Pulled my truck out of a very tight garage with zero issues. I knew it was going to be tricky, but he handled it with patience and precision. Professional, skilled, and careful — highly recommend.
We came up there Wednesday to find out that there fork lift and there account isn’t working so the next day I called back they said in 1 hr or 2 it will be up and running I get a text saying you can pay in person or cash so we bring cash paying for this vehicle then we get there and they say they don’t take cash payments. So we leave to go to the bank we have already been up there 3 times now still haven’t gotten the vehicle the worst experience we have ever had with them. So now we have to go tomorrow to pick up the vehicle and deposit the cash to be able to get it they can text u and say come get it but can’t let you know until you have already came out there that everything is down .
Shelly was extremely helpful and professional during a stressful impound situation. She made the process easy and helped me get my car back quickly. I really appreciate her kindness and great customer service.

I had a great experience with this towing company, especially thanks to the driver, Cody. My car is lowered, which can make towing a real challenge, but he handled it perfectly and loaded it with no damage at all. He arrived quickly, was extremely friendly and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing.
Cody truly went above and beyond by even taking the time to try and help me fix my key fob, which I really appreciated. He made a stressful situation so much easier. He’s an outstanding employee and absolutely deserves recognition. Highly recommend!
If I could leave 10 stars for Adam I would. He arrived sooner than ETA, which was great as I was late for work. He made me feel safe and less stressed instantly as he arrived. Fastest tow I have seen in Little Rock. Every other company I have worked with puts you on a list and "will get to you when we can".
Had a car parked illegally in my private lot and Adam showed up 15 minutes later and had it out of my lot immediately.
I was so impressed I told him he could put Phillip's Brothers signs all over my lot and be my tower of choice.

Happy Thanksgiving! I had someone park behind me in the apartment complex and leave their car there overnight, I imagine. I called a few towing companies and with the holiday several didn’t answer. Shelley picked up on the second ring and when I explained my situation was kind and told me what they could do, because as a tenant it’s the landlords responsibility. Anyway, I got it sorted out and didn’t need a tow after all but wanted to give Shelley a shoutout for her kindness and compassion during a difficult situation and on a holiday no less. Unfortunately, we had to have our car towed 4 different times as we tried to determine the problem. Adam towed the car every time. He was quick to respond and had great communication. I was able to reach out to him with questions or to give instructions on what I needed done with the car. Adam will always be my first call when I need a tow. I got a text from the insurance company that said the record would be here in 45 minutes set an hour and 15 minutes within 5 minutes the driver called and said he would be here in about 15 minutes. 10 minutes later he was here. Lum was the driver. He was very professional and courteous. He handled my with care. If I ever need another I'll Phillp's Brother's Towing and request Lum! Very clean and modern equipment too! My transmission went out in my truck in NLR at 3 30. My wife called to request a tow to WLR and the driver PJ was there by 4 o'clock and had me loaded by 10 after 4 then had me home by 430. PJ knows his job very well and was pleasant to ride with, the type of employee I would want on my team without a doubt. Thanks PJ!!
Quoted me a price and then changed it last minute then told me if I didn't pay the extra $25 they would have my truck towed. This would be the lady in the office. Adam the driver on the other hand was quite nice and understanding of the situation.

Adam called me shortly after I called roadside service. He picked me up and towed my vehicle way sooner than the origional ETA. He was polite and professional and got me to were I needed to be. The service was excellent and he literally went the extra mile. I would definitely use this service again.
The driver that picked up my little miata was very friendly ! He kept me updated and made sure my car was safe. Pickup and delivery was very fast as well. I will definitely be using them again in the future :)
I was pretty upset that I got my car impounded here in North Little Rock, being that I live in Little Rock, but I’m glad that there is a worker there that is professional and knowledgeable about what is going on! She was very accurate and respectful with communication regarding the process of retrieving my car! Her name is Shelly, I believe! She understood my situation as she has been through the similar situation herself. She made me feel very comfortable about the situation even after telling me the outrageous prices that I had to pay. We shared a few laughs and I had a more clear understanding about what was going on! I had the feeling that she enjoys her job. A customer in distress like I was about my car being impounded and having very little money. Shelly is a very genuine and understanding soul. I believe she has the type of personality that is perfect for the position she has. She shows southern hospitality, genuine kindness, upmost respect, and helpfulness! I don’t want to have my car impounded again, but if I do, I would only like to speak to her, because I don’t think anyone else would communicate with me in the way she communicated with me!

Was on my way home from work this morning & had a flat. My roadside assistance had Phillips Bros. come help me. One of their drivers named Adam called and told me he’d be there in 15 minutes & he was. Adam & Eddie were both professional & friendly. Once they realized my spare was flat they even went and aired it up for me. Once they got it changed they had me follow them to the air pump & they made sure it had enough air so it was safe for me to drive on. Adam reminded me to be safe & I assured him I was leaving there and going straight to buy another tire. I have to say, having a flat is bad. But the 2 of them definitely made the whole experience better. I enjoyed our conversation and appreciated their kindness. So once again ADAM & EDDIE, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Today y’all are my heroes!!

I got a flat tire on my way home and pulled in a gas station parking lot to wait for help. My roadside assistance provider connected me with Phillips Brothers Towing and while I was initially told the wait time could be up to 90 minutes, it was only about 40 minutes before someone came to help. I was helped by Bam Bam who was friendly and efficient with getting the flat tire removed and the spare put on. He even took the time to educate me on some parts for my tire that have been sitting untouched in my glove compartment for years. Overall, I am happy with the service I received and would recommend them if you need a flat tire changed.
