My son was in a terrible accident. Both the person who answered the phone and the tow truck driver were very helpful. I was super stressed and they remained calm and professional. I truly appreciate their courtesy and kindness.

Update: ATCO towed another vehicle today off my property. So fast, on time & courteous. I've seen alot of towing in my time & these guys are pros!
I wish there was a negative stars review. They towed my car and damaged it. Had to replace the front bumper, when asked the owner he started yelling and told me to go the cops. Also added some ridiculous hidden prices. For two days storage they charged me $1100.
Horrible, unsafe driving. One of their drivers got over into my lane and almost hit me. The driver literally got over while I was right next to him, I honked and he just continued to get over. The guy straight up ran me off the road. I usually don’t bother leaving reviews, but his driving was that terrible. You guys need to check your drivers or you’re gonna end up catching a lawsuit.

Employees have an entitled attitude, won't allow you anything from your car, $80after hours fee, even if you get there and can't afford the charges. Didn't give a @#$% about the "customers".

I needed a tow yard to warehouse my car for a week while it was waiting to be picked up by a transport. The team at Acto was amazing. Let me tell you, shipping a car across the country is a stressful endeavor. Throughout the process I had to deal with several people who were shady and incompetent. Acto was completely different. They were very friendly and helpful. Great communication at every step and did exactly what they promised. I am extremely thankful for how well they took care of me and how much they made a painful, stressful situation better.
Review is solely based on experience of one of their drivers, as my wife and I were just tailgated by of their drivers while going with the flow of traffic on surface streets between lights in Concord. After a few blocks driver changed lanes and preceded to flip us the bird. Highly unprofessional and unwarrantedespecially when the company name and number is on the side of your truck.

Unsafe inconsiderate driver in a white flatbed truck. Passed me on the shoulder on Pacheco Blvd in Martinez. 12-25-15 around 11:30 pm.Takes a chance on having an accident with a Gasoline Tanker. Good job you inconsiderate jerk. Lkie most drivers today he has the "Me first, screw you mentality" Dumb ass wanted to be first at the red light I guess. Inconsiderate moron. Good job hiring him.
