Dillon and Emily went above and beyond to help me deal with what the rental car seems to be unwilling to do. Emily came out and picked me up and took me to the airport to get my car. I would go to them first before any of the other tow companies. Really nice people!
Great service. Daughter left lights on and car was totally dead dead. Dillon was there in 10 minutes to jump start the car. These guys are awesome!! Second time we’ve called this company. They also did a tire change for my daughter last fall. A&M is my “go to” for any roadside assistance.
$ 640. For a day and a half in the yard . There should be laws against them charging so hiigh to pick up .Ost people don't have that kind of money sitting around ,,But ....it's either pay now or add $85. A day and eventually lose your vehicle .. kicknya when you're down
We came from out of town to purchase a property and had our rental vehicle get stuck several miles from any paved or maintained road outside of Mad River. We called every service in the area only to get turned down including the triple A service from our rental agency. Dylan took our call at 5pm on a Thursday evening and drove over 2 hours through some pretty extreme weather conditions to come help us out. Not only did he take the necessary time to help us get unstuck, but he laid down tracks for us to follow back in the snow and even took the time to assist with some of the trickier driving on a couple hills to prevent getting stuck again. Complete lifesaver, we would have had to sleep in our car on the side of the mountain if it wasn’t for their assistance. He even texted back several hours later to ensure we made it back to our hotel. Incredible service and all around great dude. I would recommend them to anyone else not smart enough to rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle ?
We called and got a friendly and quick response. The tow driver was well versed and quickly made a plan to get our poor stuck truck out of a ditch. He was able to free us with no damage to the truck! We wouldn't have been able to enjoy the rest of our vacation without you! Thank you so so much!
My experience with A&M ranges from good to really bad. I scheduled a tow for my vehicle, this is not covered by insurance and cost $120
The A&M employee showed up, I watched as he arranged my vehicle on his tow truck and we dropped it off at the shop and all was well. Couple days later I needed my vehicle towed back home from the shop ($120 more) this is where my experience turns for the worse. The employee towed it back to my apartment complex but unloaded it at the WRONG unit. The employee decided it was okay to drive my vehicle to my unit where he parked it crooked and encroaching a handicapped parking space. My vehicle is NOT DRIVEABLE due to a bad transmission. This employee had zero awareness and could care less that he was further damaging my vehicle by driving it. IDIOT. This employee did a terrible job!!! I called to ask about why this happened. The dispatcher said it was towed to my apt and she would talk to the driver about why he drove within my complex. I never heard back or got any follow up. What a CRAP experience. Nearly $300. Beware fellow residents. You CANNOT trust all the tow drivers at A&M tow not drive our vehicles being towed. Ya better be with your vehicle at all times and supervise these guys. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
We were in town for vacation, broke down on Fern Canyon, Dylan was the only tow company that would come get us. He made sure to bring the tow truck that could fit my whole family and get us to our air bnb an hour away. He was professional and friendly the whole time. And he checked on us the next day to see if we need help getting the car to a mechanic and offered us a ride to a rental car place an hour away so we could continue to enjoy our vacation while we are here. Talk about above and beyond. I highly recommend him and his company and if this ever happens to us again in this area, I know 100% who I am calling for help.
Needed moving truck pulled out of soft spot in yard, A&M showed up in 20 minutes, got me out in the pouring rain in no time. Fast friendly and professional. Thanks A&M I will always call you guys 1st
Easily the worst experience I have had with an establishment. Their tow truck service was extremely unprofessional, they stole several items out of my vehicle, and their management was very unhelpful/argumentative.
We called them for help when we got stuck in the sand. They wanted $500 to get us out and they would'nt come out with out my CC info. Which is understandable. After taking my CC info we got pulled out by a local and Callef back and then are in the process of crediting us half of the amount for not needing to come out all the ay
They towed a vehicle that didnt belong to my friend but had her personal items in it. Very Important items like Medications, medical paperwork, etc. Related to her ongoing battle with breast cancer. They simply refused to let her get her items out of the vehicle because she was not the registered owner. Thats not just bad business its bad Humanity. Disgraceful act done by a despicable company.
Horribly ran business, I’m a business owner myself and If I could give this 0 stars I would. This place is a rip off. I got stuck in some deep sand off the road by somoa cook house so i called around knowing it was gunna be a pretty penny. Buddy’s quoted me $150 and hour but the driver to do off road recoveries was not working today. So I called this shitty place that quoted me $500 flat. I agreed and the driver arrived. Cool guy and all don’t get me wrong but as he was 1 min into trying to hook up to my car then he pretty much got up and told me to do it. I was baffled so I just did it because I wanted out of the rain. As Im rolling around In the rainy sand trying to hook the strap to the car, he is behind me taking a picture of the car. I had to do it again later at the end of the service as well. I called the company afterwards to ask for a reimbursement of some of the $500. The owner was just rude as heck over the phone and unprofessional. I’m a fair guy and feel like if you pay someone $500 to do something it should be done right. I’m not even the type to write reviews but this really bothered me. But hey what can you do.
My van had a ball joint issue, and A&M where there to tow me within 20 minutes. They are the cheapest if you do not have AAA. Great local people with quik response, and great attitudes.
