Ive been a customer for over 10 years and today i experience bad service not to me but to a customer. I was wating in line I over heard the frustration a customer had while trying to find a part for his vehicle and the worker doing the bare minimum to help out with his problem. I understand customer service because I to am a business owner. Brandon needs to understand how to navigate through customers in a better way especially those who are spanish speakers than just giving them the boot and no solution to the customers confusion or problem he or she may be going though.
This place is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Great customer service and very,very helpful. Cesar and Brandon are so professional and both have great attitudes as you enter the store. I really recommend this parts store ...they should get raises for going above and beyond to help out customers. I give them,2 thumbs up! (FF)
The guy working there was acting like a dumb when I decided to return a part that didn't fit my car he said it look used had to show him photo that it didn't look like my part how would I be able to get to fit if it wasn't the same so I had to the right one and when it came in he was hiding in back like a little girl
Best customer service I have experienced at an auto parts store. Staff kids really going the extra mile to help customers. My headlights were out at night and they got me back on the road within 5 mins. Thank you.
Omicron outbreak going on not one mask on any of the staff. While the masks may be low value I didn't like the idea they didn't want to protect the public. Staff were nice and able to get the parts for one of the cars the kid didn't know how to get the hard to find part. No offer to special order. So they are more like a clerk than a genuine parts man.
The staff are always helpful and if they don't know something they are more than willing to research just to make sure you purchase the correct parts and such.
Terrible service I went in and asked for a part . I explained the issue to the rep he response no that's not the problem and I'm like OK. And he walks away he doesn't elaborate on what he thinks the issue is just stupid people really stupidity. Bad service. And very rude.
Staff members suck when it comes to helping you. Asked for a particular product and was given a price range on the phone. Went to the store and received no help while staff member socialized with each other at the counter. My choice will continue to be Auto Zone.
