Ever grateful to Pedro of Michael’s Towing. I utilized my roadside assistance with State Farm and they called Michael’s for me. Pedro was so kind, respectful, got to me quickly, and is very knowledgeable. He knew instinctively that it might be a battery issue not a park brake one. He was correct. He used the equipment to get my truck started and I was on my way to the dealership for a new one. Being a widowed elderly woman I stress very easily when things like this happen, so getting help from a good company with great employees is a godsend to someone like me. Thank you

Excellent experience and excellent price! I blew a tire on a rock at Roads End in Kings Canyon then my space saver spare got a flat. Alex was out to me in less than 90 minutes, recommended a tire shop in Reedley and dropped me right there. Alex even called later at night to make sure I got the repairs I needed and made it home safely. Highly recommended for any towing needs. Really saved me in a terrible situation.

$85 to jump a motorcycle in the same parking lot is robbery! Took him 5 mins $50 all day but $85 is bad business don't call these guys unless you have no resort.

Michale’s towing was great. Fernando did a great job towing my car. He was fast and careful doing his job. He also gave me a ride back home and was friendly.

If your car breaks down in King's Canyon National Park, this is the place to call. I got the recommendation from some helpful rangers and was down the hill and in a shop three hours later (your mileage may vary). Pedro was fast and friendly, and what seemed like a disaster actually ended up being a minor inconvenience.

Michael's Towing was amazing! We broke down in Kings Canyon and our friendly driver towed us to Reedley then to LA the following morning. The driver couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. He gave us recommendations on where to stay in Reedley, was so considerate, kind, polite and funny. The company worked with our rental company efficiently also to get things sorted!

Our driver was fantastic. Amazing customer service. We were up in King's Canyon near Sequoia and needed a lift down to a Tesla supercharger for our electric vehicle. The company called AAA to approve the contract for us and sent a driver our way. Our driver Alex was was polite, helpful and most importantly a safe driver who was knowledgeable about Tesla's and how to safely load them on and off a flatbed. He really saved us. 10/10

Dutch was super helpful, he deserves a raise! He showed up within an hour to a remote area when I was locked out. He was very skilled and thorough in the process of getting us back in. He also discovered and fixed an unrelated issue with my battery while he was there. If you ever get stranded in the Sequoia National Park and AAA ghosts you, definitely call here directly

Lifesavers! After getting bounced around between NorCal and SoCal AAA call centers with no progress for 6 hours (yes, 6 hours) Michael's was able to take our info and put in a request on our behalf in just 10 minutes. Dutch was the technician that came out to help us and he was amazing. We had a bit of a tricky car to work with, but he got us in. Dutch made sure everything was up and running as expected before leaving too, couldn't have asked for better service. If you have NorCal AAA and need help at Montecito Sequoia Lodge you should call Michael's!

Everyone is very nice, helpful, understanding and professional. They arrived promptly and towed the vehicle to our desired location. I give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars! We definitely recommend to anyone with Automotive needs.

I'm not sure if it was the owner who I talked to. I had just lost my Tahoe due to an accident and I was picking up my belongings. Very calm, he made me feel everything would be ok. Reminded me that I was alive and that's what matters most. I appreciate his words.

I was going to drag my car to a shop behind another car in an unsafe and complicated way. Finally, I decided to call about getting a tow thinking it would be hundreds of dollars, it was considerably less. They were on site in 5 minutes. The truck operator had my car loaded quickly and I rode with him to the shop in Parlier where he disappeared into the sunset. Payment was super easy, driver was personable and extremely competent. They got the job done for me in record time and it probably cost less than if I would have done it myself and they did it a lot faster. Be safe, get professionals, do it right. I am very happy w/Michaels Towing. My car had an engine failure & I was stressed on the side of the road. I called & they came out very quickly.(which was very appreciated in the hot summer sun) Chris, the driver, was fast, friendly, professional & helpful. I recommend them highly.

I just located the business card for this towing. 2 years ago I had an imbalance attack going up the mountain to a campsite. It was my first ever and I was slowly falling asleep at the wheel and pulled over. Called 911 and they deemed me unsafe to drive that moment and called this towing service . The young man ho helped me grew up in the area and assured me he would get me towed to camp and I was 30 minutes away from there uphill. This polite guy kept me safe inan unknown area and the ride Thru the frosty air was actually fun. I was able to overcome whatever occurred with me and drove home in record time to so California, safely and even stopped for food. The professionalism and kind heart of this young man was an answer to prayer. I was able to enjoy my retreat in the mountains and confidently drive home. I cannot say enough of how considerate the person was who took me and my car to Hume lake. I don’t have his name but he looked like a movie star and has a family. I was in excellent care from the 911 team and this towing company. I can’t thank him enough. Turned out I had a audiology ear imbalance that caused me to almost pass out. I was alone and then this great team effort in Reedly got me safely to my destination. Thank you to your driver Michaels Towing.

Michael's phone person and driver were very courteous and professional. Felt they were there to help and be informative. There app informing me about their progress and arrival time was very nice. Will defiantly use them first whenever in their coverage area.

Chris helped us during a very dark hour - literally towing our van down an icy mountain at night! He was kind and professional, had a great recommendation for fixing up our fender bender and lots of cool local spots to check out while we waited to get the work done. Reedley is a lovely town and this is a friendly family business very much worth the money. Thank you and all the best!

Alex arrived earlier than the projected time for which I was grateful. He maneuvered his large truck with skill and was able to easily extract my car from the garage. He did several diagnostic tests and found the probable cause of the problem. I was proud of myself because it was exactly what I had guessed. -- the starter. Alex was familiar with the place where I wanted my car taken and even knew my mechanics name. All-in-all he was here and gone in 15 minutes with my 'baby' secured on the top of his shiny clean truck.

I purchased a car from Michael’s Towing at a great price. Unfortunately, I lost or misplaced the postal receipt & needed a copy. Mind the fact that I purchased it back in February, I reached out to Michael he was kind enough to look through all the paper work to find the document I needed, he was able to retrieve it the very next day. Customer service is great I highly recommend Michael’s Towing.

I am giving them one star because I can't give them zero. They overcharged us for a towing (400 dollars to drive 2 minutes) and justified themselves by overcharging a couple the day before for 800 dollars so we basically got 50% off. The guy even called himself " a saver", I think he was confused with robber. It's a shame to take advantage of people's weakness. I don't recommend this company and would feel ashamed to work for that kind of people. People should be more afraid of that person's greed than of covid 19.

Although I never had to actually get towed, the person I talked to on the phone was very honest and up front. He made sure to take extra time to explain my options and went way above what I would have expected which was incredibly helpful since I was in a stressful situation. I was stuck in kings Canyon National Park. Because of the professionalism, the care showed I thought it important to leave a review.

Fast, friendly & reliable service. I found myself on the side of the road in need of a tow. I called Michael's Towing for the first time. Chris helped me over the phone, got my insurance information & let me know i was covered & someone would be coming soon. In no time Andreas showed up in that big blue & yellow truck, introduced himself and got me hooked up & we were on our way to the mechanic shop.  Not exactly the way I wanted to start my day with car problems however Michael's towing was a silver lining in that unforeseen situation.  I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever needed to.
