Adam called me shortly after I called roadside service. He picked me up and towed my vehicle way sooner than the origional ETA. He was polite and professional and got me to were I needed to be. The service was excellent and he literally went the extra mile. I would definitely use this service again.

I was pretty upset that I got my car impounded here in North Little Rock, being that I live in Little Rock, but I’m glad that there is a worker there that is professional and knowledgeable about what is going on! She was very accurate and respectful with communication regarding the process of retrieving my car! Her name is Shelly, I believe! She understood my situation as she has been through the similar situation herself. She made me feel very comfortable about the situation even after telling me the outrageous prices that I had to pay. We shared a few laughs and I had a more clear understanding about what was going on! I had the feeling that she enjoys her job. A customer in distress like I was about my car being impounded and having very little money. Shelly is a very genuine and understanding soul. I believe she has the type of personality that is perfect for the position she has. She shows southern hospitality, genuine kindness, upmost respect, and helpfulness! I don’t want to have my car impounded again, but if I do, I would only like to speak to her, because I don’t think anyone else would communicate with me in the way she communicated with me!

I been dealing with them for 2/3 years now. I always have great service with them. Today Tucker took care of my car for me. I forgot my car keys and he even waited 40 mins on me to go back across town to get them. Awesome guy and great customer service from the phone to the tow truck. Thanks again
Disappointed and highly inconvenienced is the only way to describe my experience. I specifically asked for a tow onto a military installation. Notified them that they needed a Real ID and nobody with warrants. The person they sent was nice, I had no issues with the tow driver. But the equipment they sent to tow my vehicle had no license plates, registration, or insurance to gain access to the base. He was forced to drop my vehicle at the front gate due to these factors and did not have a Real ID to get a pass. I understand this is a unique situation, but don't accept a tow job when you can't fulfill the requirements. I wouldn't hire a horse jockey to fly a space shuttle.
I can't remember the guy's name that picked up my car. He was very tall and had tattoos out of the NLR office. He was very sweet, funny, professional, and made me feel comfortable releasing my car to him. He was gentle with my car and assured me that he will take car of my car. He was very quick. I will definitely be recommending this towing company to others!

Extremely frustrating experience with Shelley, the dispatch provider used through Progressive’s roadside assistance program - specifically Phillips Brothers Towing & Recovery. I was given an initial ETA of 45–75 minutes. The driver didn’t arrive for over 2 hours. During that time, I called dispatch multiple times and was repeatedly told the driver was nearly done or just minutes away. These updates were clearly false and appear to have been crafted to discourage complaints or escalation.
I was also told that finding another provider would take 3–4 hours, which felt like a scare tactic to prevent me from seeking alternatives. Even more concerning, dispatch seemed to be misrepresenting their status back to Progressive, reporting that a driver was on the way when they clearly were not.
The delay may have been unavoidable, but the lack of transparency caused unnecessary discomfort and lost time. I remained with the vehicle for over two hours in extreme heat, (100° F, reported to feel like 112° F, on July 23, 2025) unable to open more than one window due to the vehicle’s condition. Had I been told the accurate information and timing, I could have taken shelter nearby and stayed productive while waiting. Instead, I was misled and stranded in unsafe conditions. The driver, once he arrived, was excellent and professional. Unfortunately, the dispatch experience was not.
Progressive has been informed of how this third-party provider is damaging the customer experience by providing misleading updates and failing to manage expectations honestly.

Was on my way home from work this morning & had a flat. My roadside assistance had Phillips Bros. come help me. One of their drivers named Adam called and told me he’d be there in 15 minutes & he was. Adam & Eddie were both professional & friendly. Once they realized my spare was flat they even went and aired it up for me. Once they got it changed they had me follow them to the air pump & they made sure it had enough air so it was safe for me to drive on. Adam reminded me to be safe & I assured him I was leaving there and going straight to buy another tire. I have to say, having a flat is bad. But the 2 of them definitely made the whole experience better. I enjoyed our conversation and appreciated their kindness. So once again ADAM & EDDIE, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Today y’all are my heroes!!

Kc was amazing, he was at our house in 7 minutes to unlock our car. My granddaughter was locked in the car (with the air on). He helped keep her calm while getting the door unlocked. It took him less than 20 minutes to get it unlocked. Thank you so much!

KC was the driver that picked us up! He was there within 15 mins of us filing our claim. By far the fastest tow truck driver I’ve ever worked with and incredibly friendly as well! If I could get KC every time, that would be a dream.
As hysterical as I was about my car probably being totaled and just hysterical period….the tow truck driver was there in maybe 15 minutes and super kind and soft spoken in my meltdown and calmly let me know what I needed to do from there. I went to the location to get my belongings and they were kind and helpful in my recurring meltdown as soon as I saw my car again. They helped me load my rental car and again had the patience to deal with me.
Bam Bam was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. His customer service was top-notch! he arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled my vehicle with great care. I got a flat tire on my way home and pulled in a gas station parking lot to wait for help. My roadside assistance provider connected me with Phillips Brothers Towing and while I was initially told the wait time could be up to 90 minutes, it was only about 40 minutes before someone came to help. I was helped by Bam Bam who was friendly and efficient with getting the flat tire removed and the spare put on. He even took the time to educate me on some parts for my tire that have been sitting untouched in my glove compartment for years. Overall, I am happy with the service I received and would recommend them if you need a flat tire changed.
