The people were helpful. The grounds of the lot are literally covered in fire ants. I was eaten alive while trying to retrieve things from our vehicle.

Can't say enough good about East End Towing. Called 4 other places that had been recommended that could not haul an RV. Driver Fount was there within 15 mins of my call, price was great, no robo call voicemail. Promt, courteous and professional the whole process. Hopefully won't ever need them again, but if you do, give them a call!!

Thank you for doing a great job at a fair price. Towing companies often have a bad reputation, but companies like yours show that there are good ones out there.

Waited an hour after getting a message that they were 5 mins away no call no more information after that had to call in to find out what was going on and another towing service pulled up to finish a job apparently you guys weren’t able to do the guy from first recovery did a good job so don’t waste time with calling east end and just call first recovery not really sure how your in business honestly very unprofessional can’t get an invoice sent have to call multiple time just to get a receipt

My battery needed a jump yesterday (02/17/25) and the guy who came out (I didn’t catch his name) was awesome. He’s from Chicago and we had a good convo. He was friendly, talkative, and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help and sorry again about the pain in the a$$ steep driveway!

Read the other reviews. Its there M.O. I waited on them for over 6hrs and no one came, I called at 12:54, They said it would be about 3hrs, Called back at 04:23, I was told a driver was finishing up and he would be on his way, at 07:00 I knew they were not showing, canceled and got another tow company in 57mins.

We have been siting here for over 6h and still no one has come to tow us I'm starting to think then never will come. Don't use them if you have somewhere to be. And we are right next to the building.

I called them this morning when I realized my tire was flat (not the best way to start the day). They gave me options on what’s services they felt would be best for my situation and helped me get back on the road. Great customer service!!!!!!!! 1/12/24 Still top tier service! Not very professional, my mom had a accident and her truck was towed to the benton location. I called on the day it happened, Saturday. And was told that I could come get her stuff and the camper topper off on Monday. So Monday comes and when I get there they inform me now they have to have insurance give me permission to remove her camper top. Now two days off work I have permission by the insurance company via email and now I'm being told that if she doesn't come with me I have to have a notarized statement allowing me to get stuff.

Great experience! My son hit a deer in the early AM. Called, a very nice young lady answered on the second ring. Dispatched a driver who was very careful with the vehicle. Took the time to make sure nothing was scratched during loading, unloading, and in route to avoid low hanging branches. Made a rough Thanksgiving night a lot easier to bare. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism my family and I received from East End Towing.

Tow truck driver arrived in a timely manner was very courteous and professional. I would call them again. Others I called were very pricey.

I had a tow dispatched to one tow company (Action Wrecker Service) through my roadside assistance and East End Tow was notified by Action as their sister company to handle the tow. I thought I was driving to meet the tow driver to where my car was to follow him/her to the destination of where I wanted my car dropped off to. East End cancelled the tow 10 minutes before arrival time and without notifying Action Wrecker so that my roadside assistance company would be notified as well. I personally called East End for clarification and was told by the dispatcher that she accidentally cancelled the tow and they don’t have any drivers available! My first bad encounter with East End Tow in an already frustrating situation!

I had a blowout on Interstate 30 they were they very quickl. They stayed with me till the end and we got it taken care of.They were very wonderful and caring. I would use them anytime!! Big SHOUTOUT TO THEM FOR GREAT JOB!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Absolutely the rudest and most unhelpful towing company I have ever had to deal with. Staff is combative and had to go through three people just to find out what was needed to recover my vehicle. Both keys and ownership paperwork were missing out of the vehicle. If you have a choice do not do business with this company and if you have to be prepared they go the extra mile to make what is already a bad situation for someone even more difficult and stressful.

1 star is pushing limits! Car was towed from Bryant at 10 pm on Thurs. night. Had a friend call Fri. morn due to fact I work overnights...they wouldn't give him any info abt car. I tried calling later that day...got hung up on 3 times forth time was put on hold for 20 min so I hung up frustrated w/ trying to get through. Had my friend call back...who actually got someone to talk...yet only info they would give was " car not at that location, but at Benton facility". So Sat. after work, had to find a ride then proceeded to Benton which was Actually past Haskel exit to get car, arriving at 2:01 pm only to find car behind fence and no one there! So I called again...put on hold again...and inly then to learn they closed at 2! Only open 10-2 on weekend then by appt. Only! So Sun. morn after working all night then finding another ride & waiting 3hrs for them to open...Then and ONLY THEN was I informed in order to get car I had to go all the way to Foushe Dam Pike out by airport to pay b4 going all way back to HASKEL to get car!!! On top of that...in whatever calendar world they exist...10pm Thurs. until 11am Sun. is 4 days not 3!! Mind u that I was at facility where I was told car located the day b4 and had pics w/timestamp! It is like the withheld vital information I needed so as to pick up in a timely fashion! $417 + another $30 on gas I wasted...I am still furious abt whole ordeal!! Why store vehicles at a location w/no employee to collect $ and have to drive 30+ miles out of way then back is beyond me!!! In my 61 yrs 45 in "customer service" I have never experienced such incompetence!! Helluva way to do business!! Better luck to the next guy!!

My insurance called Asher for a tow. I waited for 2 hours and kept getting told 1 more hour. I canceled Asher and called East End instead. They had someone out promptly. Charles, the driver, was very nice and did a great job!

Aaron did a excellent job towing our truck he was a hard worker and did it just the way I asked him to do it not letting no more damage being done bc the truck had been wrecked! He's very smart and intelligent thank you Aaron

I didn't personally choose to use East End Towing, Allstate sent them out when I locked my keys in my car. Even though I didn't choose them myself the first time I will definitely choose to use them if I ever need a tow in the future or, God forbid, if I lock my keys in my car again. Scott was super nice and cheerful and had a smile on his face the whole time he was working on my car. By the time he left I had a smile on my face too. Kudos to East End Towing for quick response time, efficient service, and professional & respectful drivers!

The man who helped us get our truck home was so awesome. He arrived to help us in a very short time. He was courteous, friendly, kind, considerate and professional. Arrived timely and called ahead of time to let me know when they would be there. Wrecker driver was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to set up to pull out a mini to mid size excavator that went back in a ditch and,was buried up would move an inch. After setup he had me out in less then 10 mins. And charged me the minimum. Can't ask for more then that

Joey and then later Alex Hronas helped me through AAA. They were so helpful. Alex was really quick to come out as with some of my medical problems, I'm not sure if I would've been able to drive home safely if u would've had to wait much longer. Thank you!!!

Tony was really nice and got my car all the way up my driveway and under the small carport with enough room to fit my other car as well. That can't be easy. Really great service!

They were super helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. They made a bad situation easier by taking care of all the details. If your ever broke down on the side of the road, call these guys and they will take good care of you.

My truck broke down on Interstate 30 west just outside of Benton. This company provides a wonderful service in every aspect. I highly recommend them. They helped me find a repair service and hotel close to each other and were kind and professional.
