Do not go to this place for any truck repairs or maintenance!!! We were driving close by from PA when our 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 went into limp mode, took it to korbins shop, they diagnosed and told us there was a misfire on cylinder 1. They replaced the 1 injector as needed but never replaced the pigtail for the new injector. Our truck only lasted a couple hours down the road after that, and we had to get it towed home to PA. The invoice clearly stated the pigtail was replaced but our mechanic said it wasn't, so korbins lied to us, and refused to give a refund for not repairing it correctly. I do not recommend this place, save your money!!!
A person like this shouldn't be able to work as a mechanic, We called for a road service, He agreed to charge us 175 per hour, after two hours He charged us more than one thousand bucks, He'd threat us if we refuse to pay that amount of money. first and last time trying to make business with this guy. The truck was stopped in OH for the same problem, this people didn't change to parts he charged for.
Our experience with Korbin Towing was incredibly disappointing. After our truck broke down on the road, a roadside technician arrived and performed a repair, assuring us that a new DEF pump was installed. However, just 60 miles down the road, the same issue occurred. When we contacted them for help, the technician refused to return, insisting we bring the truck to their shop. Despite paying $2700 for a supposed complete fix, we found that the DEF pump was never replaced, only tightened. Additionally, DEF leaked all the way from Arkansas to California, even though we were told the pump had been replaced. This level of dishonesty and incompetence is unacceptable. We had the truck inspected at our own shop, where it was confirmed that we were charged for a replacement we never received. This has been the worst experience we've ever had, and we strongly advise others to avoid Korbin Towing & Recovery
They was very efficient trying to find the source of the voltage spike of 15.5 they found the problem fix and sent me rolling down the highway chasing that paper agai

Its not the cheapest shop in town But it was honest, Got the job done Saved us a lot of money on parts Because the truck was not finished by the end of the day on Friday, they put the driver in the hotel, gave him a ride and paid for it.
