I'm doing this review for me and my dad. my dad has been using Poseys for 4 years and they have been reliable and efficient on every job, I just got my oil changed and I was in and out in a jiffy, another plus is they're on the lower expenses side, I love their quality work, so I will be spending my money here from now on.

My family and I have been using Posey's for nearly 20 years. They have always exceeded our expectations and taken care of us. Justin and his team are knowledgeable and quick with what they do (i.e. your car won't be sitting in a parking lot for several days). They also take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have. They have a nice waiting room with AC, comfy seating, magazines, a Roku TV, a desk to work at, and a nice bathroom. We live 35 minutes away now, but we still drive out to Benton to use them.

Replaced brakes and rotors on my Honda. Quick, professional, reasonably priced and kind. Also appreciated the waiting area where I was still able to work!

They have always been fair and professional. Today they helped us out with our daughter's car and didn't charge us anything. Posey's Service has earned 4 customers for life!

Very nice garage with friendly and helpful service. Went to get an oil change. Needed a tire aired up and without any extra charge or us saying anything they aired it up and we are good to go! Thank you Posey's we will be back.

I've finally sat down to write about my experience at Posey's. Basically, I'm never going anywhere else to get my car fixed or looked at. These guys KNOW THEIR STUFF. I never felt belittled or looked down on, and I would feel comfortable going there without my dad as a "girl at the mechanic" buffer. Super comfortable, and a very expensive car fix turned into an under 200 dollar fix. Thank you Posey's!!

My family has been in Arkansas for just over a month and the a/c went out on my Acadia. Posey's came highly recommended and today I found out why. They inspected my a/c and even though it is something that cannot be fixed outside of a dealership, they still took the time to explain to my husband and I the issue, provided information, and explained in detail what is needed. Because they were unable to do the work, there was no charge! We will definitely be back for any future needs.

They replaced a fuel regulator for me on my 96 Chevy truck and now it’s running like new. Very happy with their work and the price seemed to be fair and in line with other shops. I would recommend this shop for your repairs

Love this place. But I got my radiator replaced last year and just went to Take 5 for an oil change and they informed me that my coolant was low and that they also left my old coolant in the reservoir. Still may continue to use them. They’re the only place that has worked on my vehicles. But that was kinda discouraging to hear.

So far so good. I dropped Fancy off today and got a great price on what needed to be replaced. Was super impressed. Hopefully, their work will live up to the terrific things I always have heard. Edit: Small problem but I fixed it. Someone neglected to tighten the sway bar bolt that secures the the sway bar bushings. The passenger side and everything else was good. No loss of a star because they didn't charge me for the pitman arm. Just glad I drove her straight home. All is good. I called and spoke with two people and they said to bring it back the next day. No worries, they did the hard stuff. I could tighten these two bolts. Okay, I am a little upset now. My front brakes have so much air my back brakes are kicking in first. Truck is nowhere close to perfect. This is a fix I can do myself, again... But why not warn me if it's that bad. I would have paid more if it just took them bleeding the air from the front brakes they had to remove. Update, they took it back and bleed the air and then told me it needed a new master cylinder. Thanks. Problems solved.

Justin is a good honest man. He did my front brakes a few months ago. Had an issue, he redid them, no charge. Recently I've had issues with my power windows. He replaced the switch. A few days later same problem again. Went back fixed. No charge. Fast forward a couple months. Same problem. Faulty switch. He replaced it and charged me. No big deal I figured it was out of warranty. Got home and within a very short time he called me and apologized. He had the repair confused with another vehicle and refunded me the entire cost. Won't go anywhere else. Thanks again Justin.

I've had good results from using these guys for my auto needs. They are friendly, helpful and have competitive rates. They also have Biscuit the shop pup that's enjoyable to visit with most early mornings.

I’ve worked in the auto repair industry for years. I moved To Alexander Arkansas In January and took my car here as a referral from the local BG rep. Justin and his crew are the most trustworthy shop around. Their repairs are quick and easy and they don’t overcharge or add any fees on your bill. Plenty of amenities to make you feel comfortable if you have work to do or just waiting around. I can’t take my car anywhere else.

The only shop I’ve used for all my vehicles since moving to Benton 4 years ago. Honest, trustworthy and dependable. I am always pleased with the service and professionalism these technicians provide. I can’t say enough about the positive experiences provided with every visit.

They helped me get an oil change as quickly as possible when I had a family emergency. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell that they really care about their customers. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Personalized service without over charging. Went in for an oil change but they also check my tires, fluid levels and filters. I knew it had been I while since I last changed my air filter. They replaced it for me without charging me labor.

I take my 4 vehicles to Posey’s Service for all my routine and sometimes not routine maintenance. Justin and the guys are always extremely friendly and nice. He has been very fair and honest with his pricing. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Was recommended to come here by a coworker. He said they've always done good by him, at a reasonable price and they won't try and sell you anything you don't need. I couldn't have been happier with my service. I called in the morning to explain the issues and arrange a time to drop off the car, when I arrived Jason knew exactly who I was and why i was there, no need repeating anything. Dropped the car off at 12:30pm expecting to come pick it up in a couple days, then at 4pm I got a call explaining the issue, and the price it would be to fix it. Got dropped off by a coworker at 4:30 and it was already fixed and ready to go. Jason explained what was wrong in easy to understand terms and showed me exactly what he did. He also took the time to answer all my questions very professionally in easy to understand terms. I appreciate the very quick, professional, and personable service I recieved. I'm glad I finally know a good mechanic who doesn't sell you things you don't need or want, who is reasonably priced and will go out of their way to answer your questions. I know I'll be back if I have any more issues. Highly recommend anyone to use this shop.

My husband is retired and is a mechanic, but he's unable to work on vehicles, so he knows the diagnosis but can't fix it. Justin told me exactly what my husband said it was & said they could fix in one day. He did exactly what he said he'd do for what he quoted it would cost, & it was done in a day. He is very courteous, as is his mechanic, the shop was very clean & organized and air conditioned. I WILL be back if I have any more issues, WE trust these guys.

Excellent service, dealt with Justin from beginning to the time I picked up my car very professional gentleman, very courteous. I'll be back if I need anything else done. My husband is a mechanic, but he's not able to do the work anymore. GREAT SHOP

I don’t know where to start!! Almost write a book. My first time to use them and my last time. My radiator/ engine coolant flushed I don’t think they tell you that they use reused antifreeze. The color wasn’t green or even close to it. Then left my hood open so all the pollen get to my engine, which I have a cold air intake, all was green. B nice if the antifreeze had that much green in it. Didn’t put my cap back on my over flow. I have locking hood latches which I had left unlocked for the technician but for some reason didn’t check so he dang near broke one of them. I called back to cancel my oil change to say I can’t afford to take my vehicle here. It’s not the cost of the service it’s the cost of what they don’t do or break.

Poseys did a great job for my family, they had just repaired a vehicle for a family from Texas. Not many places in our country can or will do this type of service any more. Mr. Posey is a great man who runs a GREAT business!

They have great customer service and they are honest with fair prices. They explained everything that they were going to do and gave me an estimate.I brought my car back and they were done within an hour.I recommended my sister to them also. I have brought several cars here. The Posey's are honest, kind, and hard working people. They are always very clean, professional, and organized. They also stand behind their work. This is not the cheapest mechanic shop in town, but you definitely get what you pay for... high quality and a thorough and good job. Posey's know their way around cars.
