwy 99 West Can't miss it
The lady sat on her personal cellphone for 30 minutes before I got help. She thought I didn't spock English and I listened to her personal conversation about her not wanting to share custody of her kids .. ?
