Always check reviews, as most 5 star reviews at dealerships like this are usually provided by the business and not the customers. I do not trust this dealership and they have hurt the finances of the people I love. They do not care, they will sell an overpriced broken car and take no accountability for it. I am disappointed this local dealership even exists to be honest, and I would recommend never buying a used car in Humboldt in general. Stay safe!
PLEASE TAKE MY WORD. Do not trust the high reviews here. I was sold a broken vehicle and got NO COMPENSATION. Now I pay 2 loans at once for a car less than 30k I am left with high interest 24k after 2 years of paying on time. SCAM!!! Do not buy cars from here
Sold me a lemon with an outstanding recall that put me and other drivers on the road at risk. By the time I was able to bring the vehicle in for repairs on the first recall, another one came out - this one even more dangerous! They agreed to give me a loner vehicle while the necessaryrepairs were completed, but insisted I return it before Thanksgiving for their convenience, knowing that my vehicle was still at risk for catching fire. I was not able to drive to see family for Thanksgiving. And then the repair for the recall was made available during the second week of December and again I wasn't notified. I missed Christmas with loved ones while I anxiously waited for the repairs, trusting they would notify me. Finally I reached out and learned from the manufacturer that the repairs could have happened 3 weeks prior, if only someone had cared enough about my safety to follow-up. Now the value of the vehicle has deflated by $10k, even tho I bought it 6 months ago - all bc of these recalls! Just got the repairs done 2 days ago and the oil change light came on (seriously?!) so I called and Mickey's staff told me that the oil change light was wrong and I did not need an oil change, so they would turn it off for me. When I drove in, they told me I actually did need an oil change and no, they wouldn't even give me a discount after everything I've just been thru! Do yourself a favor and do NOT trust anything they say - and don't be a foolish woman like me bc they will take advantage of you!!
I had a good experience buying a car here from Kieth. They gave me a fair price and were straightforward. Unfortunately, after my car died and left me stranded several times, I come to find out Mickeys installed an inappropriate battery in the car prior to selling it to me. After being stranded last night, I went to replace the old battery (part number 140REXTJ) at Oriley’s where they tested the battery and said it was bad. They checked their website for a replacement and it clearly shows that battery would not fit my 2018 Chevy Bolt, and that the car required a different battery (part number 140RPLT) to keep it from discharging too much to be recharged by the car. I went in to Mickeys to resolve the issue and ended up arguing with the service person and manager about who should pay for the replacement cost of the appropriate battery. I was also told I would be charged labor for installing the appropriate battery unless I installed it myself, which I happily did borrowing their tools in their parking lot. In the end, they paid the $44 for the replacement battery (it was so cheap because the old one was so new it was still under warranty), which I am grateful for. I only wish they recognized and owned up to their mistake and offered to replace it for free and install it for free without requiring an argument. The bottom line is that they sold me a car with an inappropriate battery that they installed, which left me stranded several times, and they considered it my responsibility to pay for the mistake. My advice - check the correct battery is in the vehicle before you buy one from Mickeys. It’ll save you a headache later. Otherwise, I consider it a good business and I appreciate their compromise on this issue in the end.

Picking my family new ride, a 2023 Jeep Wrangler soft top at Mickeys was an awesome experience! Keith was so wonderful and allow Mmy family and I to try many vehicles while we were trying to figure out which vehicle suited our needs. Keith even stayed late to let us try out the one we ended up picking after hours, on his Friday.
And when it came to the price, they very much met me in the middle and gave me more than the Blue Book for our last ride. I left feeling very happy and will be doing business with Keith and Mickey again ?
I was looking at cars in Crescent City, CA. They have a lot of quality cars and the Salesman Keith was fantastic. I also met the manager. These people are so down to earth and finding salespeople like this is rare. I would highly recommend Mickey's Quality Cars 100%. The also have their own financing. If you looking for a great car this would be the 1st place to look. They are very family and friendly people.
Worst experience I've ever had! Sold me a 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD pro truck that was not worth half the price. They received my almost paid off 2019 Ram 1500 classic! Beautiful truck.( I should've keeped) Went in and had it appraised and boy was i misinformed. Lack of honesty and respect. Im eating now and boy they don't even care. They got paid no doubt. Sleeping good while taking someone for granted. Lack of empathy to the fullest. I will move forward and never trust a ma and pa dealership! Thanks for nothing Crescent City and McKinleyville area beware. Don't settle, go out of town.
After a questionable experience with another local dealership I went with Mickeys. I wanted to know that I was being taken care of. I am so happy with my new purchase and the service I received. I worked with both Crescent City and Mckinleyville dealerships. Thank you Mickeys.
We walked in just to find out prices and check out some cars we saw online. Keith met us with a smile, answered all of our questions and was beyond helpful. We ended up driving home with the car within 2 hours. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely go back for future purchases.
Took my car here to get fixed & it ended up totaling my car. Then they offered me 4K to buy my car & sell me a used car, which has had problems ever since. And now they want to charge me $280 to have a diagnostic ran on the car they sold me.
I would not recommend using them for auto care or purchasing a used car considering we have many other options.
I got caught in the Mickey’s hustle-
I had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep from Mickey’s this last weekend. They were awesome! I worked with Keith and he was kind and really did a great job working to get me the best deal he could. He TOTALLY did! So psyched! Everyone else around was friendly as well. Will come back in the future!
Went to look at cars. Keith so nice showed me some. I was like no no no. Then he said we have a Hyundai in the back. I said we need to see it. It hadn’t been prepped for the lot. But I got to test drive it anyway. Any way I had to have it. The sale process was easy Keith made it that way. I did have a few snags getting it out if there but no fault to anyone there. I did take advantage of the drag your wreck in for the 3500 trade in. But after I signed everything. I heard on the radio that it was drag your wreck in and not pay for three months. Man I was sad about missing that part. My next payment is due almost immediately But they gave me full tank of gas to go home on. I’m still waiting for a part for my car. The day I went in I had gone to several other lots with not much hope. I had wanted to go to Mickeys for a long time. I live in Eureka. I give it 80 stars. I felt I was treated well and fully educated in prices percentage and all the other car subjects. I still wish I had gotten the no payment for three months deal. Oh well I’ll just pay it off 3 months quicker .
At 1st I didn't feel like I was getting the care and understanding about the repairs I needed done on my vehicle even though I had just recently paid $2800 to renew my warranty. The service manager seemed to be more focused on how I would need to sign a $79 fee to assess my repairs and determine afterward whether it was covered by my warranty. However, my repairs were covered by my warraty and the work was done and I am completely satisfied with the job done on my vehicle.
They were really good with getting us another key fob as there was only one at time of purchase. No charge to us they paid for it. They gave us a fair trade in value for our truck. We are very happy with the customer service which in this world has almost disappeared. But not with Mickeys used cars They have nailed it. Dennis was an amazing sales representative.
Matt saved the day and found us the right car at the right time! Matt helped us with the pricing and Craig made the financing process go smooth. The service dept was courteous and did great work. We are very happy with our purchase. Thanks to the entire Team at Mickey’s!
10/10 would definitely go back for another car in the future. Our salesman was Keith and he was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. As a first time customer and first time car buyer, he explained everything very thoroughly. My boyfriend and I were so excited to have our new vehicle that we spaced out all the questions we had, one of them being the gas. Keith called us the next day to let us know that the type of gas for our car isn't Regular. The fact that he called us back to let us know that and to check on us made me feel more comfortable knowing that we went through Mickeys to get our first car. Thank you Mickeys and thank you Keith for everything! We will for sure be back in the future! :)
The past 2 years I’ve been looking at the hybrid rave4. The brand new ones are so expensive. Also the local Toyota dealership, where I used to buy all my cars, were so rude and unwilling to work with me. My daughter bought a beautiful Camry from Keith and she told me about this Rave4 hybrid with leather seats. It was a 2021 with low miles. I had to check it out! Needless to say I fell in love with it! Exactly what I’d been looking for. Keith made this deal happen! Such a great guy and didn’t pressure me at all! I will always go back to Mickeys now because Keith worked hard to make me a deal that would work! Highly recommend Mickey’s and ask for Keith! Everyone there is so kind and friendly!

We purchased this 2018 Nissan 1 1/2 years ago. I have stopped in 3 times and talked to them about the paint job. Was told don't worry we stand behind our cars that they would call me. They never called when I call and leave messages they never get back to me. Now every morning I go out and pick up the paint that has blown off during the night. Car runs great no issues there. Just don't even think about going through the car wash..... Disappointed
I recently purchased a dodge ram, the service was amazing. After I purchased my truck my stereo was having issues and the service team was very helpful, it was determined that I needed a new stereo and mickeys offered to replace the stereo with either the stock stereo or anyone of my choice for an after market at no cost to me. I ended up getting the new Sony 9500 ES head unit. I will be returning to Mickeys for my future vehicle needs.
I bought my sonic from here a couple days ago and it was the best experience I've never bought a car before and I just fell in love with this one I'm so happy we where able to get the car and the crew helped so much and we're so amazing I couldn't thank them enough
