This place is a gem! Josh and the others have always been very patient and helpful with my questions (and I’m kind of a pain in the ass.) I moved away for a while and am living back in Reedley again, so I needed a “refresher course” on what they accepted and how exactly to sort my items…Josh didn’t mind at all and even recognized me from a long time ago. I appreciate that kind of customer service- it means a lot these days.

Steven and Joshua were a great help for me, usually the people at the recycling places don't help sort plastics and cans. Steven was there to make sure I had help, and as a person that came here to do the right thing and recycle I really appreciated it. I'll come here all the time now.

Steven made my visit a quick and painless one. He even refined my education on what, exactly, they can take, which will streamline my household tasks. Staff were courteous and upbeat; impressive considering the hot weather!
Robert and Daniel were extremely helpful loading up and carrying the cans and bottles for me and my dad. They were a big help especially in this weather of 96 degree’s I’m super grateful for them since my dad is in his 50’s. Would def come back they were incredibly friendly and helpful!
Steven,Erin and Rob were a great help bringing cart and bins to help us unload and service us faster ? thank goodness for them cause I’m disabled and need the help.
This place is horrible !!! As an independent young teen mom they have no consideration of my baby crying in the car to help. They just watch as your carrying everything on your own down and not only that you have to separate each can and plastic bottle separately. Never again. Only for 30 dollars over hella big bags of cans.
Every time I utilize this facility, I've been met with fantastic customer service, my last visit was no exception. The gentlemen working this facility are excellent to work with and I'll be more than happy to return. Highly recommended.
Great service always welcomed with a smile and always very helpful. Josh and Robert really friendly and are fast to help even with multiple people and only the 2 of them they get it done fast.
The employees are nice and work quickly, plus they really make you feel good while visiting. I got complemented on my shirt by one of the staff and that small gesture really made my day a bit better ?

My first experience here was so nice with Lupe, I went back a few weeks later and had an EVEN BETTER TIME! I recycle in small quantities which I thought would make me a less ideal customer there. Even with my few cans the staff quickly helped me get them out of my car, weighed, and paid in a matter of minutes. They were quick even on a full Saturday morning. I felt welcomed there and I’m so happy to have this business in my town.
I been going there for a few years and I always felt like my business is appreciated. Eric, Juan and Steven always help me out and have great conversation, great guys and great service. They will always have my business.

Consistently the best experience out of any recycling place I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even unloaded the bags from my pickup and did the work for us. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Daniel while he helped us but they’re all great. Managers and employees are always happy to be there. Highly recommend this place.
