Untrustworthy. They committed to picking up my disabled car. They said they were too busy to do it the day I contacted them, but said they could tow it the following day. I emailed them the details they asked for. The next day I called back and was told they are unwilling to do it because they don't wan't their truck too far from their shop. Don't trust these people or what Gonzalo tells you because they do not keep their word. Do yourself a favor and save time by contacting a different tow company.
The staff is very rude his name is Juan and he stated he’s the manager . We were already stressed out that we had to pay so much money and on top he was showing attitude for nothing
Had my car towed from my own parking spot, had to pay 100 dollars to get it dropped. 100 of which i should’ve had 10 dollars back of. His name is nick , he was very rude and didn't give me back my change.
I don't know if he's an employee or owner of the company, but it's not hard to be kind to customers. We are already quite stressed about having a car towed in your own space with a million debts and children to raise, when you go to pick up the car from the lot you are treated like a dog
unfortunate, terrible service, with no transparency in costs up front. They treat you with anger and frustration and complete lack of care. These employees obviously don't like to work here.
My car had broken down on the side of the freeway and after calling many towing companies, B&D towing was the only one that was able to help me. The driver came in a very timely manner, he was very quick, efficient, and personable. Service was very professional, quick, and easy. Definitely recommend.
I was in a single car accident, got a ride home, and looked up tow trucks. B&D was the nearest place, so I called them. The person on the phone was great taking my information and making sure that the driver knew all the particulars of my case (I needed it towed to my home, but needed the driver to call me because I live in a house behind another house). The driver was great too and parked my car where it needed to be, asking me if the placing was okay and adjusting as needed. Great service all around, at 10 - 11 at night. The estimate was about 45 minutes to an hour and it was a bit less than that. And the $200 was a decent price.
Tow driver got to our destination to pick up our vehicle quickly & towed our car safely to where it had to go. The driver, Hawk, was very professional & polite.
BND towing came up and did my job, they towed my car out of a tight parking garage. Other tow truck companies in Walnut Creek wanted to charge me six or $700. These guys were a third of the price got here within 30 minutes and got the job done. Highly recommend this company don’t waste your time for me to other any of the other idiots
Terrible customer service. Called to get a car towed and they refused to come until we called back confirming we had documentation, even though we had told them we have the paper please just head over. They essentially said we were lying when we said we owned the condominium. Don’t use this service. Will not be calling again when in need of tow. Very unhelpful.
My car was towed on Saturday, when I called to pick it up the admin told me that there is a $100 weekend pickup fee and a $30 daily storage fee. So by the admins advice I waited till Monday. When I arrived I discovered its a $130 daily storage fee. When I explained the issue to the tow they suggested that the weekend admins don't know the prices........ Extremely unacceptable. Why would I wait 3 days to pick up my car if I had known the actual cost I asked? Only response was "whoops". I highly recommend that you don't use these tow drivers for your private property
I have seen the positive reviews which is why I picked them—however my experience was not great. 1 1/2 later than the time they quoted when I called. The driver shared that dispatch sent him on a pick-up first which was supposed to be a quick —-guess not. The thing that disappointed me was that nobody called to give me that update. I just sat there waiting for the tow. If you can pick a different company I would highly recommend that.
Outstanding service. Kim was very nice taking the time to listen to our problem and requesting a picture of our car to make sure that the right truck was dispatched. A HUGE THANKS TO TIM, WE WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL WITH HIM. TIM WAS AMAZING, our little cat was trapped under the hood of our vehicle, Tim is a true hero, he didnt give up, he thought out of the box and got our precious pet out from underneath of the car. Driver was experienced and carefully deliberate in all that he did. Easy person to talk to, polite, and had a good conversation about hot rods. Will definitely use their service again.
I called B&D after my original tow company sent me a battery truck instead of a tow truck! B&D got me off the road and to my repair shop fast and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I will be saving their number for the future!
Super friendly and understanding. My car was towed but I couldn't even be mad cuz the guy was so helpful and I got there 10mins after they closed and ended up being short on $ by accident but they were totally cool and worked with me!!!
After waiting for AAA for 1 1/2 hours, I called B & D towing and they were there in 30 minutes. I have a large camper van and they towed it with great care. I’m very happy with their service.
When I thought it couldn’t get any worse it did. My axel broke while out of town. Called like 7 different tow companies all out of my budget ( which is nonthing lol) but then like a ray of sunshine on this cloudy gloomy day my angels appeared. Great customer service for the second she answered the phone to the tow driver taking me home. If I could do more than 5 stars ⭐️ they surely would get them. So happy and blessed!
Called for a lockout service. Was quoted $100 for it. Didn't realize I only had $98 in my account. Driver threatened to call the police over $2 ..... for a 2 minute job. Please don't support companies like this. America is greater than this.
I was leaving my boyfriend’s house and got a flat tire down the street. I know very little about cars and got quite anxious. I called B&D Towing because my boyfriend had used them, and received a call from Javier. He was polite, efficient, and I felt immediately at ease because of his professionalism. Thank you!
F@&# this towing company. On November 22, 2017 in the morning my car towed. F@#% that fat mexican came an invited nobody called to get my car get tow. The fat mexican was making any excuses.
Coz my unlcle came out and ask him what is he
doing. first he said that my car was a stolen car, and after that he said that my car is park in the fire lane. Its been parked there for several months now, even cops see's it they dont even say or do anything. He said after that my association called. And my uncle said that i have the keys in that car, he said ok go get it. then my uncle went inside the house but could'nt get the key coz my room is lock because i was at work. My uncle called me at my cell letting me know that my car got towed. So i called the place ask them if they towed my car. They said they have it and come today before 5pm, bring $240 cash and the keys to the car. If i dont come that day it well be more.

They act like your a bother horrible customer service, they try to ignore you as much as possible. They drove my car with no fluids in it, I just hope they didn't do more damage or I will be reporting it. Who does that anyway? Someone who doesn't care obviously! Try and avoid this place as much as you can. They told me on the phone was my car was not drivable then when I went to pick it up with a different tow truck they drove it out to the street to get it out of their lot and charged a fortune 300 for overnight? They robbed me!
