Cut the corner to sharp and almost put his truck into the ditch. Top it off, his tow truck then broke down blocking half the road. Finally got it started and pulled forward tearing up my yard. Finally got the vehicle positioned and I asked about the damage to the yard. He flatly said, should of picked a better spot. I have had several wreckers pick up and place vehicles in this exact spot with no issue. No customer service skills here. Now I get to pay to have the yard fixed. Save the hassle and use someone else.
quick response, got us taken care of, and was priced affordably. Was able to tow an automatic for us that was missing a key; that was a difficult service to find, reasonably priced.
They came to my sisters rescue on Christmas eve when the other tow company didn't show up. They were so fast to get there we were in shock. On the phone and in person they were so kind and caring. The exact thing you need when you're stranded and need a tow somewhere. I cant recommend them enough.
These guys came through when another company gave me the runaround and cancelled. They helped us move a project car that didn't run but did roll. Great service, no damage, very reasonable rates. Recommended. Thank you guys very much!
Called on a Friday to ask if they could haul my vehicle to Fayettville on the following Wednesday with me riding along. I told him the appointment was at 10:00, and he said yes and we would need to leave by 7:00 Wednesday morning. I agreed to the price he quoted and he said call to confirm Monday which I did. Again he said yes he could do the job. I confirmed with the shop at Fayettville the car would be there on time. I was ready by 6:00 Wednesday morning since I wasn't sure what time McClains would arrive. After 7:45 came and went with no show up or call, I called him. After sounding surprised, he said his truck had broken the night before and he couldn't do the job. Common decency and good business practice would dictate a phone call to let me know at some point before then. I had to cancel my appointment at the automotive shop and reschedule for the following week. Now my car is sitting useless for another week. Maybe he just didn't want to do the job. If that was the case, he should have said at some point. Maybe his truck really did have issues; if so, he definitely should have called. Unreliable for anything but local tows... which he is good to do.
My State Farm roadside assistance called this wrecker service when our car broke down. We were in between states traveling from Missouri to Texas. When the wrecker got to us the driver was the nicest guy ever. He first called the repair shop given to him by roadside assistance and found out that the shop was closed. We asked him to bring the car to any shop that he thought could repair the car the soonest to get us back on the road. Which he did. We were back up and running in about 20 minutes.
Like any other wrecker, I hope to never need his service again. But if you're stuck in Fort Smith, Arkansas give these guys a call
These clowns destroyed the steering column in my vehicle and lied about it when called on their lies and had no other choice but to come clean bs excuse is all they could come up with I gave them every opportunity to admit or come clean about this but they would not I understand damage can happen and I am understanding in those situations it happens but to not own your mistakes and try to blame someone else come on..this used to be a decent company with a good reputation If you have need a tow company do not call these guys
I locked my keys in the truck and called and they came out and was able to pop the lock. They were very nice and very helpful. Thank you guys for all of your help!!
