I had them tow my truck to the dealership. I thought it was kind of a high price but was in a bind. Turns out they towed my truck to the wrong dealership after I verified which dealership I was trying to get the truck to twice.
AMAZING company!! Justin went above and beyond helping my mother get my tire changed on my car while I was at work and took my baby on his first tow truck ride (hopefully no more?). We couldn’t thank this company enough!
The towing was fine. I had to schedule a time to get personal belongings out of the vehicle as well as turn over keys. I wanted to take a few quick pics of the car and was told “I don’t have all day lady” RUDE!!
I'm typing this message on 3/5/2025. This morning around 3:30am, I was traveling on hwy 70 to the I30, and I was traveling through the construction work, and the driver behind me was blinding me because of having on their high beam lights. Long story short, I drove off the road into the ditch right before entering into I30. The tow worker, was so nice! He arrived in minutes! Service was fast and pleasant. My car is in great conditions, no mishaps! And I was able to make it to work! Very reasonable/affordable pricing! I highly recommend. Thank you C&T Towing!!!

The best! He came to give me a tow because my tire was flat. He instead filled it with enough air to get to the car shop myself and even followed to make sure I got there safely. Refused payment. Customer service like this is rare. Thank God for it!

He came to little rock and was very fast. We had been waiting on east end towing for 5 hours and they kept putting us back. And this company got to us within 30 minutes and had very reasonable rates. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend them to everyone. They were very nice too and helpful
Thomas picked up the phone right away. He provided a very reasonable quote and he arrived approximately one hour later to pull my car out of the mud (the competition was going to take 4 hours to get to me).
