The people who worked here were very nice especially Jesse and gave my son some little tow truck toys but they wanted $620 just to change my brake pads and rotors. I didn’t get it done there because that price is outrageous but I had to pay a $71 fee just for them looking at the brakes. I got it done somewhere else for less than half of that price and they are OEM quality. I do appreciate the friendliness of the employees there but can not imagine why they would charge so much for an easy brake job.

Couldn't figure out why the Left Bank always kept throwing up an 02 code untill they finally found wires burnt lin the wire harness and it was fixed like brand new runs better than when we got it. THANKS MECHANICS.

They wasn’t able to solve the problem but I am well pleased with them. They kept me informed and didn’t over charge me. I will gladly use them again.

Oil change , n coolant replaced, thermostat was stuck , got new thermostat n seal. Did a great job, thank you.

My truck broke down, Greg's came out pretty quickly, given that we were 30 minutes out of town and towed us home. The driver was safe and professional. The cost to get us home was relatively inexpensive as well.

All I can say is WOW! My wife's 06 CRV broke down so she called AAA. Greg's Too towed it and got it in for a diagnostic that day. The starter went out so they ordered a new one and fixed it the next day. Not cheap, but fair market value, and did I mention it was fixed the next day! When my wife picked up the car, it's VSA light was on. We couldn't get it to reset. We let Greg's Too know and they scheduled an appointment to check it out. They determined there was something they did to trip it and fixed the issue, no cost. It's great to know integrity comes with the service.

I was able to get my car in for service right away. Received a call informing me of my car’s problem within an hour to an hour and a half.

The technicians did a thorough diagnostic test of my electrical system. Found several issues and before proceeding doing the work they advised me of the time and expense.

The car wash broke my valve stem, so I called Greg’s to see if they could replace it if I had it towed in. They said yes and they worked me in pretty fast. I appreciate the nice clean place to sit while waiting.

In a caravan of three vehicles and a U-Haul truck moving me from Sun City Arizona to Jackson Tennessee, just 5 mi from the La Quinta in fort Smith the clutch went out in my '95 Toyota 4Runner leaving five women and 2 more vehicles stranded on the side of the road and needing a tow at about 9:30 at night. Jason, the tow truck driver referred us to Greg's Too Auto repair. In foreign territory, I didn't have much choice but to trust the referral. Let me tell you, I could not be more pleased with the service, the communication, the kindness Bill and the rest of the team showed me. I had to leave the forerunner there for repair and continue on to Jackson. This is not a scenario I would normally trust but I could tell Bill had a really good spirit and I am more than satisfied with how everything went. Every question was answered almost immediately, every additional item he found that needed to be repaired was communicated clearly and they didn't even charge me storage fees since it took us a few days to get schedules opened up enough to drive 5 and 1/2 hours from Jackson to fort Smith and another 5 and 1/2 hours back. They were worth every dime and I would recommend Greg's Too to anyone. My only regret is they aren't closer to use ongoing while I now reside in Jackson! Greg's Too accommodated my request quickly and professionally replaced my Vehicle's license plate. The existing license plate was stuck with damaged screw heads. My Mom has been going here for years and usually great experience. We noticed a change recently related to parts the last two times we were there. For the last fix, the price they charged just for the new ABS control for her car was $1,200. Labor was separate and seemed reasonable. She paid it because she trusts them. I inquired with two other shops and each quoted me $500 for the part. Internet search showed around that price as well. I think Greg needs to review their part supplier and check costs. Looking back, I wish we would have researched that cost better and challenged it.

Fort Smith, Arkansas —- “Greg’s Too” sent tow-master “Chris” on a 2.5 hour drive around 112 miles to Wickes, Arkansas to drive me back 2.5 hours & about 112 miles to their super shop in Fort Smith. “Evan” was my inside guy at “Greg’s Too” ... “Evan” had to push on “AAA” for me, as they didn’t want to pay for such a long roundtrip tow ... thanks to “Evan” “AAA” eventually approved it. I thank the pARTy Gods for their help, because “Greg’s Too” was perfect - super staff team at the counter & mechanics in the pit (especially Evan & Chris). A team of “Greg’s Too” staff were in constant motion servicing a rotation of customers coming and going in the few hours a was at “Greg’s”. I am from Virginia Beach, Virginia & driving to Denver, Colorado and Team “Greg’s Too” knew that. Since Saturday is OFF day for “Greg’s” (& many Arkansas businesses), Team Greg doubled their efforts, so I would not have to wait until Monday to put “Flo” under the wrench. Team “Greg’s Too” beat the clock and after road test & by 4:15pm (in about 2.5 hours) “Flo” was ready again headed to Denver. The price was amazing - $269! Included diagnostic inspection, replacing a coil, replacing blown out spark plug and repairing repair spark plug socket. “Greg’s Too even did a road test drive.
