My car got impounded because i was under false arrest and i found it was there on the side of the building and car unlocked i couldve easily took it but i dont want to get in more trouble than what im in which the car is mine but it got impounded so i didn't want to take it i left it just the way it was to prove how careless they are maybe they didn't want to lock it with the keys in it who knows it was late so maybe they didn't have the key to the fence where they keep cars, a script i had prescription for, suppolevly (misspelled) lying about who i am they thought i was my mom i proved that one though, and no insurance which im pretty sure there was unless insurance cancelled in the last couple of days
I am so late posting this BUT THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC,,,had to get Joe's SUV towed & he forgot & locked his car,,they waited till he got there and they were SO NICE ABOUT IT,,,PLUS THEY DID IT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT,,,THANK YOU SO MUCH,,need a wrecker CALL SOUTHSIDE!!!

These guys are outstanding. I had a medical issue and found myself in a massive ditch. They came to my aid QUICKLY, and they seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Got me out of my mess quick without damaging my car. Hopefully I never need them again but I will recommend them to anyone I know and if I do need them again I’ll look no further then southside wrecker

Do not use this business. He takes advantage of you by charging out of this world high prices. He picked up my vehicle and only had it two hours. Charged $350

03/12/21 Tow truck Driver was inebriated when he showed up to assist, then after stumbling around his truck trying to find the right tools he ended up damaging my vehicle. I would not recommend.

Called for a quote, quoted me $60. Told him I was calling around for quotes, no one else gave me as good a price so I call back. Quoted me $75 And when I told him he just quoted me $60, he said, “once you start calling around, prices go up.” Very rude and unprofessional.

Bruce at Southside came through for me in a tough spot a few nights ago. I was a little overconfident in my old project car and decided to drive her home from work. Of course, after topping off the gas tank, the car wouldn't start. Apparently the starter had given up on me, and was doing more smoking than cranking. Not a good look next to a fuel pump. People stare.
I found Southside's number on Google, called and immediately got through. He told me it would take about 30 minutes to get to me, but it was closer to 20. When he got there, he took care in making sure my much loved/sometimes hated old ride was hooked up securely, and he hauled me and the car back to my office where I had left my more reliable daily car.
It was the first night I had gotten off work on time in a while, and I had made plans to have dinner and with my wife. I might've ended up divorced! (Maybe not straight to divorced... But whatever). Southside was quick, friendly, and careful with my car, and got me out of a bad situation and back on the road. Bruce is a super nice guy, and I'll only ever recommend them to anyone needing a tow.
