Amber and her husband were wonderful to deal with. OTM wrecker arrives soon as they were able, got my RV off the street and to the repair shop as promised. Very nice folks .. a tiny issue with their invoicing system but I think it’s been resolved.
Wesley and his team were so professional and very kind. I called in a panic on a Sunday, but they came quickly, without any hesitation, and moved my vehicle with such care. Wesley even sent a confirmation picture of my baby when he dropped her off. LOL, I will recommend OTM to everyone.
The gentleman who responded to my call was friendly, positive, understanding, and helpful! I’ve never had to call a wrecker service before now, but I’m glad I got in touch with OTM! Wonderful experience for me!
The car was towed early at 3 am Saturday morn. The process was was deceitful from the first day on. The first excuse was it was too late in the afternoon on the same day. When clearly you are 24/7 operation just get more money on the already very sizable bill which went 600 to 650. Then still didn't deliver the car.the 2nd day saying they
will bring Monday and they said they weren't going to charge for the last day but the bill ended up over 700 hundred dollar so clearly you did add an extra 50 for the last day. No oneshould not sign up to run a 24 hour 7 day a week business if you don't want to work the hours and make excuses just juice people for more money I advise people to call anybody but them.

I Google Tow truck service. They were the 4th on the list. They were the only ones to answer the phone. I got lucky!! They have great service. Confirmed location with a text. Drive was friendly and professional! Got there fast and dropped my car off at the dealership.
I had a flat today on my Motorcycle and feel like I called every place possible to get help. The only Tow service to answer and help me was this one. Not only did they help they were willing to price match and when the price was set they still worked with me on paying the fee. I RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS HIGLY.
They also are very Military friendly ...can't thank these guys enough!!!
Very fast service!! Out of about three other places I tried to call, they were the only “24 hours” service to answer after hours. Would def call them again!!
I was so impressed by the professional conduct. The driver was courteous and VERY helpful. I added them to my contacts in my phone. If I or anyone I know needs a tow I will definitely recommend them.
