They stole my perfume and went through all the stuff I had in my car. I tried to get them to give me my perfume back but they just lied and said they didn’t know what I was talking about. I also tried to get in touch with the owner but he never called me back. I still never got my perfume back.

After getting scammed by the first tow company, Sims wrecker saved my life! I am from out of state and my car broke down, Sims came to my location to pick up my car keys and then went to the location of my car to get it and take it to a shop. They went out of their way to help, and kept me updated the entire time!
They're quick to help and only sell you what's needed. Our Honda acted like it needed an alternator but it was just the battery. Sim's has been there for my family for many years. No job is too small for them.
Terrible. Someone needed a vehicle towed from our yard on Mother’s Day weekend. Their truck busted a hydrologic line and it spewed fluid all in our yard causing our grass to die. Our whole yard was green expect that spot. We asked for grass seed to be sent out or for them to fix it. I called again about two weeks ago and the lady was rude, telling me they wouldn’t send any unless they got a call out our way which is only in norphlet. We saw their truck out two days ago and we still haven’t got grass seed and it’s almost too cold for the grass to grow anyways.
Called them, told them exactly where I was, and they left me sitting there for 30 minutes. I called them back and the lady was so rude to me. She said I didn’t tell them where I was so she thought I didn’t want the tow, even though I agreed to the price. Very unprofessional staff and clearly unorganized. Don’t call these people if you need tow it may never come.
The service was great. I called them & the receptionist sent someone out within 5 minutes. The locksmith arrived right away and unlocked the door within minutes. I will definitely use this business again when needed!
Fast, dependable, affordable! My starter went out on my car and once I called them, it only took about 30 minutes to show up to my location. Great customer service!
Tow charges changed from 127 with in 5 minutes it went up to 180.00 . And my window was down with my purse in it . Now there are really cool drivers but there the office lady is just money hungry and dose what she wants !
