Even if the lines for the pumps are long, don't worry. It never takes long.

Andrés and Javier and staff were amazing with impressive customer service. They for sure an asset to this company, putting it at the top of all around here in Reedley . I was impressed with their willingness to help customers. I watched as they provided the same service that I received with other satisfied customers at the time. They deserve some kind of rewards which I will start by informing you that you have great exemplary employees, a rare breed these days.
I came in today for a battery for my Key fob. There were 3 cashiers with no customers. The one on the phone was the only that offered to help me. His name is Tomas C. Tomas went above and beyond to find me my batteries, but opened my key fob and put in new battery. I wanted him to be recognized for acknowledging me, and then being so helpful and kind. He is what your manager needs to train the other cashier's to be like Tomas C. Thank you Tomas for making me feel seen and heard.
It's actually across the street from the listed location. Took off two stars bc staff prioritized behind-the-counter busywork over helping me with oil recycling.
Staff is rude. I went in for help to make sure I bought the right things and they were being rude about it. They didn’t even try helping me they just wanted to issue me a refund and laughed about it a soon as I walked away. Terrible service.
Products are good but service is horrible. I asked if I could throw some tissue away and the cashier rudely told me no. Who doesn’t have a trash can?! Ridiculous.
Clean and decently stocked. Check your parts tho. I was given the wrong parts yesterday and at other times to. They seem to hire people that don't know more than what's on their computer.
I needed a new battery in my PT Crusier. Alex D. Was so helpful he installed the battery for me and let me sit down in the store. They all are great, friendly, and respectful.
The staff are really nice here. I misunderstood the battery “core” charge. The staff explained how it works and then gave me a discount. I had a pleasant conversation with the manager while he changed my battery. Everything was done quick and efficiently. They even have cold Coke Zero!
Everyone is always on top of everything everyone is ready to help out well mostly everyone just over Heard some telling a customer that he didn’t know anything about car I don’t know if I he worker was joking but the customer didn’t look like he was happy with the person helping him. But my experience was great person help me out didn’t answer all my questions but he tired his best.
Very disappointed. I arrived at 8:59 pm they had already locked the door and did not let me in. You guys should update the closing time to 8:59 pm (or even better whenever we feel like closing) not 9:00 pm.

When and rent a tool from them got home to find out it wasnt all there and i had a friend use there card to rentbitbfor and now he cant use his vard for 2 tob3 days till the money is put back on so now i cant get my car put back together now so i have no way to get to work so its more likely im going to loses my job because of this i will never go there again they didnt even see if one of there 9ther stores had the tool they didnt even try to make things right well just to up date this problem i called my boss and told him i didnt have a way to get to work tomorrow and was told if i wasnt there not to bother coming at all ao now i cant fix my car and now no job thanks to Utozone
The guy was very knowledgeable but the couldn't get what I needed. It was for a foreign car . They treated me well and they tried hard . Store was nice and clean . They are always busy.
That man Robert needs a raise awesome guy great customer service and truly a Parts expert will definitely come again because he always get me whatever I need to get the job done right!!!
They can be very helpful if you ask for help otherwise they seem to be more concerned about what's going behind the counter seems like they were telling stories about their night before but that's okay what I was looking for I found on my own.
Store manager letty v. Was very disrespectful when I heard her talking about how disgusted she felt helping out an over weight customer. It's pretty disappointing especially hearing it from the store manager which is supposed to set the example to other employees about "customer service" and it also more disappointing knowing that AutoZone district manager Ubaldo Martinez doesn't do anything to keep all his stores running great and with good customer service. Last time I walked into one of his stores he was in the front counter and just looked at me with no greet or anything! I rather go shop at Orielys auto parts where I get treated with respect.
I stood in line with no one in front of me while 4 "customer service" members didn't even acknowledge my existence. Only one of them was helping someone. I put my item down and left the store. Disappointing experience.
Horrible just found out that they added the wrong fluid on the wrong place. This guy added the power steering where the brake fluid was suppose to go. I was so trusting thinking he knew what he was doing. If he didn't know he shouldn't have offered to do it. When i said it was fine not to. Never again. Now im having car issues. However the guy was the only one trying the rest of the other employees looked lazy and seem not to want to help out when asked about the engine light.
Great Store! Christopher, a red shirt was such a helpful guy! He changed my entire engine then and there in the Parking lot, with no hesitation! I will surely go back and pay him with a good time ;)
The employees do not even know what they're doing here not even the manager could point me to the correct key remote battery! A REMOTE BATTERY!!! If they can't do that I wouldn't even trust them with parts o'Reilly had great customer service and where educated in what they where selling I recommend them!!
